What are you try to . accomplished during your workout? . Is it exercises for lateral, bilateral, unilateral, ipsilateral or contralateral movement options? . Is it exercises for anterior, posterior, lateral or deep longitudinal slings? . Is it exercises for sagittal, coronal or transverse planes? . You could have it all. .
