here's what i made foraging this spring so far, the foraged ingredient being the first mentioned:

Image 1: dark violet syrup for beverages.

Image 2: magnolia cake w/ cream cheese frosting (yes it was my first time frosting a cake).

Image 3: dead nettle soup with potato lentil curl chips and dead nettle flower as garnish.

Image 4: magnolia syrup for pancakes!
