Lloyd "Little Poison" Waner. He and his brother Paul ("Big Poison") have something in common with Stan "The Man" Musial (besides being Hall of Famers): They all got their nicknames from Brooklyn fans. Paul, the bigger Waner, was the "Big Person," Lloyd the "Little Person." But in Brooklynese, it sounded like "Poison."
