Ji Ji's a deft hand at crafting clothes and meals. Part of this is due to his own mog-lymorphed Miqo'te body needed clothing for his specific size (And wandering up barefurred was a no-no!), and the other part is a way to feel useful to those around him.

After meeting the Scions, it's evident fairly quickly that Ji Ji isn't up to par to play with the big kids yet (This is wholly due to his lacking confidence in what he's capable of! Have faith little mog!) and he's unsure of what he's supposed to do with himself if he can't fight or help defend the world like his heroes.

It's Tataru Taru that brings up that she felt very much the same way, and introduces him properly to clothing making, as well as the culinary arts. He takes to these fairly quickly and tries to learn all the trades he can. Having proper opposable thumbs as opposed to paws makes this an even better building block to his confidence.

Prone to flashy embelishments, or small detailed stiching, he's a lover of bright colors or fur-safe fabrics. Most of the inspiration the Moogle will use comes from random people he's happened across - or things he enjoys sewn in patterns to be boldly on display.

Secretly there's a Crowned Pom pattern stitched by hand into the hem of everything he makes, giving the 'King's Safe Blessing' to all his friends even if they don't know it, and it might not even do anything.
