Biia, the owner of the Milqilin CS, officially announced today that in a couple of months, Milqilin and Baphomin are going to become OPEN species. After that, people can use all of Biia's bases to make designs with any special trait or level of rarity they want, and the designs and 'community' around it will be fully unmoderated, the blacklist effectively null and void except for designers' personal blacklists on their own work.

Baphomine: a (gender) presentation that is based in occult and magical feelings balanced between different ‘energies’, themes, or aesthetics (such as masculine/feminine, spirit/material, light/darkness, etc) while also being something unique that is between them and transcends them.Typically expressed with an intentionally clashing style or by incorporating elements that contradict and contrast one another while still looking good together as a composition (that last part is optional if extra clash is your thing). Elements representative of an individual’s baphominity can be incorporated into their presentation via clothing, accessories, body modifications, personality, behavior, and overall personal aesthetics. Baphominity is similar to androgyny and xeninity, and can incorporate androgynous and xenine elements, but it is still unique from both. Genderf*ckery is also similar to baphominity in some ways.

Some examples of possible baphomine presentation elements:

- harsh contrasts of black and white in clothing/appearance

- occult or magical symbols such as pentagrams, sigils, runes, etc.

- sewing tarot cards into your clothes

- asymmetry

- stiletto or coffin nails, multicolor nail polish

- incorporation of any variation of witchy/spiritual/nature aesthetics

- goth/metal aesthetics are also pretty baphomine

..and many others. Just like any other presentation, the possibilities are so varied that they could fill a book, and still not cover the depths of this identity. The nature of baphominity is up to interpretation just like any other presentation and some baphomine individuals will express their baphominity differently. I’m a baphomine person who loves pastels and floral themes. Baphominity doesn’t have to be “edgy” ;)

This is inspired by and based off of the gender known as baph. Both terms are derived from Baphomet, an occult symbol of duality and baphominity.

Agreed, but hey, more power to them if they put down their money towards what they want. As long as it doesn't end up as trade fodder or being saved for someone else, I'll feel content.

Personal grievances aside, I don't get why some milq folks act so hostile towards people pushing for very minor changes like wanting to use the milq outfits for their baphomins...? We already had to push against the weird prompt restrictions
