Week 8

18/5/23

this whole week i have been arranging the jusy set up and display, along with a research on props and print places.

i started with looking for places to print the final kit that is in cardboard and i finally found a place witha good price, however i still haven't visit as i couldn't in the middle of the week and i plan to go during this weekend.

after that, i made a search about some props to add in the jury display boxes and brainstormed. below is a list of objects i came up with.

then, i started desiging the jury banners and set up and try to arrange it.

i came up with multiple options and they all depend on howw the final set up is going to be and what are available in collage podiums and stands. i need to make sure then complete on it.

this first option is the maximum, it needs a screen and 5 podiums, however after rethinking it, t might not be available and as discussed today is that the screens does not have internet which won't serve my need of it.

this arrangement is similar to the first one but different in banner layout as a try to find the best layout.

later, i took out the screen and posiums and tried to approach it differently by using bozes on the second frame.

lastly, i realised the need of 3 main podiums to better display the kit and it's components.

next step: i need to have the final decision on the needs of the display to complete the design. Also, i need to buy and prepare all props and pront the kit.
