Ugh yeah. This sweet sincerity is just oozing from Stolas from Blitz's perspective.

From Blitz's perspective it looks even more like a big romantic gesture straight out of a romcom than it already did, but that's what made it so unbelievable to him.

Also, I assume it was left out intentionally, but the Grimoire is completely missing in Blitz's memory of this moment.

Thinking about how this timeline's world is shrouded in darkness and decay. The arcane smothers it like mold, with the singular exception being the final resting place for this world's Jayce.

The Herald of this world preserved him, couldn't release him to total conformity. He let him rest, ensured he had sunlight, plants, and creatures not fully tainted by his mistake.

Then there's this visual framing of our Jayce's acceptance of his role in the past, present, and future.

And this framing of Viktor and Jayce regarding each other through the fragments of what was once Jayce's mind. The thriving flowers, moss, insects make his memory feel alive. Cherished. Beloved. At least compared to the desolate, metallic horror seen in the rest of this world.

And finally the gentleness of this gesture. Maybe this world's Jayce is still in there somewhere, trapped but not alone. Or perhaps Viktor is only animating the corpse of his regret for our Jayce's benefit. Either way, it is a touch filled with an eternity of tenderness and hope.
