hmm, this banan has been in my mailbox for too long, i think it's time to make banan bread out of it so here's a recipe

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs, beaten

3 (over)ripe bananas, mashed

2 cups all purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

3 Tbsp whole milk

1/2 tsp vanillal

1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Beat oil and sugar together. Add beaten eggs and mashed bananas. Beat together well. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk, vanilla, and nuts. Beat well (by hand, using a mixer for this makes the batter too watery and loose).

Scrape batter into a greased 9x5 loaf pan and bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Poor @askbananapie had to wait for so long just to finally get this. But he never complained, never was impatient. He is a very special friend, that fellow. BananaPie, I hope you like the picture. Honestly I wish I did a bit more with the clouds, but then I realized the way I thought of doing them originally would've ruined some of the color flow in the picture. So, here you go!
