“Solo?”
Jungkook turned toward Y/N and nodded his head, “We’re not disbanding, just taking a hiatus and focusing on our solo careers.”
After a long meeting, Jungkook was excited to come home to his fiancée. It was a long meeting discussing the future of everyone. Everyone agreed they wanted to do their own music and Jungkook wanted to focus more on Y/N. It would be the first real break he had with her and his music can wait.
Y/N nodded her head and placed her hand on top of his, “Are you okay with it?”
“Of course I am. I get to spend so much time with my fiancée.”
She smiled shyly at this and gently rubbed his knuckles with her thumb, “fiancée..it still hasn’t set in.”
“Babe, it’s been two months already.”
She shrugged her shoulders and glanced at a sleeping Bam, “I’m really getting married...that’s crazy to say.” She looked back at him with a smile, “I bet Mae is happy about this. Yoongi gets to spend time with-” Just then Bam jumped up on the couch and nuzzled into Y/N.
Jungkook glared and shook his head, “Always trying to steal my girl. It’s not fair.”
“We're engaged, Jungkook.”
“Doesn’t matter. Bam will always find a way.”
Mae turned around in the bed and smiled at Yoongi who was already looking at her. He pushed some hair back and kissed her forehead, “How are you feeling?”
Mae let out a small chuckle and nuzzled into her pillow some more, “I feel like my pussy got ripped in half but other than that good.”
Yoongi let out a laugh and kissed her hairline, “Thank you for giving me everything I didn’t know I wanted.”
She wrapped her arms around his waist and nuzzled into his chest, “Thank you for making me want kids.”
Just then a small cry echoed from the baby monitor and Mae groaned. Yoongi patted her waist and pushed the covers off, “I’ll get him. Ye-Joon probably just needs his diapers changed.”
Mae nodded her head and smiled at her, “Okay, daddy.”
Yoongi glared at her and shook his head, “Don’t start with that shit.”
“Wait, come here real quick.”
Yoongi thought something was wrong and quickly made his way back to her. She smirked and brought him in for a quick kiss making his eyes go wide. When they pulled away she put her forehead on his, “I love you so much, Min Yoongi.”
“I love you, Mae Rodriguez.”
The cry echoed longer and she let out a small laugh, “Go get our son before he breaks our eardrums.”
“I’ll get our son.” Yoongi walked towards his bedroom but he turned back to Mae and his heart fluttered. He shook his head with a small laugh escaping his lips and he closed the door gently.
Eunbi opened her door and she raised her eyebrow at what she saw, “Namjoon? Why are you here?”
Namjoon sighed and pulled out a card from his jacket, “Jin wanted me to give you this.”
Eunbi tilted her head and nodded her head, “This isn’t going to kill me, right?”
“Why would your boyfriend want to kill you?”
“Right...” She opened the card and a smile appeared, Go to the park! She looked at Namjoon with a curious look, “Do you know about this?”
“I never know what Jin wants to do.”
“You can come in and get a snack if you want.”
Namjoon shook his head and brought his jacket to him, “I’m alright. I’d rather not be here when you guys have sex.”
Eunbi’s face turned red and furrowed her eyebrows, “Yah! Don’t say that so loud. My neighbors are old.”
“Lucky, at least they don’t have to hear anything.”
After kicking Namjoon out, Eunbi took her away to the park next to her apartment. She was dressed in her pajamas which consisted of sweats and one of Jin’s shirts. She pulled her beanie down more when she felt the wind touching her face. She rolled her eyes at herself, she should’ve put a jacket on. She walked further down and she stopped in her tracks to see Jin with a bouquet of roses and balloons. She raised her eyebrow and let out a small laugh, “What’s going on?”
He pulled down his mask and gave her a smile, “Happy three months.”
She looked up at him and felt her heart beating faster, “That’s tomorrow?”
“I know...I couldn’t wait to see you.”
She let out a laugh and walked closer to her as he did the same. She looked up at him as he stared back down with heart eyes, “All this for out three months?”
“Just wait and see our first anniversary.”
“You're already planning that? We just started dating...”
He shrugged his shoulders and bent down placing a quick kiss on her lips. She jumped at the sudden contact but she closed her eyes to kiss back. When they pulled away and he smiled at her, “I have so much planned for us. I told you, I saw my future with you.”
“All those rom-coms couldn’t prepare me for this.”
He let out a laugh and glanced at her apartment, “I’ll cook you something. To celebrate tonight and tomorrow I’ll take you out to this fancy restaurant.”
“You treat me right.”
“Of course my duchess.”
Jungkook closed the door and saw Y/N on her phone on their bed. He smiled at this and took off his shirt, tossing it aside. She glanced up from her phone and smiled, “Is Bam sleeping?”
“Yeah, I was wondering...when was the last time we fucked?”
Y/N straighten her back against the headboard, “I-I...maybe two weeks.”
He glanced at her with a smirk, “That’s a long time. Wanna change that?”
“I think it would be romantic to have one last night in this house before moving.”
Jungkook moved towards her and was hovering over her, “That’s right. We’re moving. Isn’t that exciting?”
She felt goosebumps appear when she felt his fingers against her thigh, “I-It’s very exciting-” She wanted to speak but he kissed her making her forget everything. She ran her hands along his arms and then over his shoulders to steady herself. She played with his locks because they pulled away. Jungkook touched her like she was glass and she couldn’t stop her heart beating, “I love you so much.”
He brushed his lips over her next and her breathing started to get uneven. She felt her body heat up as she enjoyed his kisses. He took any fabric that was covering her body and she couldn’t help but look away from that smile he always has when he sees her like this. He started to trailed his lips down to her neck and then her collarbone as he gazed up. His eyes were a darker shade of brown and she knew what it meant. She knew what his eyes told her, this was her fiancé after all. He continued to leave kisses on her skin until he reached between her thighs. His hot breath against her cold skin sent shivers. He wrapped his arms around her thighs keeping her close to his face, his fiancée was shy, especially with this action.
She held onto his brown strands as she felt her body move against him. Each kiss and lick made her back arch in a way that made the air in the room thicker. She could feel a few strands of sweat coming down as her legs trembled under his touch. His tongue was always enough for her. Moments later, the trembling increased as his tongue rushed in.
He leaned over and kissed, his lips always felt soft and always filled with love. She placed her hand on his cheek and rubbed his cheek gently, “You always make me feel good.”
“You make me feel good. Physically and emotionally. Always make me feel loved, my wife.”
He hugged her body close to his and she was surprised by the action but she understood. After everything they've been through, this moment was more than a declaration of love. It was a declaration of a better future. She let her nails gently scratch his skin and he left kisses against his shoulder. She moaned out his name as he moved in and out of her. It was intimate, so intimate. He placed his temple against her and they made eye contact, “You are so perfect...perfect for me. My Y/N.”
She felt her heart swell up at this and she had to stop herself from crying. This man was her everything and she couldn’t believe that this man was all hers. Forever and ever. She pushed some hair away from his sweaty forehead and gave him a shy smile, “I love you Jeon Jeongguk.”
He smiled and kissed her as she wrapped her arms around his neck to bring him closer. She felt herself tighten and the familiar tremble came over, “Come, love.”
She tilted her head and moaned out his name as she came inside of her. Both eyes met and she could see the love pouring out, “Are you ready for the future?”
“If you're in it, I’m ready for anything.”
Somewhere in Florida....
He glanced down at the news article on his phone and let out a scoff, “She’s getting married to him?”
The woman in front of him nodded her head, “A lot of people support them but there's a small group that doesn’t like it.”
He tossed his phone on the dinner table and glanced out to the waves, “What do you want me to do about it?”
“Every bride needs her father...go visit her.”

Ok I'm all for projecting Olive Rodriguez or whoever the fuck pop star onto your blorbos HOWEVER for the modern AU girlies when deciding what songs they're gonna play at their wedding or what they're putting on while having sex or whatever I really do feel the need to remind you that these men are old. If you transported them at the age they are at into 2023 they would be gen x. Except like Lucius, Olu and Jim who are millennials. They're gonna listen to music you don't listen to. Ed's breakup album isn't the new Olive album it's some obscure 80s goth band neither you or I have ever heard of.
What is Stede listening to- Madonna, Cher, Donna Summer, Elton John, David Bowie, Tina Turner, Boy George, George Michael, Prince
What Ed's listening to- Siouxie and the Banshees, Sisters of Mercy, Iggy Pop, Bam Bam, Madam x, Joy Division, Anthrax, Twisted Sister, Dead Kennedys, Misfits, Public Enemy, Run-DMC, Queen when he's feeling extra basic

Pro Wrestling Illustrated: June 1994
Ashes to ashes, Dust to dust… BUT NOT FOR THE UNDERTAKER
At the Royal Rumble, a gang of rulebreakers did all they could to end The Undertaker’s career.
It wasn’t enough.
He's not only one of the most popular wrestlers in the WWF, but also one of the toughest
By Andy Rodriguez
They kept coming. Crush and Adam Bomb, Diesel and Bam Bam Bigelow, The Great Kabuki and the Headshrinkers. They all wanted to shove Undertaker into the casket. They all wanted to help Yokozuna win his Royal Rumble casket match.
They were successful, too. They got Undertaker into the casket. They did what they intended to do.
Didn’t matter.
In stunning fashion, Undertaker rose out of his predicament. His foes thought they had him beaten. It was he who had them figured out.
On that night, The Undertaker did not win the WWF World championship, but he won acknowledgement that despite his recent status as a fan favorite, he is no less fearsome a competitor. He may even be tougher than he ever was.
“I have a lot more respect for that guy after what went down at the Rumble,” said one Rumble foe. “If you realize how much it took to bring him down, then how he found his way around that, it’s pretty incredible to think about.”
[Yokozuna is in pain after being hit by The Undertaker’s chair (above). The sumo star takes things into his own hands below), belting Undertaker.]
During that encounter, it seemed certain that Yokozuna was going to win. He had rolled Undertaker into the casket, but Undertaker recovered before it was sealed. Then, after he rolled Yokozuna in, the other wrestlers began their assault. Undertaker attempted mightily to fight them off, but eventually succumbed to the onslaught. By the time they wheeled him off it appeared as though his time of dominance in the WWF had ended.
“It was the most amazing thing, all those guys beating up on one wrestler,” said Ted DiBiase, who was at the broadcast table providing analysis for Vince McMahon. “You could just see the hatred in their faces. It was unusual even for this sport.”
Looking back, it does seem odd that so many competitors would join in the attack on Undertaker. There was rampant speculation that perhaps Mr. Fuji and Jim Cornette, Yokozuna’s manager and adviser, respectively, had paid off all those wrestlers to ensure that their World champion would not be embarrassed. One might have expected such from Fuji and Cornette.
However, there is no evidence that each of those men had his own reasons for wanting Undertaker out of the way.
“For a lot of them, it had nothing to do with liking or even agreeing with Yokozuna,” said one member of the WWF championship committee. “They figured that with Undertaker out of the picture, they’d move close to a World title shot themselves. In the short term, they were perfectly willing to assist Yokozuna, but they had no intention of allying themselves with him on a permanent basis.”
[Fans expected lots of action in this WWF World title match, and they got it. Yokozuna and Undertaker did plenty of brawling in the ring before things became even wilder.]
However, some of the wrestlers did regard this opportunity as a means of putting themselves under the Fuji-Cornette umbrella. They wanted desperately to join Yokozuna’s stable, not only to receive title opportunities, but to get some protection for themselves.
“That’s more true for the Japanese,” said DiBiase, who is recovering from a neck injury he suffered while wrestling in Japan last November. “[The Great] Kabuki and [Genichiro] Tenryu have competed in the States frequently, but they feel their positions here are more secure if they get themselves some allies.”
All of this, though, matters little to The Undertaker. He doesn’t care what motivated his attackers. He knows only that a sizable group of rulebreakers were out to get him, and they nearly succeeded. They failed because his will to defeat them was greater than their will to destroy him.
[When it appeared Undertaker was about ready to put Yokozuna in the casket, several federation rulebreakers came to the champion’s aid. Undertaker took on the likes of Bam Bam Bigelow (above) and Crush (left).]
That will has lifted Undertaker to a new level. Before the Rumble, he was popular. After the Rumble, he is something of a legend.
“I was an Undertaker fan even when he was a so-called rulebreaker,” said William McConnell of Cranston, Rhode Island, who witnessed the Rumble in person. “I always saw him as being tremendously misunderstood. Then, when all the people started getting behind him, I wondered what had taken them so long. After tonight, there can’t be any doubters, He’s incredible; there’s no other way to describe him. What other wrestler could do what he did?”
[Since Undertaker became a fan favorite, some have wondered if he still had the same toughness he exhibited as a rulebreaker. His performance at Royal Rumble answered that question once and for all. He still has a leg up on the competition.]
“Not even Hogan!” retorted McConnell’s companion, Bob Mayweather. “Hulk Hogan couldn’t have gotten out of that mess. Okay, Undertaker has a long way to go, but he did beat Hogan for the World title, didn’t he? Let Hogan go to Hollywood or to WCW, and watch Undertaker take over the WWF.”
To which Jim Cornette might reply:
“Hey, who’s the champion? Yokozuna is. That’s all that matters. Undertaker can do all the magic tricks he wants, but he’ll never be able to pull the good belt out of his hat, not as long as Yokozuna wears it. And who won that casket match? Yokozuna did! Don’t talk to me about The Undertaker.”
Few would expect Cornette to enjoy talking about a man who threatened his good fortune. Nearly everyone else who follows the WWF finds Undertaker an inevitable and intriguing topic of conversation. Take Hacksaw Duggan, for instance.
“Before the Rumble, I knew how rugged Undertaker was, because I felt that in the ring,” he said. “Where a lot of folks underestimated him as a wrestler, I sure didn't. I never realized, though, he could reach back inside himself and pull out so much guts. Maybe he worships death and maybe he doesn’t; who cares? Throw all that stuff out and look at him as one awesome wrestler.”
One didn’t need to tell that to Undertaker’s fans. They are in awe of him not because of his macabre appearance or mysterious music or even because of his urn. They cheer him wildly because he’s good. That’s what they’ve been trying to tell the rest of us for so many years.
After the Rumble, we finally realized how right they were.

Happy that Monday is almost over!!! Here is my MLB Immaculate Grid number 546 for Sunday September 29.
This was one random grid. Phil Garner had one of the most epic stashes in MLB history. That stash was thick, like a brush thick.
"Bam Bam" Meulens was an afterthought in MLB but made his name by playing ball in Japan and Mexico. He is currently one of the most respected bench coaches in MLB.
Lou Whitaker needs to be inducted into the Hall of Fame to join his double play partner Alan Trammell who got in 2018. Whitaker and Trammell turned DPs together from Whitaker's first season of 1997 until he hung up his glove in 1995. Thats 19 seasons of playing 2B with Trammell as SS. Trammell played one extra season, retiring in 1996. Put "Sweet Lou" Whitaker in the Hall!!!
I don't know why I remembered Omar Infante but he was an easier choice for Tigers/Born outside of US/DC than players like Miguel Cabrera, Magglio Orioles, Victor Martinez, Ivan Rodriguez and other Latino players born outside the US that played with Infante in the two years that he played in Detroit.
Bregman is going to cash in this upcoming off-season. Will he sign with the New York Mets? What other teams might he sign with. That core of Altuve, Correa, Springer and Bregman might just be left with Altuve. Can the Astros keep plugging in young talent and winning? We'll have to see.
Ok, that's all for now folks. Have a great night. We have playoff Baseball tomorrow!!! On to grid number 547!!!

‘I’m top-five pound-for-pound,’ declares Rodriguez after crunching body shot folds Mexican in Phoenix
Jesse ‘Bam’ Rodriguez says he belongs in the top five of the pound-for-pound list after his KO win over Mexican legend Juan Francisco Estrada in Phoenix on Saturday night. He reclaimed the WBC World Super-Flyweight title and picked up his first Ring Magazine strap.    Rodriguez (20-0 13 KOs) started the fight aggressively and, in the third round, stumbled Estrada with a crisp uppercut, pouring it onto the defending champion, and the following round was another major breakthrough for the Texan, as another uppercut opened the door for a left-hand that floored ‘El Gallo’.    But as ‘Bam’ looked to move through the gears and end matters before the halfway point of the fight, Estrada had the packed house on their feet as he put the 24-year-old on the deck for the first time in his career by a right hand from Estrada.    Rodriguez composed himself immediately and finished the round strong. Then came the crowning moment: as the seventh round closed, Bam unleashed a sickening body shot with his left hand, one that crumpled Estrada and saw Rodriguez scalp a third of the Four Kings of the Super-Flyweights.    After the fight, Rodriguez and promoter Eddie Hearn addressed the media at Footprint Center to reflect on his thrilling performance, opine on his pound-for-pound status, and discuss what could be next.    “I’m the legend slayer,” said  Rodriguez. “The better the opponent, the better I perform; I’ve always felt that way. It was just a matter of time until the world saw it.    “I’ve been saying that I’m here at 115lbs for two or three fights; I know that there is a rematch clause with Estrada, so if he wants to go through with that, then we can run it back; if not, I want the winner of Kazuto Ioka and Fernando Martinez. It’s a great fight, I think Ioka might be a little too technical for Martinez so he’ll come out with the victory. I would love to fight in Japan. I’ve been out there a few times, I’ve been to the boxing out there, and it’s a different atmosphere, so I would love to go there and fight whoever.   “Estrada is a legend and a warrior and he’s going to want to come back and try to beat me, but i am only getting better from here on out.   “The scorecards are pretty crazy to me; I thought that I was dominating the fight; even in the round I got dropped in, I came back and finished the round pretty strong, so the cards were shocking to me, but that’s boxing, that’s the way it goes, and it was a good job I got him out of there.   “When I got dropped, I got too careless. Robert was telling me even the round before to stay calm and keep doing what I was doing, but I got too comfortable, to be honest, and I got caught with a great shot. It was a flash knockdown, I knew that when I was going down, I was smiling and just got back up and stuck to the game plan, it’s just a learning experience.     “The Chocolatito sparring was perfect for this camp; he’s been inside the ring three times with Estrada and knows Estrada better than anyone else. I’m very thankful for those rounds, and I want to give a shout-out to Chocolatito for those three sparring sessions that we had.   “It’s my best win so far; as I said, he’s a legend and was on the pound-for-pound rankings for a very long time, so to go out there and dominate him the way that I did says a lot about my performance and my talents.   “I didn’t really care about the pound-for-pound list at first, but when I was put on it, it happened after I beat Sunny Edwards, and it felt better than winning the fight. So, staying on the pound-for-pound list along with the other great fighters is an honor. Before the fight moving up that list was talked about, especially if I stopped him, and I’m definitely in the top five pound-for-pound.   “I’ve fought in Arizona three times now; this is the biggest one. Phoenix holds a special place in my heart. I love fighting here, and the atmosphere was crazy.    “It’s badass to be mentioned with Naoya Inoue. I’m a 115lbs fighter and he’s at 122lbs, so that just goes to show how talented I am.”   “It was an incredible fight,” said  Hearn. “I felt Bam dominated the first part of the fight, but then Estrada came back with the knockdown and looked to turn the fight on its head. Jesse recovered, but Estrada was back in the fight; all of a sudden, the body shot was absolutely perfectly placed, and he couldn’t breathe, couldn’t get up, and it was a stunning end to a stunning fight.   “Estrada has been out for a while, so sometimes you think it might take a while for him to get into the fight, and he’s a very good finisher is El Gallo, especially down the back straight. So I wasn’t surprised that Jesse was out-shooting him in the early parts, but I was surprised that he hurt him so early. But Jesse looked very heart-handed tonight, and at 24, he’s really building his strength.    “The problem with the lower weight classes is they often don’t get the respect of the higher ones. For me, Jesse should be mentioned with Terence Crawford, Inoue, and Usyk. He’s gone through Cuadras, gone through Rungvisai, stopped Edwards, KO’d Estrada. He’s already on the pound-for-pound list, but I think he is top five pound-for-pound now. He’s 24 years old, he has another four or five years of his prime, and we’re honored to represent him.    “You saw the crowd in there, we’re in Phoenix, not in San Antonio, and as many Mexicans as there were in there, Bam had huge support and he’s a real star. The rematch is there, there’s opportunities in Japan, there’s opportunities to go back to San Antonio and also to come back to Phoenix. The future is bright, he wants to try unify the division, El Gallo has the option to rematch and we’ll see how that plays out.”
