I wrote a little something about this one but I feel like on his first day of school in the Capitol he brought cookies that his ma' made, but no one took them and made fun of him for it ):

He has a stuffed pet (cat) that he brought from District 2 which he still sleeps with, his father thinks he threw it away long ago (his ma' knows about it though)

I personally headcanon him as gay even in the canon tbosas universe, I think he kind of always knew he had a thing for boys even back in 2 but his true first crush was Coriolanus (no one knows about this except for him)

The first year after they moved away from District 2 he always cried himself to sleep, his ma' heard him but didn't know what to do to help him ):

In the same period he also tried to run away but like, he's eight, so he didn't go far. As in he didn't even make it to the front door

He's almost constantly arguing with his father

now onto the happy ones because god what's this depression

He loves to read, like seriously. He's always at the Academy's library reading any book he can find, especially about Panem's history

As kids him and Coriolanus actually used to spend lots of time together, at Sejanus' house of course, but less when they joined the Academy. Only him and Coryo know about it of course

My man is not a virgin!!! He never had a boyfriend but he hooked up with Festus at his 16th Birthday Party

Festus was OBVUOUSLY drunk, and OBVIOUSLY neither of them acknowledged what happened

He kissed Coriolanus too. They were alone at Sej's house, his parents were out and the alcohol cabinet was unsupervised... (they were 17 at the time, one of the few times Coryo was at his house to work on a school project).

Sejanus' memories are blurry, was it a dare? Did they mean to do it? Either way Coriolanus was so wasted he doesn't remember a thing about the night. Sejanus on the other hand does, but knows better than to tell Coryo.

In District 12 he had some girls trying to flirt with him at the his cute adorable ass either doesn't realize they're flirting or is just super awkward about it, like

"Youre very handsome you know?"

"Oh! Thank you :)"

He loves the Coveys songs?? Like obsessed. He loves going to the Hob to listen to the songs (he's a bit sad Coryo is there for Lucy Gray but the music helps!!)

I feel like in District 2 with Marcus they used to do "races"? Idk like imagine coming back from school, "Who gets home last is a loser!" Those kind of things, to distract themselves from the horrors of the war

Studying is so easy for him? He has a photographic memory, so he just needs to read a paragraph, do a small schematic map on his notebook and bam he studied.

He daydreams A LOT. Especially at night before going to bed, he dreams of still being in 2 and often wonders how his life would be if they never moved

He always wanted to get a cat (even when in 2) but his father is allergic (the bitch)

Has a kid, when his ma' used to bake, he'd always steal some paste with his finger (It was not good. Often had tummy aches. He did not care and kept doing it.)

I'm hijacking your post, Suzi. I hope you're okay with that! 🫶🏻 But as someone who has been on this cursed website since 2012 & has gone through many different hyper-fixations & fandoms during those years; at heart, we're all still kindergarten kids.

You know how when you were a kid & someone put you down next to another kid on the playground, suddenly you guys were playing together & boom, you now had a bestie? Tumblr is the playground & we're all children. You can randomly sit down next to someone & start to help them build their sandcastle. The majority won't get angry or offended; they're more likely to feel honoured that you like their sandcastle 🥹 When thinking back, that's essentially how most of my Tumblr friendships have started.

@death-of-astar I got to know through screaming about our favourite reformed fuckboy William from Skam & our favourite wee little nerd Gilbert from Anne of Green Gables/Anne with an E (5-6 years later & it never fails to crack me up thinking about Mar scrolling through post after post about 80-90s music & then BAM there's me obsessing about some random European Princess & their tiara 😂)

My two Ashes, @silverhallow & @world-of-wales, I got to know literally through sliding into them DM's - the former started with me screaming & gif/meme reacting to her fics (which, long story short, is partly why I now have over 10+ fics gifted to me on AO3 without having written basically anything myself 🙈) & the latter started with me being like "hi ily & your work could you please gif lizzie visiting sweden 🥺👉🏻👈🏻" & are now very much like "GIRL have you seen the latest royal shitshow?! *sips tea*"

I'm pretty sure the same scenario happened with @bridgertonbabe, @cambridgemadness, @lizisanamimal & @caitkaminski (Suzi as well, which my phone still adamantly wants to autocorrect to Suzuki 😭) me just randomly stomping into their ask box or DM's, pulling up a chair being like "so... can we talk about XYZ" & now they can't get rid of me (side note, one of my proudest achievements here in life - apart from @queen-of-boops now associating The Vamps with me - is Shinnie having created BOTH a Bridgerton x royalty crossover & a Bridgerton x Love Island crossover, I can die happy knowing I contributed to that 🥰)

This hijacking was meant to be like, "Nonnie, don't be scared to just start treating people as if you guys are friends," but it turned into me gushing about my online sisters 😅😘 My point still stands; it's scary & nerve-wracking at first, but you're more likely to be met with warmth rather than whatever your brain is trying to tell you 💜

P.S. Can I just say that I love how a big percentage of you guys either carry the title of Smut Queen or are known for your dickscourse tag 😂

Ok I've been in the fandom for about three years now, but I still sometimes feel like I'm on the outside - how do you make close friendships? because I've spoken to many people in this fandom, including you, and I call you guys friends in my head, but I'm too anxious to just talk to people in their inbox just because I like them and I don't wanna be annoying or overstep if you get what I mean

#3: Engaging on tumblr Reblogs, comments, etc. Nothing better than screaming at each other in the comments of a post. I think I'm weird in that I prefer comments to reblogs because it doesn't clog up everyone else's dash. #2: Engaging on Ao3. If you're looking to snag a writer friend, read their fics and comment on them. Then have the same URL on tumblr and send them an ask about it. We are simple beings and easily tricked into friendship if you tell us you like the thing we spent 45 hours writing.

#1: Discord.

I've made so many wonderful friends through tumblr. It's one thing to reblog something or comment (I think comments are better than just a blank reblog, personally), but my friendships within this fandom only kicked off really once I started talking to them on discord.

Of course we've got the Writer's room which is just me, Emma, Bia, Elle and Tammy, and there's a private server for dedicated fanfic writers (although you have to be a writer and also have somewhat of a highly visible presence to be invited to that one. They've had HUGE issues with semi-anonymous people wanting to join and then being trolls or starting drama and wrecking the wonderful friendly vibe.) But there is also an amazing fan server which I believe is still run by @caitkaminski @oliverslove and @rebelrayne. It's an absolutely wonderful place and there's almost always discussion going on in there, especially on episode release day. It's WILD. I highly recommend it. Check their blogs, I think the link is in their bios.
