Imagine a domestic life with Dammon in baldurs gate...

Drowsy mornings in bed, his body pressed close to yours with a tail wrapped around your leg and an arm over your waist. Dammon makes it hard to pull away from the comfort of his warmth, and despite knowing he has duties to attend to he also finds it hard to leave.

Randomly bringing each other something to drink. The way he lights up when you join him in the forge, a cold drink in hand he takes all too readily. When winter is at its coldest, the chill setting in each evening, and Dammon chasing it away with cuddles and steaming cups of tea.

Dammon spending full afternoons drawing and designing plans for new armour and weapons, studiously perfecting each commission and forgetting the world around him. Forgetting until your hands come to rest on his shoulders, the tiefling jumping slightly under your gentle touch before turning to smile at you. If anyone can pull the darling blacksmith away for a break it's his lovely partner and their kisses.

Speaking of kisses, this man is so soft when he kisses. Calloused hands, rough from smithing, always coming up to cradle your face. His tail shifting to wrap gently around you however it can. The way this man smiles into kisses, kissing everywhere from your lips to all over your face, revelling in any embarrassed giggles or reactions he might draw from you.

Evenings tucked up together, reading books and snuggling up under the same large blanket. You can't tell me Dammon doesn't enjoy sharing books with his partner, or sharing quality time once his forge is cooled and it's time to relax for the night. Reading either separate books or the same, it hardly matters to him so long as he feels his body against yours, safe and happy in your shared little home.

I'm honestly way too much of a simp for this poor man. If I don't get to romance this fictional man soon I might combust.

Okay so this is prob a baldur's gate 3 spoiler so if you haven't # out that tag, then uh? Yes.

This is also obviously a rant.

So I'm on my 4th playthrough, and my take on the guardian/ emperor changed. Very. Fast. And not in a very nice way.

So the first time I was in love with my guardian, I was in a romance with Astarion, but holy shit I would give the world to my guardian, so yes u can imagine my fucking heartbreak of the moment I saw him, like I had to stop gaming cuz I felt so betrayed.

And then I obviously were just hurt and whatever but nice about it to him.

Then I decided I would actually romance him as my second character, mage dude, and well....

Things happened, and I got the same story he had like "Nobody knew who I was, I had so many friends" bleh bleh, and I remember feeling pretty like 🤨 when bone daddy- I mean Withers, said that mindflayers don't have souls like? Excuse you what about the emperor??

And I ofc slept with him, which u can do, and I obviously don't kink shame if you're into it, but i was not

I was hiding my face, peeking through my fingers, and then just regret everything ever.

And like? Romance was fine, and I didnt turn into a mindflayer at the end, cuz I was also dating Karlach and well... can't be a mindflayer then.

And the whole thing that HE was the founder of Baldur's gate? That HE IS him??? Honestly?

At that point I felt even more upset, and disgusted. Not only cuz of what he did, but just... him. And ugh. (I didn't do that quest the first time, cuz I didn't know)

Then come me as durge...

First of all... I've never loved a character more, maybe Gage from fallout 4, than my durge, a queen like wow💅🏻

And with her I was just done with the emperor, like... I expected him to be the same, ya know?

And then only to learn that his "friends" were actually NOT???? But basically possessed to "hang out" with him?

And yeah he claims that he ate "only criminals" but how do we know??? If he lied about that? He probably ate other people too, he probably didn't even spiderman/batman himself around like he said/showed us he did.

As I played more and more durge I just felt disgusted and a fool, like?? I do talk, rant, to friends and yes even family, when I'm either yay obsessed about the game/character or to upset rant, and everybody knows about the beginning and end and on actually how much this hurt and I know its so stupid

Random thoughts about Dammons tail

So this man has me in full brainrot hours and I love stuff about Tieflings tails and how they might use them in day to day life so here we go.

This man takes any chance he can to wrap his tail around you (gently).

Snuggled in bed with him? Tail lying over your legs. Cooking with him in his lil' home in baldurs gate? It's wrapped around one of your legs. Lying down on top of him on the couch as he reads to you? It's draped over your lower back. I'm sorry, I don't make the rules.

Dammon loves when you touch his tail too, run your fingertips just barely over the skin and this man purrs-

He's also a living heater too, and if you're able to get periods and would want a heat pack to help he is fully ready to wrap his tail around your stomach. If you don't get periods, I can see him just doing it to keep you warm when it's winter.

Just imagine Dammon coming up behind you, arms hugging around your middle, tail shifting to wrap around both legs as he just holds you for a moment.

There's definitely an aspect of trust to this. Trust that you won't hurt his tail, and that he can show some tenderness around you in private. Not to say he wouldn't use his tail sometimes in public, but I feel he's more the type to hold your hand instead if you're wandering through the city together.

I feel like I have plenty of nsfw thoughts about this man and his tail too but I'll leave it here for now.
