🍦 Banana nice cream 🍦 Do this now - you can thank me later! It's SOOOO good! I made some last night and we all ate it for breakfast this morning - who doesn't love ice-cream for breakfast 🤷🏼‍♂️? ~ ☞ Simply peel and freeze a ripe banana. Once frozen, blitz it in a food processor along with 5 tbsp of Greek yogurt (I actually used Alpro plain with coconut as it was all we had left and it worked really well + it's #dairyfree for those who need it), then re-freeze for a couple of hours. Serve with your choice of topping.
