Lip Hemangioma Excision This young man has a hemangioma of the lower lip. He found this to be esthetically unappealing and functionally interfering. Cleft Lip – Vermillion Notch Correction – Lip Revision This young man had been born with a unilateral cleft lip deformity, which had been corrected as an infant. This had been performed at his hometown. However, there was still a residual defect on the lip with a prominent scar. He had been referred to our hospital for treatment. Oral Rehabilitation with Dental Implants This elderly man had lost many of his teeth to dental caries. He had tried removable partial dentures, but never got accustomed to it. Plagiocephaly Correction with Frontoorbital Advancement using Sonic Welding and Resorbable plates This little girl had been born with craniostenosis. She had undergone surgery elsewhere, which did not result in any sort of correction of her plagiocephaly. Her intracranial pressure continued to be raised and she had an outwardly turned left eye. The neurosurgical team was involved right from treatment planning to the surgical correction part of her treatment. A 3D stereolithographic model of her skull was obtained from her 3D CT scan. It was decided to perform frontal and orbital advancement to help create space for her developing brain. She underwent unicoronal plagiocephaly correction with frontoorbital Bandeau remodeling and advancement at our hospital. Resorbable plates and sonic welding was used for stabilizing the bone segments. Rigid plates were used only for stabilizing the frontal advancement part of the procedure. The surgical treatment was an unequivocal success and there was complete resolution of her symptoms along with normalization of her facial esthetics.
