Banyak sekali yang bertanya min yang baik yang mana sih ? brand apa min yang stabil & ekomomis dll. Yuk bahas singkat dulu kenapa sih whipped cream dari pada susu ?
Whipping Cream Dairy / Hewani ; krim yang terbuat dari olahan susu hewani, umumnya mengandung lemak di kisaran 35% rasanya cenderung plain / tawar
Whipping Cream Nabati / Non-Dairy ; krim yang terbuat dari bahan dasar lemak nabati tumbuh-tumbuhan, dengan kadar lemak yang hampir mirip dengan dairy… biasanya dari kelapa sawit, almond dll dan “UMUMnya” rasa-nya manis bahkan ada yang yang manis buatan (agak terasa pahit) maka selalu cek Brand apa yang terbaik
Jujur nih Sobat Bakers lebih pilih mana sih ? WHIPPED CREAM DAIRY atau yang NON DAIRY (NABATI) koment yuk sambil lanjut ke part 2 . . .
