Summary: Based on (with many liberties taken) the manga, the other world’s books depend on the bean counter. Iruka is an overworked and underpaid social worker, tasked with the care of orphan Naruto. When a portal opens and starts to suck Naruto away, Iruka jumps in the save him. Unfortunately, they instead are both dragged into another world, full of medieval intrigue and magical energy. Naruto thrives in this new world, but Iruka only gets weaker and weaker. Luckily, he has a guardian angel, Captain of the ANBU guards, Hatake Kakashi.

an au in which sasuke is the clanhead's son, the future clan head (since itachi has other issues). sasuke might have been taught from a young age to hold the Uchiha honour above all, but he's different.

an au in which arrogant, spoiled, emotionally stunted sasuke befriends naruto, the current village jinchuuriki (where minato dies but kushina lives and the nine tails is split into mother and son and kushina is forced to face the wrath of being an uzumaki).

an au in which curious sasuke looks at this gangly little pink haired girl with a feral look on her face competes against him (a civilian, his brain supplies, a civilian with nothing but pure ambition keeping up with a clan head's son).
