she was born in perth, australia! yet naomi spent her childhood around the world.

her father was professional surfer and her mother was an arts journalist.

as she got older, she started staying back in perth with her paternal grandparents when her parents went on trips for their careers.

Theo comes from a filthy rich family and she has one older brother s/o to archie! He’s pretty much all she had growing up !

Her parents were total show parent types, pushing them to be the best in everything they did. Theo definitely internalized that message and it’s like all she knows! She has always been super competitive academically. Like not personally, she’s not too concerned with being against others all the time, in fact she enjoys learning from others, but she’s been pushed so much into being the best bc shitty parents that she doesn’t know how to not compete. It’s just what she knows

They’re also awful and abusive! and for the entirety of Theo’s life, she’s been living almost exclusively in appeasing them and for her brother. In that sense, she has never really been her own person. Always instead trying to fit what others needed her to be: textbook golden child, perfect student,

Studied chem for years because she excelled in the sciences but her heart wasn’t in it!! Now she’s studying history bc after the stuff I’ll explain later she was just like ??? Fuck it I want to just do something fun and i think i like history? well turns out she LOVES it and feels alive kinda

Definitely was involved with the party scenes before this last year, although she’s not the biggest drinker or user of recreational substances.

A couple years ago, Theo started developing really terrible anxiety, as well as being constantly exhausted, achy, and physically ill. It all kind of threw her into a rly dark place (like at its worst she was definitely pretty disconnected from reality) and at the end of the year prior to the last, she had a really bad meltdown that landed her in the hospital and she ended up spending the whole following year in and in medical facilities and she EVENTUALLY was diagnosed with POTS on top of severe anxiety and depression :/ this was thanks to archie’s persistence in getting a correct diagnosis after so long of dismissal from doctors and from their parents because he’s the realest and he understands what its like :( so bby is sick and tired but trying her best. Also her parents just think she has to get over it but that’s not how this works luvs

This year she’s just trying to find some semblance of normalcy but it’s hard to keep up and act normally! There’s v little energy but she’s TRYING. Also she’s just..,.,  trying to figure out who she is? In the last year she kind of discovered that she was her own person and what happened in her life has been trauma after trauma and she’s trying to figure out who she is! It’s hard because she’s also still trying to please people and be what people need her to be but hey thats what therapy is for.

She’s just trying her best. Probably spending a lot of time studying because she’s a nerd and actually finding personal gratification in her studies now!

Side note she really finds linguistics fascinating and like still a bit of a chem nerd bc she identified with it and thats a mess

her father is not a man who has made his fortune by legal means. he’s a money launderer. evita knows what he does, but she chooses to ignore it. no point in focusing on something she can’t change.

because of this she did grow up well off, spoiled & given pretty much anything she wanted. but distant from her parents. it was no surprise when they sent her off to boarding school across the ocean.

she was born in san antonio, and that is where her father primarily lives by choice, but evita really doesn’t call anywhere “home.”

while victoria sutton wasn’t born with her father’s bright red hair, her wit was smothered in it. vic always knew that if she wanted something, she would have to go and get it herself.

before evelyn was born, victoria was fleur’s protege... which made no sense to vic because the only interest she’d ever taken in fashion was when she ripped the poofy sleeves off of her party dress. that was just because the lace kept poking into her arms. this sort of unwanted guidance gained much disdain towards fleur from vic.

as with her father, domhnall, she was way closer to him than anyone in this world. he was always around when she needed him. when it came to her mother, it seemed like she was too preoccupied with her clients than vic or her siblings. domhnall would wake up early before he had to go to the office and make them breakfast. he was and is the apple of vic’s eyes. her rolemodel for sure.

as of right now, vic is studying photograpy and living with her sister, evie, as well as evies dog frodo and vic’s cat princeton.

silas kingston is pretty much the sidekick to any rich villain in a nineties rom-com come to life. the one that’s just as wealthy, just as much of a douchebag, but too dumb to be the leader of the gang, and more interested in partying than playing weird mind games

due to being raised as a spoiled brat, the concept of not immediately getting whatever he wants isn’t something he’s used to. he goes through life just doing whatever will bring him the most pleasure, and consequences aren’t something he really worries about.

as the middle child, he sometimes feels like he doesn’t get quite as much attention as his older brother (the golden child) or his little sister (the baby of the family), but he’s always just used that to his advantage, taking it as an opportunity to just get away with whatever he wanted to do. he knows that there’s no pressure for him to take over his dad’s company once he retires, since chandler will be doing that for him, and he’s looking forward to continuing his life of luxury post graduation.

silas has never taken anything seriously in his life, and that’s the way he likes it. he’s gotten himself a reputation for being a little bit of a heartbreaker - or, more accurately, fuckboy - which has resulted in his car getting keyed on more than one occasion. but when he can easily just replace it, he doesn’t see the situation as being that big of a problem.

When Callum was three, his mother passed away, leaving him alone with his father; a man who already had less than desirable traits when it came to their family. He had kept Callum’s mother from barely interacting with her side of the family, essentially isolating them, and had shown little kindness as the years passed by. Once his mother was out of the picture however, things quickly grew worse. Callum began to be used, and sold. He was kept mostly confined to his room with little forms of entertainment.  Years passed before Callum managed to escape, but once he did he never looked back. He focused on finding his mother’s side of the family with the little information he knew of them. After spending several months on the road, homeless, and determined, he finally found one of his uncles in Oregon, USA.  His uncle, Andrew Reilly, hadn’t even known of his existence which caused a rocky start to their relationship but once Callum had proved who he was to him he quickly was welcomed to the family and taken care of from there on out.  *Due to his trauma, Callum has developed C-PTSD.

vic and evie's younger brother. father is a stockbroker, mom is a fashion designer. born and raised in london. i believe those are the basics, you can read more in his sister’s intros.

while their mother was very hard on them, she definitely wasn't as severe with charlie as she was with his sisters. in a way, he was a lot more spoiled. 

a very pragmatic child, charlie has an opinion about everything. that’s one of the reasons why his mother doesn’t even bother anymore to argue with him, because she knows it’s pointless and just a waste of energy.

a brilliant student, charlie particularly excelled at math. however, he did have an attitude problem. he had no boundaries or respect for the authority and overall, he didn't agree with the school system and soon enough he began skipping classes. 

when he wasn't at school, charlie spent most of his time at the library or at museums. of course, when he was brought to the principal's office, he didn't believe that's what he was doing. being at a catholic school, the principal believed that any student who skipped classes was a sexual deviant who did drugs. 

he was almost expelled for truancy, but thankfully, his father was able to convince the principal to give him another chance. eventually, charlie graduated and didn't miss a single class during his senior year. he mostly did that because he didn't want to disappoint his father. charlie worships his father, and he's probably the only person with whom he won't argue.

after high school, charlie decided to take a gap year much to his mother's disdain and went backpacking to south america. there, he met someone and well, he fell hard for them. once his gap year ended, he decided to go to college in the us as the person he was dating with went there.

long story short, things ended (badly) between them and charlie came back to england. he enrolled in bainbridge and moved in with his sisters. he currently studies maths and philosophy because it's the perfect mix between two things he likes.

loves learning, and like everyone in his family he's also into art but he just likes to appreciate it because he's not the most creative person.

he does like going out occasionally. he likes strong drinks and the nasty habit of smoking. 

personality-wise, charlie either talks a lot or he doesn't talk at all. there's literally no in-between. he can be very reserved, and can often also be naturally impassive which leads some people to think he's aloof. he doesn't like being the centre of attention unless it's karaoke night (his guilty pleasure). he is not the most spontaneous kind of guy, he overthinks and he likes planning. if you need someone to tell you the truth without sugarcoating it, he's your guy.

victor in a tl;dr is a disconnected individual who sees the world in a very black or white manner. now more than ever he thinks everything of importance is either medicine or it isn’t. 

he’s not a caring or compassionate individual, some would argue he kinda has no emotions, which is true. not big on sarcasm or jokes, he takes things very literally. 

he’s very driven to the point of losing sleep just to finish studying or learning something new. 

he comes from a very rich family of neurosurgeons so the path has never been anything different for him. it’s not as if his family has to convince him to go into medicine, it’s all he’s ever wanted to do. 

he’s jealous of anyone who might be better than him in anything. like it’s really bad he gets jealous so often but always academic.

the youngest of seven children (yikes).

he was definitely the accident baby of the family, but a very welcomed one as he’s been coddled by his mother from day one.

he was pushed around by his older siblings growing up, totally due to the fact he embodied the annoying baby brother role. he’s always been closest to maverick however, mainly due to being the closest in age and bonding over being harassed by their oldest brother.

he was the only one in the family to go state school instead of boarding school

which was all fun and games until mars would be the only siblings left at home during school

he replaced the sudden loss of all of his siblings at home with talking to anyone who would spare him a moment of attention at school

he was friends with everyone: students and teachers

despite all of these friends, lottie burke was always his partner in crime

what started as an awkward meet up thanks to their older brothers being best friends bloomed into a beautiful friendship

even had a girlfriend for a little bit

a little bit being almost four years, an apartment, and a cat before their relationship finally went under and he was kicked out of his own apartment 

moving back into his family home was odd, with all of his siblings out in the world it reminded him of being in grade school. 

he dropped out of school after this too, deciding maybe the english degree and writer dreams he was pursuing wasn’t what he really wanted anymore.

this girl is wild & crazy. she’s reckless for the sake of doing something fun, careless when it comes to rules or anything of the sort, and creative when it comes to thinking of anything thrilling to do.

she’s easy to befriend, as long as you entertain her in any way or lend into her reckless side it’s hard to get rid of her. knows no boundaries though and tends to sit on people’s laps at random when she gets close enough to them.

sierra’s dad is a criminal (oop) he runs one of the largest import & export businesses in nyc and 100% smuggles anything in for the right price.

however, he refuses to let sierra see the worse sides of his business. he see’s her as innocent and treats her as such. she’s his angel.

sierra hates that, but it also means she’s spoiled rotten and given whatever she wants so really, why fight it?

she’s always been a headache for her father, her reckless nature getting her in trouble. this is actually how she ended up at bainbridge. after being arrested for underaged drinking at a club in nyc her father’s last resort was to send her away for school. the only plus is that she still has her trust fund and he let her choose her major.

school really isn’t her thing, she’s not book smart, but thankfully she’s been in dance classes since she could walk so that part is down. realistically if she wanted to, she could probably get brought on to any ballet company. however sierra doesn’t have the discipline for that so here she is, never taking a thing seriously.

SOLEIL MARCHAND | 24 | ARTIST

Welcome to Brighton, SOLEIL MARCHAND ! HE has lived here for 2 YEARS and works as an ARTIST. They are known for being OPENMINDED, CREATIVE, STUBBORN, and NARCISSISTIC.

A self-professed dreamer and lover, Soleil was raised with an open heart and an open mind. His father, a museum curator, and his mother, a painter, raised him to value love over everything. He was raised in Marseille, taught to speak English almost as fluently as he speaks French, and valued adventure and independence from a young age.

His passion for art was evident from a young age; he spent much of his time in his mother’s studio, watching and mimicking what she did. A young Soleil was frequently found with paint on his clothes, his hands, his face - anywhere paint could’ve been, it was. Luckily, his parents nurtured that love for art, and Soleil continued to devote himself to his craft, honing it as he grew.

He prefers to paint with acrylics, and his two preferred subjects are skyscapes - mostly clouds at sunset or sunrise - and nude portraiture. He tends to lose track of time while he’s painting, classical music playing around the small apartment he’s dedicated to his studio space.

With his art, he grew up reading about painters of the past. He studied their work, adored knowing that this passion was one that anyone and everyone could have and nurture. Denis, Monet, and Sisley are among his favorites.

Soleil’s name matches his personality - he’s a people pleaser, and many say he lights up a room when he enters. He’s the type to want to please everyone and anyone, and he’s incredibly loyal to his friends. If you get on his bad side, though, he’ll hold a grudge like no other.

His art is his pride and joy, and he loves to share it with the world. He fears irrelevancy - fears that, when he dies, his name won’t live outside of his parents’ legacy. He wants for nothing but adoration - and from that adoration, love. He also fears dying unloved. While he’s very open about his sexuality, and the type to sleep around, he does dream about settling down someday.

Raised on world travel, Soleil still keeps in frequent contact with his parents; he loves them and is grateful for everything they’ve given him, and every opportunity he has. One of his favorite paintings of his own is still hanging above the fireplace in the foyer in their home.

He thrives off of praise, appreciates both platonic and romantic cuddling, and, to this day, can still be found with paint on his skin and clothes daily.

With all of that being said - many still describe him as a deviant, both sexually and non-sexually. He has a list of kinks a mile long, is known for running his mouth, and is never at a party without a drink in his hand. He’s drawn to other artists, dreamers, and, frequently, those older than him with stories to share.

All said and done, Soleil is a lover, a dreamer, and, most importantly in his eyes, an artist. His apartment is always open for visitors, and nights out celebrating nothing in particular can frequently be found in Soleil’s life.
