Markus was granted the title of founder by the SimCity government after discovering the very isle he is currently trying to improve. Some might say his plan of building a bustling community from nothing is an overambitious pipedream, but Markus had always been one to take challenges head on.

Discovered on the edge of SimNation's coast, Bailiwick Bay is an isle small enough to start its own civilization. Will the founder, Markus Bailiwick, succeed in building a thriving neighborhood from scratch, or will his passion to prove get the best of him?

katie_catastrophe's haven rock bacc inspired me to finally try my hand on this challenge! honestly this is also an opportunity for me to try out businesses (as i was always too nervous to play with them for some reason???) and to challenge myself with building lots from scratch so excuse my crap builds; i'm hoping that the more i play, my building skills would slowly improve :]

and finally, im using this bacc ruleset by nepheris, but if i feel like changing some rules up i'll allow myself to do so as well.
