Principal MU-01 FCPS/Basic Medical Sciences/Clinical Faculty preferable with teaching experience and expertise in leading from administrative point of view. At least 5 years of experience is Required working as a Principal of Medical College/University. The Pdnicpal is responsible for providing leadership for the overall operations of the Medical College, and for its faculty, staff, students and programmes of activities. Leading & executing strategic planning for the College and participating in such planning for the University. and of the Faculty of Health Sciences, in particular. He should have appropriate professional qualifications and comprehensive experience in education, research, professional service, faculty development and leadership in academic administration. Recruiting, developing, promoting and evaluating faculty and senior administrators in the Medical College. 2. Vice Principal MU-02 FCPS/Basic Medical Sciences/Clinical Faculty preferable with teaching experience and expertise in leading from administrative point of view. Must be of Professor/Associate Clinical Level. Working experience of 5 years is required as Vice Principal. The Vice Principal is responsible for the strategic direction, financial, operating and quality of all Medical College academic programmes (education and research). He provides the strategic and operational link between the Medical College in Bahria Town and Bahria International Hospital under Principal & Director Hospital. 3. General Manager Coordination MU-03 Post graduate Medical Qualification & Degree in Management. MBBS/MBA in Healthcare/ PGD in Healthcare. General Manager Coordination will be responible for Leading the entire management of Medical University from start. He should be capable for liaising with different stakeholders of Medical University, aware of all the documentations and corresponds with the Leaders in new set up of a project.
