the look on his FACE when he sees you straight up sucker punch someone for calling him names, most likely some student in his dorm telling him off frustrated and badmouthing riddle to their friends. he was speechless??? like??? he quickly regains his composure and manages to have you and the other (more so you) back off before anything more happens and it escalates. he may even temporarily use his magic on you two as a swift warning.

riddle will remove it once the student is gone and scold you for doing and resorting to such violence… though yes it was good that you had, good intentions with him and mind he’ll huff and tell you that is not how to do it! he’ll end up rambling in a flustered moment after having that happen and because out of defense? he's never felt that before or had someone to do that for him really.

he’ll ask and wonder if aces stubborn and fighting tendencies are rubbing off on you, he’d know as he GOT hit by him before. he’ll exclaim and be like “I told you, dear, they're a bad influence on you tsk..!” hehehe. he makes an effort to keep you strayed and quickly moved away if some situation like this occurs, especially after knowing just how far you are willing to go for him… after he’s gone on long enough to you about how that wasn't a good idea, you swore you could've seen a hint of a smile on him.

leona is used to hearing some sort of snarky hushed comments about him from other students, thinking he doesn't have such a keen sense of hearing, at times. he really could care less and mostly likely will not be caught thinking about it even later on. there were times where maybe yes, they would sting him slightly but that was when he was younger and, in the castle, hear comments regarding him and his place beside his brother. once again, he has gotten used to these kinds of things and finds it rather pointless to dwell on. he doesn't want to pity himself.

but… you are kind of the opposite when to him and he actually is genuinely shocked for once when he sees you getting personal and physical with some random octavinelle student that made some snide comment about him. leona had always known that you had an overprotective and forward flare to you— hell he loved that about you, but he actually was not expecting that one bit.

he will grab your arm and stop you from going any further from terrorizing this poor student, he’ll grumble what “an idiot” you are for getting yourself into such a mess, for a mere comment towards him. he’ll have some smirk on his face, he doesn't seem to be taking this seriously one bit.

like leona he has had to learn to “toughen up” and learn to ignore them (though he does most likely take them to heart at times) he holds his front and persona ever the same remaining unbothered and frankly ignorant. he is quite used to others talking poorly especially as his reputation is poor among various students haha. but he doesn't seem to care, he is quite happy to see his business grow actually.

azul seems a little taken off-guard when you start a whole fight with not one but a group of students??? l mean, most violence he is used to is from the twins to some student who’s defiant to fulfill or deal with the effects of their deal. when he is past the initial surprise, he stops you and tells you to only ignore them, azul will claim its foolish to engage. he tries to keep a fake “oh terribly sorry about that...” to the students to make sure they won't do anything. if something were to happen though because you decided to pick a fight out of his defense, he could always send someone like floyd, not you!

not going to lie though, moving away he did feel a sense of pride knowing that you're someone that's so willing to go such lengths for him, not to mention, he's impressed. you’ll still find him going on and telling you that you shouldn't be doing that, it could lead you into some larger mess with other troublesome students. but he’ll chuckle and tell you he finds it endearing.

kalim al-asim

kalim is pretty liked for the most part by other students and his dorm, minus the whole fiasco that happened during his chapter. he is just the kind of person that wants to be able to get everyone's approval and he’ll stubbornly keep being persistent. however, in a school like nrc where they're so many people the opposite he is bound to get annoyed, mean comment from someone. SO, when you decide to take that extra personally, he is so??!! he is not one for violence like ever...

after he sees how willing you are to defend him by literally fighting the student, he absolutely will quickly get in between you two and stop the situation before it even begins to escalate, trying to make light of it all with a nervous smile and laugh, he doesn't want to see you or the other person fighting!

he'll look over you all worried, he doesn't want you or anyone to be hurt, especially on his own behalf. he just has this shocked and bewildered expression as he does so, like he is flattered and thinks it's nice that you care for him but not so aggressively! haha.

vil schoenheit

this man is a celebrity…. words do not affect him. he is really used to comments online but also around him during his school life, though he is surprised there are some so bold to be expressive about their thoughts of someone like him. he doesn't think much of them, at most shooting them some glare or even an unamused look from him. if he’s particularly stressed or upset about something beforehand he won't hesitate to throw his own comment as well.

he is shocked but carefully removes you before things get any sorts of serious after you decide to start that. the last thing he would want is for you to be hurt in some sort of silly reason, as he doesn't seem to care about what others think of him. if anything, vil would only be more concerned about you than that unpleasant student. he does know quite the temper and stubbornness you can get; he’ll move you by the arms away if he has to.

vil would look like he is frustrated but his face is just painted with concern for you— he’ll stubbornly bring you to his room and make you sit down in front of his vanity, leaving the student way being (frankly surprised that you decided to sucker punch them for talking ill of vil). vil will carefully tend to your hands, shaking his head. he’ll kiss your knuckles when he’s done, get your uniform cleaned and warn you not to do something like that again!

if idias feeling mean back (most of the time) he’ll probably just do something scummy to the person online and call it a day. but at the end of the day, he avoids people like the plague, so this happening is rare— he isn't exactly the most confrontational person either, unlike you who willingly get into the student's face getting slightly physical about to jump in and defend your boyfriend. that is until the student runs off.

he freezes and pauses for a moment, really unable to stop staring at you as the whole situation unfolding in front really trying to register what you just did. then he would give off his weird little snicker and giggle, after witnessing the whole thing, he finds it amusing that you're able to do that to some student, knowing you're a human— the magicless one yet you're able to do something like that for him??

honestly, he loves it, you've opened his eyes and made him realize that he is definitely attracted to that lmao. yet he groans when you go on and still fired up about the student, he’ll tell you it's too much of a trouble to do these kinds of things.

he is quite used to hushed whispers and looks from passing students, though it is discouraging because he doesn't want that from others— there's another part of malleus if he's upset or feelings particularly spiteful for it… he could get really intimidating himself, no doubt about it, if he really wanted to. he never does anything too bad, but he sometimes messes with others if he is in the mood. at the end of the day though, he is used to sebek quickly charging up ready to defend his honor at any moment of the day and telling him calmly to let them be.

nevertheless, he is genuinely surprised when you suddenly are willing to fight people literally for him. he finds it entertaining at first but then when he realizes you're being serious and get tough with a particular student he's like OH. with the quick move his hand, he’ll quickly move you and pull you away with some magic and prevent you or the student form doing anything else.

he’ll have some amused look on his face, as he remembers the face on the student when you were about to swing at him. as he lightheartedly scolds you for being so rough and doing something that could end with you getting hurt.

Opposites are definitely attracting here. Hiyoko is loud, crude, and excitable. While most would say your calming personality could try and calm her down, it’s actually the opposite. When she’s with you, she gets energetic. She’ll tease you and prod at you to try and get a reaction.

If you’re not the affectionate type, that’s okay. Hiyoko’s clinginess is enough for the two of you. She’s a big fan of jumping on your back no matter what you’re doing. There are times where she’ll tell you to lean down for a kiss, just for her to bop you on the head instead.

In front of others, she’ll love to make fun of you as if you’re the one that hangs off of her. “They may be quiet but they’re actually a total pervert when we’re alone!” None of your classmates really believe her.

You love to listen and Hiyoko loves to talk. She’ll tell you about anything: her dance recitals, badmouthing your classmates, anything that comes to mind. Hiyoko loves to sit in your lap while she gossips. Her hand will be deep in a bag of gummies while she rests against your chest.

Due to your quiet nature, you’re often a main suspect in trials. If Hiyoko was busy on the day of a murder, you might be without an alibi. Worry not, as Hiyoko will be your biggest defender. Hajime is at his wits end as he’s called vulgar names one after another. No one gets a chance to speak as she wails about your innocence.

Even if you were to murder someone, she would always be by your side.

With a point of his finger, Hajime shot down that lie. “No, that’s wrong! Nagito said he saw you at the beach right before the body discovery announcement. You wouldn’t have had time to meet up with them before the time of death.”

Hot tears pooled down her cheeks. Hiyoko knew the truth. She knew you were guilty. She didn’t want to face the truth. You weren’t supposed to leave her side. “You’ll trust that nasty perv to be honest? You’re a fucking idiot-!”

As someone with chronic pain it is annoying when you have those days you really can’t do anything and just have to lay in bed.

"RELATABILITY" of Mahabharat

Okay, so I was watching the round table conference of ten years of Star Plus Mahabharat, and was really happy to see all the casts together, discussing avidly about Mahabharat and telling about their experiences.

But the thing is, of course I know there are several inaccuracies in the serial, and a few things the actors and Siddharth Kumar Tewary ( the maker of SP Mb ) were discussing did not even happen in the real texts, and were a figment of imagination or lores which they had put. For example, SKT was talking about the compulsion Gandhari was in while tying the cloth around her eyes, and how directly or indirectly, there was a subtle force used by Bhishm to persuade Subal, and Shakuni's displeasure in SP Mb hints it; when in the real texts there was no dramatization of the marriage of Dhritarashtra and Gandhari; it happens like any marriage and he was happy with her. Also Gandhari being a Tapasvini that time, being sightless by choosing for herself was a part of her penance for her husband, and it wasn't as a big deal as we think is for her. She did it willingly, but the way the TV serial shows it tells some other story.

This makes me think about how we often try to put consciousnessly or subconsciously the characters of Mahabharat in OUR feet and then analyze them. Our mind, whenever we read about an event, chooses to put the characters in OUR shoes and then judge them. You think that O my God, if this character was like us, how would she/he would react? No wait, that character cannot do such a great task or have so much power, she/he must've some greyness in their character or something derogatory. Or we often choose to mould them to OUR style of thinking, morality and actions.

AND THIS IS STRICTLY HOW YOU SHOULDN'T BE READING MAHABHARAT OR ANALYZING IT.

Keeping a character in your world, your foot doesn't work. In that manner, those characters in your mind will be reduced to what they actually were, just because YOU think that what they're doing cannot happen like that- NO.

Rather, I feel like YOU should be the one putting YOURSELF in their feet and then imagine what you would've done in the situation. And that means you must be aware of THEIR POWERS, THEIR LIMITATIONS, THEIR MORALITY AND THEIR ENVIRONMENT AND THE SURROUNDING, THE SITUATION THEY ARE IN. That also includes their supernatural abilities, and their Kshatriya mindset or mindset of any other Varna they belong to.

For example, let's discuss the episode of Parshuram and Karna. People often badmouth Parshuram for cursing Karn, because all he wanted is to acquire knowledge. You think if Parshuram was like us, in this environment like us he would've forgave him, or SHOULD have. It is NOT A BIG DEAL to lie to a Brahmin.

Now think YOURSELF in Parshuram's feet, you're a divine sage with supreme powers and a strict Brahmin. You do not entertain nonsense or lies, like a Brahmin should actually be. You're focused, you have limitations of a Brahmin and you have that environment as well. You experience a past like him. Now imagine someone comes and lies to you about his caste so as to earn the knowledge easily, without any more tests. Your happy that Karna is a Brahmin, YOU trust him with all your heart, YOU make him a student of you, and teach him all the knowledge you have, and EVEN GIVE HIM YOUR WEAPONS. And now this guy is caught as a non Brahmin, that too it was never his intention to reveal that who he actually was. How would you feel being a Guru? A true Brahmin? How will you feel that you trusted someone who had no intentions ever to be true to you? You had been true to him, being devoted as a Guru to him, gave him all your weapons, thought that he was genuine and then you find out that he isn't who he is portraying. AND YES, IN THOSE DAYS IT WAS A BIG DEAL TO LIE TO A BRAHMIN-

Don't sugarcoat, how would YOU feel?

Won't you feel cheated, heartbroken? Won't you feel angry? And you know what Brahmins do in anger don't you? They're simple, they are peace loving mostly, but when they're displeased, cheated or anger, their curse is the only thing they can give to vent it out. So wouldn't you have cursed him at that moment?

See? Now how things fit into the narrative once you stop putting them in your feet and put yourself in theirs?

This is why one of the major drawbacks was the characterization of a few characters in Mahabharat by Star Plus. The maker tried to fit the characters in OUR feet, dragging down their morality/behavior/technique to our level at times. This is where we're rendered of the actuality of the sequences. And we be we are pleased seeing the characters react like us in a situation, sometimes pettily ( Like Draupadi shouting at the Sabha, typically throwing her chudamani away with those dramatic effects, she getting rejected by Drupad because he was shown misogynistic at first and sadness, Gandhari being girly and afraid of darkness) yes all these seem very pleasing to watch because these behavior are like US.

But the reality is different. And I understand because I am reading the authentic texts, the scenario and scenery are so different, each character acts and reacts as per their Varna, powers and duty.

And here comes the question then, IS MAHABHARAT then RELATABLE to today's world then? If we cannot keep the characters in our feet, then how can be?

Let me say something instead, even if the scenarios are different, the characters in their scenarios do ACT accordingly. Yes, they were humans too, not everything is entirely different. Their morality, their duty was according to THEIR DHARMA, and the point is how THEY MANAGED THE SCENARIOS WITH THEIR MORALITY, POWER ETC. IN THEIR SCALE OF DHARMA. Once you understand the things that how they balanced things in their scenarios versus us, the question of Mahabharat being relatable disappears. The major concepts like Dharma, Artha, Kaama, Moksha were valid then and it is now as well, just the background and scenarios are different and also the limitations. Concepts of science, technology was different in the two yugas but the thought of using the resources to make them useful is same like we think about, isn't it? Also major elements like planning, judgment, punishment, crime, forgiveness is also applicable in today's world.

So basically one must thing about their POINT OF VIEW AND SURROUNDING and then make a better judgment of their duties and choices, rather than dragging them to our scale and try to make everything RELATABLE just because you want reach.

Trust me, Mahabharat itself is a huge drama. It's enjoyed when it's consumed at the rawest without unnecessary drama. Mahabharat itself is drama heavy, you do not need unnecessary plots, angst, side story etc to make it emotionally heavy, because trust me one cannot actually match how emotionally heavy the real Mahabharat actually is.

Come on, after all Mahabharat entirely is a blend of all Rasas, it's bound to drive you emotionally.

Renata has mixed feelings; on one hand, your protectiveness is very endearing and let's be honest, kinda funny–like a mouse squaring up to defend a lion. It's also very touching that you think she's worth going so far to defend–after all, Renata isn't used to being anyone's first priority, she's used to leveraging their first priority to get them to do what she wants. On the other hand, it's also frustrating–there are a lot of people who have less than sparkling opinions of her, and while she appreciates you trying to protect her reputation, the idea that you'll be in danger of so much as a broken nail sits poorly with her. If you ever got hurt on her behalf there would be no end to her overprotectiveness, and absolute hell to pay for whoever laid a hand on her darling. As such, she'll staunchly maintain that you absolutely should not be getting into fights on her behalf–not personally, at least. You've got bodyguards (she has far, far too many enemies for you not to, especially since you can't fight–but if you'd prefer, they can be so discreet you don't even notice them), get them to beat the fuck out of anyone who badmouths either of you, problem solved. She's been trying to convince you of this since the very first time someone said a harsh word to you and you burst into tears–there’s not a chance in hell someone makes you cry and walks away intact, but unfortunately she can't be with you all the time so someone has to pick up the slack.

Swain hears you getting into an argument firsthand through his birds, and his first reaction is worry, since he knows you don't react well to confrontation. His second reaction is an icy anger towards whoever is bothering you. Understandably, he's absolutely gobsmacked when you slap that person across the face for daring to insult him, and then immediately clutch your hand in pain. Then he's dropping everything he's doing to go get you, doesn't matter if he's in an important meeting, they can wait. If there's literally any danger of the person being suicidal enough to try and strike back, there's suddenly a giant demonic eyeball staring them down, and that scares them off pretty quick. Once he's sure you're okay and he's had a moment to collect himself, he'll very calmly request that you do not do that again. Harsh words don't phase him–you being in any kind of danger does. He understands how frustrating it is to hear someone insult a person you care about–there have been exactly two people stupid enough to badmouth you to Swain's face, and they conveniently were used as scapegoats for Swain's other political machinations (he’s very efficient–why not get revenge and profit at the same time?). He appreciates the thought and he's more than a little touched you'd go so far, but still, your safety is the most important thing to him.

After hours of surgery, he was transferred to the recovery room where he is under critical care. No one is allowed to enter, so you can only see him through the window.

Day by day, you haven’t skipped a day to visit him. As a result, your brother must raise his voice.

“You're gonna collapse before he awakes.”

Toushirou stands next to you, crosses his arms and frowns his brows. The line between his eyebrows carved deeper as he sees your red eyes and tired face. He glances at the person resting in the room, and murmurs in his throat.

“Stupid…” - swiftly he turns to his sister - “Captain Unohana said he gotta be better soon.”

You acknowledge it but can’t give up the anxiety. Toushiro gives a long sigh, attempting to find the right words. Before he came, Rangiku had reminded him not to badmouth the patient, even though he didn’t like him.

“Captain Muguruma is not weak enough to be defeated by those injuries. It’s just… more than the last time…”

You stare at your brother. He turns away and clears his throat.

Behind you, Toushiro pulls up a smirk and throws an insulting glance to the muscular man. Just as he said.

Muguruma frowns as being interrupted, he against:

“My muscles are tired of resting.”

“Shut up and go back to bed.” - you scold him.

He is still stubborn and proudly shows you his nicely healing wounds. Both of you throw words forth and back. A happy reunion becomes chaos. Even when he is against you, he is never harsh on you, not as he talks to others. Until you are out of breath for his muscle brain, he caresses your back to soothe your annoyance. He finally goes back to his bed as he can’t stand your sulking anymore.

“You wake up after all?” - Toushiro coldly voices. Muguruma glances at him and nods. “I told you not to worry much about him, his skin is thick and as well his brain.” - he mocks.

But Muguruma does not really care. He turns to you and sees the bag under your eyes, and you lose weight too as he carries up suddenly to measure. It causes you embarrassment. His expression gets unpleasant. Then, you carefully pat his arm, calm him down.

“I’m glad that you are awake.” - you smile at him, which sore him more. Because of his recklessness, you have to exhaust yourself.

Then, you leave to change the flowers and buy him something.

In the room, two men look at each other. Toushiro crosses his arms, glances at the other.

“Do you have any idea about what you caused?”

Muguruma groans, totally he acknowledges. Toushiro sighs, it is useless. Not only him, but all the soul reapers are going to be in danger or have brutal injuries. No one can avoid it. Toushiro had experienced this before. That time, his sister had cried out of eyes and burst into happiness as he regained consciousness.

“You should be careful. Or next time, I won’t hand her to you.”

“You threaten me?” - Muguruma raises his eyebrow, but looking at his stern expression, he is not joking - “… can’t help.”

Toushiro sighs, he gets the point.

“At least come back and see her.”

“…” - Muguruma nods

Another silence gap.

“…” - Muguruma doubts his thoughts, but he still spits out - “when I was unconscious, I heard someone grumble into my ears.”

“…”

“It was not her,” - after years being with his partner - “she nags whenever I get injured, but no hate in her words. But this one… if I could, I would punch them.”

Toushiro smirks, as if you dare. He always left after his sister, so he took some minutes to give this rock head kinds of words.

“They always told me to wake up at the end, someone waiting.”

Toushiro keeps silent. He glances at Muguruma, all the way he talks, the pair of brown eyes put on him. It seems there are not only muscles in his brain. However, Toushiro doesn’t commit, neither argue.

You come back at the moment when everything is not comfortable between your brother and your man. Their relationship is not quite good. Toushiro always mocks Muguruma’s aggressive attitude.

“You should thank her a lot.” - Toushiro says - “the only person who can stand your recklessness.”

Again they are, you sigh.

“Because she’s stubborn.” - Muguruma replies.

“Uhm”

You have no idea why the rest of their conversation is about you, mocking and praising combined. But, you are absolutely delighted that they can throw words back and forth.

“Any funny?”

Their words just sync, you have no choice but laugh. They smack their tongue at the same time.

He was too good natured for his own good sometimes.

“I can’t really give you any money if you’re holding me here. Plus, I just lost all my cash too. Why don’t we use my last buck to grab a beer and drown our sorrows.”

“I don’t want a beer!” The blonde’s natural charms not working on him. “I want my money! Either you give it to me or I’m gonna take it out on your face.”

‘Aw geez….’ He really didn’t want to resort to violence in his favorite casino. He’d like to come back some day.

“Hey!” The two men look over the hulk’s shoulder at s/o standing there. “Put him down now.”

The man growled. “Or what?!”

“Or you’re about to feel what 800 volts feels like on your asshole.” An ominous chatter from their pocket taser, poised just at the brute’s backside, sounded. Letting him know that he might get one hit, but he wasn’t going to get another.

The man grit his teeth, realizing he’d rather not get intimate with their taser, and roughly let Kazuki down before stalking off. “You really didn’t have to do that.”

“Yes I did.” S/O argued. “You refuse to stand up for yourself. So I have to do it for you.”

“By threatening a man with a taser?”

“When the situation allows.” Kazuki smirked at their reply as they put the taser away. “Let’s go. I think your luck has run dry.”

“Yeah sure.” He agreed. And for once, left before he was completely penniless this time.

Rei

Unlike Kazuki, Rei never sees the good in people.

He always assumes that people are selfish, horrible, mean bastards who are only out for themselves. His childhood taught him that.

Because of this he’s never surprised when people act bad or cruelly to him. He just takes it and keeps it in before letting it go. His childhood taught him that too.

“Excuse me.” Rei glanced to his left when he realized [Y/N] was standing there. Her face scrunch in a fussy brow as they confronted the laughing group of teens that just cut in front of him. “The line is back that way.”

“Oh come on.” One of the teens replied, shrugging them off. “It’s not a big deal. We’ll all get to the front of the line eventually. No reason to make a scene.”

“But….controller…..” Rei muttered under his breath. There were two things that would willingly get him out of the house for the day: work and the release of the new Morio Kart: Race Across the Universe game. To promote it, the store was also giving away a commemorative controller with each new game purchaser for the first 100 buyers. Rei had gotten up early and been standing in line all day for the sale to start. Only to have these kids jump the line and mess up his precise count.

“There won’t be a scene if you just go to the back of the line.” [Y/N] told them.

“Ugh. God. Chill out ok. I’m just getting this stupid new game for my brother. We were just late because we were studying for finals. Our education is important.” The one and only girl in the pack whined.

“And yet you haven’t learned anything.”

The girl, with way too much makeup on in Rei’s opinion, frowned; making the creases in her makeup worse. “Listen, lady. I need to get this game for my kid brother or my parents will be pissed. Besides, aren’t you a little old to be interested in games like this?”

“Are you a little old to not know how lines work? Or color matching for that matter?”

The girl looked ready to boil, but then stormed off in a huff instead. The boys, who apparently were as dumb as they looked, didn’t know what to do so they just took off after her. Getting out of the line and letting Rei resume his properly counted place. “Thank you.”

“For what? I just can’t stand rude people.” Still, Rei smiled just a little at her and the line continued.

They each bought a copy of the game. Rei promised to pay her back, but he really wanted two controllers for him and Miri. Of course, [Y/N] couldn’t say no. “Next time someone cuts in front of you in line, why don’t you hip check them into the bushes.”

“My hips aren’t big enough for that.”

Kyutarou

Owning a bar was a lot of work. People often stayed away, since it was more off the beaten path, but every now and then he’d get a crowd looking for that and be packed. Kyutaro tried his best to maintain, as the only bartender, and was very grateful he had a supportive significant other willing to pitch in and play waitress when need be.

“Hey! Barkeep! More beer!”

Kyutaro sighed as he settled up the tab of one of the customers, before going over to the drunk patron at the end of the bar. “I think you’ve had enough sir. Why don’t I get you a complimentary coffee while I settle your bill.”

“Coffee?? Who the hell wants coffee? I drink enough of that crap at work.” The drunk pounded down what was left in his glass and slammed it down on the bar. “If off the clock. I want beer!”

“I’m not giving you anymore.”

The bar fly glared at him (or as much as they could with how drunk they were). “Listen four-eyes!” Kyutaro was taken aback. Not only was it rude, but no one had called him ‘four eyes’ since grade 3. “I said I want more beer and you’re gonna give it to me! I got money. You got beer. What’s the problem?!”

“Besides you’re completely sauced?”

The men look up at [Y/N]. Tray of empty glassware in one hand and the other on her hip. “Come on man. Time to call it a night before this gets any uglier. You’re not gonna talk to the owner like that.”

“Oh yeah?!” The man tried to get up off his bar stool. He did, but with legs about as shaky as a new born deer. “I’ll…talk to whoever I want however I want. You’re not gonna stop me!”

[Y/N] huffed and sat their tray down. “Look,” she told him, “either you can leave on your feet or leave on your ass. Pay your bill like a man and go. Otherwise, I’m gonna throw you out of here like a cartoon character. Ever literally been thrown out of a bar? There’s no coming back from that.”

Despite his brain being pickled, the man seemed to realize that this wasn’t a good idea and surrendered. Although loudly as he continued to grumble as he pulled out some cash, threw it on the bar, and wobbled his way out. “Think he’ll be ok?”

“Who cares?” [Y/N] replied as they counted out the bills. “After that four-eyes crack he can getbuddy his by a cab for all I know.”

“That’s rather cruel.” Despite this, Kyutaro still chuckled at the remark.

“So,” [Y/N] said as they looked up at him through their lashes. “I like your glasses. He shouldn’t have made fun of them.”

Kyutaro smirked and started cleaning the glasses she’d just brought over. “Well, thank you. And thank you for your help.”
