🌎🌍🌏🇮🇳 . . It takes even courage to die and maybe I lacked it or life had to teach me this. Heart broken and with no wish to see sunshine found me first on bed without eating and drinking . Tears of mother first wake up call and destiny wanting me in an ashram to understand it's not hard to let go, nor hard to live with a broken heart . A yoga room in the ashram and colorful mats all around. Some gorgeous designed leggings on beautiful ladies and some upside down turned people . 🧘‍♂️India 🇮🇳 Pawan Maheshwari . . For more than two decades not able to find the other, well I started blaming myself. No one during 20's or 30's I truly started believing the society and relatives and neighbours that me is at fault and hence self blaming games started. Just when I was about to end that life, Yoga caught hold of me. At times yes I do feel alone but better than been lonely. One thing I said to myself, Pawan you are Fucking awesome, the other you searching hasn't opened her eyes, once she does, you will no more need to blame or feel ashamed again. But most importantly lesson learnt - We don’t need everything perfect to live a beautiful life. We don’t need to be completely healed or resonating at the highest vibration every minute of the day. We just need to allow. We just need to allow ourselves to be true to who we are, and be kind to ourselves in the process. The practice of compassion, the practice of loving ourselves through our hard times and our good times is all we need to offer. We don’t need to “fix” everything. We can feel broken, but the higher truth is that we are always whole. I am whole.....
