Sluge vs. Katsuki Rant

This is just my thoughts on this post I saw just now. I know no one asked for them but I wanted to write them down somewhere and I thought here would be the best platform. 

I don’t think this is really talked about a lot or represented enough in the show. I mean he was still in MIDDLE SCHOOL when this happened. And he was surrounded by hero’s, all who couldn’t really do anything because there quirks didn’t work well against the villain and then he has Midoriya (Deku) who is QUIRKLESS trying to help him.

Ok but think of this. What if Katsuki didn’t actually know those hero’s quirks well enough (like midoriya) so he couldn’t know that there quirks wouldn’t be useful in a fight against sludge. So he can see these hero’s standing there watching him struggle and suffer and they’re not doing anything. What do you think that would do to him mentally? 

And when the hero did react they reacted to when Midoriya was about to be killed. They said “save the boy! That thing will kill him!” Which is understandable I mean they didnt see him use a quirk they can assume he’s quirkiness but I mean this sludge villain is literally drowning katsuki. 

If im not mistaken the villain is inside of his mouth therefor probably going like down his throat (sounds gross I know) and his nose is also clearly being covered. He can't breathe. He only gets the chance to when the villain flinches because it got stabbed in the eye by one of Midoriyas books. 

But thats not even the end of it. And by it I mean all the shit this poor guy has gone through. So this was in middle school, we all know katsuki being katsuki he didnt go to therapy, he didnt talk to anyone, he's to proud to do that and we all know it. 

So then he goes to UA and he gets in which is great things are looking up. (Now everything I say might not be in order and I might not have put EVERYTHING that happens to him, but yeah). Now they've gone through the sports festival and now they're going to U.S.J for specialized rescue training. And then here they get attacked by the League of villains (LOV) now obviously all students where attacked it wasn't just one or the other. 

But it’s still dramatic non the less. After this they eventually go to the forest training camp, Where the LOV attacks them again. This time they are there to get one of the children. And of course that child is Katsuki, of course. He’s strong willed, self assured, “im better than you” type, guy. The league thinks he’d be a perfect addition. 

And this poor kid gets freaking kidnapped. He gets kidnapped by people who can kill him with just one touch or one flick of the wrist. And there saying “Hey I know we just kidnapped you but you’d make a great addition to the team you know? You have all the attitudes of a villain!”

Then All might and other hero come busting down the door and we’re all like “Yes! This is great! he's saved!” -no he wasn't. The league escaped and they took him with them. 

But once again people come to save him, Midoriya and a few others from UA (Iida, Todoroki, Yaoyorozu Kirishima) and they end up being the ones who extract him from the situation. But this, in the end is the reason All Might had to retire. He defeated all for one, with the last bits of one for all in him. 

Now we all know katsuki feels guilty about this due to his break down and heart felt confusion while he's trying to fight Midoirya. The thoughts of ‘if I hadn't been kidnaped by villains.’ or ‘if I had been stronger’ swimming in his head. He believes its all his fault all might, the symbol of peace retired. He thinks that all might is just to nice to say anything. He doesn't think its just all might blaming him, no he thinks  everyone is. 

He admits that these thoughts are always in his head that he always feels like this. and he doesn't know what to do about it. He's scared, wether he says it or not. 

He has all these things on his shoulders, all these incidents all these problems. All happening, what within a few months of each other? This is the first time he's opened up to someone about it. And I don't think he opened to anyone else about it. 

So I have to say I agree, of course he hasn't mentally healed from the sludge villains attack because he didnt have the time to do so properly. 

This is just a further testament to how strong bakugo katsuki truly is.

Todoroki x reader

Author's note: the reader has nature manipulation quirk

Warning: fighting

Description: Todoroki holds your flower as you kick Backugo's ass

"Y/N and Backugo, you two are next", Mr. Aizawa sais gesturing to the fighting place. Backugo looked at you, "YOU BETTER NOT HOLD BACK", he yelled at you.

You rolled your eyes, turning to Shoto handing him a flower, "Can you hold this for me, please?"

He looked at you in confusion, you were always friendly towards him, wich he appricieted, but couldn't understand the reason for your kindness. He nodded his head and took the flower, looking at it closely. It was orange, lively and beautiful, just like you.

You skipped steps as you aproached the fighting ground, smiling while fixing the uniform. On the other side was Backogu, yelling nonsense as he was taking a fighting pose.

You waited for Mr. Aizawa to give a signal for a start, but seeing as he fell asleep, you gave up, fixing your attention to your classmate.

You stod in a fighting pose as Backugo jumped, getting ready to hit you.

Laughing (and ofc making him mad even more) you swinged your palm, a big vein coming out and tangling around his feet, pushing him on the ground.

You twirled around as he kept yelling, getting tangled into a bush of plants you were making. Not noticing, he blew one of them up and managed to hit you, sending you to the ground.

As you two continued fighting, Todoroki watched from affar, getting worried as you violently fell on the ground. He accidently squeezed the flower a bit, almost crushing it. He looked at his hand, quilt getting to him, hoping you won't be mad becouse of that.

"C'mon Y/N!", he looked up as Deku cheered.

He watched as you grew a cactus, hurting Backugo in the proces as he fell on the ground.

The class cheered as IIda announces you as the winner. Everyone laughed while you held Backogu back with a tree.

You bowed, and waved off, going to Shoto. He watched as you smiled, holding a hand out.

He looked down at his hand, a crushed flower between his fingers. He bowed his head in shame and handed you the flower.

"I'm sorry", he said, not looing you in the eyes.

You laughed, growing a new flower, "It's okay, don't worry about it".

He looked at the new flower, reaching out for it.

"You can take it"

He looked at you, and it was like everything faded away.

"But-it's yours"

"Then I'm giving it to you", you took the flower from the ground and put it in his hair, "as a gift".

He watched in awe as you went back to the group, telling Backugo to be silent for a second, wich made the explosion guy even more angrier.

He liked you, you and your flowers.

This man is constantly stressed

And at this point hes use to it, so he hardly pays any mind to his own stress

But when it comes to your stress, he won't ignore it for a second

Shouta will make you tell him whats stressing you out

And once he gets it out of you, he'll do anything to help take the stress away

Pamper days where he runs you a nice bath and washes your hair for you

Takes you to get your hair done

Let's you get a mani pedi

A massage

He'll even take some of your work load or help you with what he can

Shouta will occasionally come to check up on you when he thinks your stressed

Makes sure you're taking all your breaks, eating, drinking water, and sleeping

Really just takes care of you more than himself

Also always stressed

Much better at hiding it than anyone else, but you know he is

At first, you try to not let him know your stressed since he has a lot on his own plate

But Levi is smart enough and knows you enough to know exactly how stressed you are

Pulls you away from all your work or whatever is stressing you

Sits you down and makes you a nice cup of tea (or coffee, whatever you perfer)

Let's you tell him about everything that's stressing you

Cleans up the house and your work area so your environment is less hectic

Takes you to do some shopping

If you like getting your hair done, he'll do your hair for you (I just know he can do any hairstyle with his perfectionist ass)

When you get back to doing work or whatever you were doing, he comes in to check on you every now and then

Places a cup of tea/coffee next to you every once in awhile or just straight up pulls you away from your work to have a drink break

KENMA.

Kozume never really gets stressed

Just super laid-back, so he doesn't deal with too much stress

But he will help you to the best of his abilities

Hes very observant, so even if you dont say anything, he'll know you're stressed

He'll start by cleaning up his mess of a room, and wherever else in the house is messy

Will also clear up your workspace a bit

Places water and food by your desk if he realizes you haven't eaten

Its probably a super basic meal like toast, a grilled cheese, spaghetti, maybe even fast food

You might get some rotisserie chicken and rice if you're lucky

Kozume is really silent about helping you, he doesn't really know what to say to make you feel less stressed, so he feels like small gestures are the only way he can help

If it seems to get too much for you, or you've been seated at your workspace for too long, he'll pull you away to play some video games with him

Overall, he's your silent little helper, but hes helping you more than he thinks he is

BAKUGO.

Most definitely stressed all the time

So he feels your pain

He notices as soon as even a little stress helps you

So the first thing he does, is tone himself down

Stops yelling, won't randomly slam shit, all that extra stuff he be doin

The only time he yells is when hes forcing you to come eat

Makes you some good soul food (learned to cook it early on in your relationship)

Has you eat at the table so you can get away from that damn desk

Let's you rant to him

Takes you shopping when you have time, and takes you to get your nails done and get a massage

Does your hair for you (I hc that he can do box braids, twists, and goddess braids best)

Once you get back to work, he'll come and check on you to make sure your working and not getting too stressed

Pulls you out every few hours just for a break, or to eat

Gives you a lil encouragement and tells you you're doing good

Its highkey out of character for him to be so soft, but if its you then there's no telling how soft he can get

Deku x reader

Part 2

"THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT SHIT FACE" the spiky-haired blond male spat. "If you were a good boyfriend this would have ever happened" he clenched his teeth together holding back tears. Kacchan had been your best friend since birth basically, his strong personality, his caring for you. You just loved it.

"I am sorry.." Deku wept sitting in one of the uncomfortable waiting room chairs. Izuku had been racking his brain since he got to the hospital, his thoughts endless, his eyes like leaky water fountains. "If you were sorry you never would have done it shit face" bakugo plopped down in a chair across the room from Deku, his leg bouncing at anticipation waiting to hear news about you. Each time he heard Deku weeping he would get highly pissed off, he loved you, and yet he cheated on you, with another woman. You were sure they meet up one day and made love.

"If she chose me none of this would have happened" backugo mumbled barely audible but loud enough for deku to hear, "is this what it's about..because she didnt chose you? I'm sorry kacchan but she chose me and they're is nothing you can do about it" deku argued, ever since you and him got together kacchan had always been jealous. Of course he would be he had always loved you, everything from your smile to your clothing choice he had loved it. It was you it had always been you. (Got that from a friend ;))

"NO I WOULDNT HAVE CHEATED ON HER SHE DESERVES EVERYTHING AND YOU TREATED HER LIKE SHIT" bakugou stool fiercely, wanting to use his quirk on deku so bad to hurt him but keep knew it would only bring the building down, now with you inside.

For hours upon hours they both bickered back and forth at eachother, blaming one another for what had happened. You on the other hand deep asleep as the doctor fixed your broken ribs, and fractured skull. It was a difficult process very difficult and time consuming. Putting piece after piece together back onto your bone. Gently fixing your skull trying to touch the brain.

Hours had gone by and bakugo was asleep in the uncomfortable waiting room chairs, slumped over with a hatred expression on his face, he snored slightly as he was in a fairly deep sleep. Izuku on the other hand was mumbling to himself saying things along the likes of 'what if she doesnt wake up' and 'god it's my fault' his anxiety high body shaking and leg bouncing. He couldnt stand it over 3 hours pass and they still weren't done?

The doctor finally enters the room with the news. "We have good news and bad news" Deku sighed and waking bakugo with a shake, waking him instantly. "W-what happened" he wiped the drool off his face and the sleep out of his eyes

"So the good news is the surgery was successful..but the bad news is she's in a deep coma and might not wake up for a while, though she still has a little brain activity." Bakugo and Deku looked at each other, fear in their eyes about what might happen next. They knew some people woke up from comas but most didn't. It was like a deep endless sleep, you're lifeless body stuck in one bed but your mind off on a wondrous adventure, able to do anything you've ever wanted.

The doctor led the boys to your room, they stared at you tears in their eyes. God if only they protected you better you never would have been in this situation..no is Deku never cheated you would have been protected. "I'm so sorry Y/N" Deku sat beside your bed and cried into his arm, the tears falling off his face and into his folded arm onto the bed. Bakugo, on the other hand, had his fist clenched and so were his teeth. His face looking away from you a hot stream of tears rolling down his cheek. He looked away as if he was scared to show any sad emotion towards you even if you weren't fully there, his heart throbbing.

Y’all I just saw this tiktok and it was like “I’ll never forgive the hero’s who triggered his PTSD” then showed a scene from him fighting the sludge villain and trying to get it off his mouth and then it showed a scene of him from the UA spots festival

When they tied him up and MUZZLED him.

Don't even try to tell me the amidst all that rage you don't se fear just like the first time. He was pissed the villain had him but he was still fucking scared. Just like he has to be then. 

Like... I’m so pissed I never actually like put it into words. Like you know when you think of something and you realize it but it’s just like in the back of your head so when someone else points it out your like “OH shIt” you know?

Because of course he has ptsd from the sludge viliain attack I already explained that. But then they muzzled him and tied him up completely restraining him and making it so he had something solid and unmoving covering his mouth and they didn’t think anything of it because oh well he’s fine right? He wants to be a hero he can handle it. Hero’s don’t have PTSD

Oh bullshit! If your telling me Mr. Aizawa wouldn’t have a panick attack anytime someone grabbed his hair from behind or stood on his back YOURE LYING. If you’re telling me these people just because they’re pros don’t get ptsd or nightmares you’re lying.

Because they’re still fucking human, they still will feel this way.

I’m sorry if I get to heated and my language seems to harsh but I would fucking die for this man. He’s been through so much and sure he can be an asshole but no one fucking deserves shit like this man. No one, especially not a fucking high schooler.

I hate how Kacchan never talked to anyone about this until it finally boiled over to him talking about it for the first time ever with Deku...

Then All might and other hero come busting down the door and we’re all like “Yes! This is great! he’s saved!” -no he wasn’t. The league escaped and they took him with them. 

But once again people come to save him, Midoriya and a few others from UA (Iida, Todoroki, Yaoyorozu Kirishima) and they end up being the ones who extract him from the situation. But this, in the end is the reason All Might had to retire. He defeated all for one, with the last bits of one for all in him. 

Now we all know katsuki feels guilty about this due to his break down and heart felt confusion while he’s trying to fight Midoirya. The thoughts of ‘if I hadn’t been kidnaped by villains.’ or ‘if I had been stronger’ swimming in his head. He believes its all his fault all might, the symbol of peace retired. He thinks that all might is just to nice to say anything. He doesn’t think its just all might blaming him, no he thinks  everyone is. 

He admits that these thoughts are always in his head that he always feels like this. and he doesn’t know what to do about it. He’s scared, wether he says it or not. 

He has all these things on his shoulders, all these incidents all these problems. All happening, what within a few months of each other? This is the first time he’s opened up to someone about it. And I don’t think he opened to anyone else about it. 

So I have to say I agree, of course he hasn’t mentally healed from the sludge villains attack because he didnt have the time to do so properly. 

This is just a further testament to how strong bakugo katsuki truly is.
