hello! i am a longtime huge admirer of your clothing/fashion sense, as well as a longtime backreader of your #victorian and #goth tags. i am really interested in what you've written about Victorian dress, and i am looking to get more into 19th and 20th century clothing for gender + diy craft reasons. i'm so sorry if you've answered similar questions before, but do you have any tips for where a newbie should start researching? either way, thank you thank you, your blog opens my mind wide and brings me much joy and reflection!
General research:
Spend some time searching the 'net, museum websites, and archive sites for fashion plates (such as archive.org—link leads to a date-restricted query for "fashion"—or the Smithsonian—link leads to fashion plates in their image collection). Take note of what you like, as well as which styles correspond to which decade. Karolina Żebrowska has a good rundown of English fashion over the decades.
The undergarments are what does the most work creating the necessary silhouette to make Victorian & Edwardian womenswear fit properly. If you've figured out a decade you want your outfit to draw on, doing a quick search for "[decade] undergarments" should bring up plenty of blog posts, which may or may not cite primary sources (such is the fickle nature of the historical blogosphere). Bustle pads and sleeve supports can be purchased or made; they're both pretty simple, and tutorials abound.
Purchasing clothing:
Reproduction made-to-measure clothing can be readily found on etsy, but can be in the several-hundred USD range. I've had some luck finding vintage reproduction clothing (like, a skirt someone made by hand in the 1980s to a 1900s walking skirt pattern), which tends to be much cheaper.
Men, women, and children wore stays and corsets. As far as I know, Orchard Corset has the cheapest OTR corsets that are good quality and safe to wear. If you get a corset in the style of a specific decade handmade or made to measure, make sure that the seller tells you what the boning material is, what construction the boning is (spiral steel is sturdiest and most flexible), how many bones there are, what the corset material is, &c.—otherwise it's an indication of an unserious maker. Follow general advice for wearing corsets at a waist reduction (lace up slowly, break it in, &c.).
Antique Menswear on youtube gives a lot of good, practical advice for wearing late 19th-century and early 20th-century men's clothing (including where to buy reproductions and how to treat them, how to modify modern shirts to 19th-century standards with basically no sewing skills, &c.).
Actual antique clothing can be found and purchased online or at estate sales—usually in very small sizes, but I've seen Edwardian skirts and petticoats in an XL (also a small size, but...). You can also just simply browse this kind of thing for inspiration and save photos of anything you think you'd like to recreate.
Even clothing that was not "meant" to be worn by re-enactors can be clearly historically influenced (e.g. the huge boom in Victorian- and Edwardian- style blouses in the 1980s), so keep an open mind when shopping for vintage clothing! A lot of 1970s dresses that look "hippy" on their own can look very Victorian with the right undergarments and an updo. A lot of 1980s men's trousers also approach the right silhouette for the 1910s-inspired three-piece suit I'm trying to put together. Witness also the recent trend for big puffed sleeves!
Making or modifying clothing:
Victorian and Edwardian manuals for garment drafting and sewing can be found online—go to archive.org and search for "sewing," "drafting," or "dressmaking," then use the filters on the left to chuse which year(s) you want to see results from. Most of these have patterns that are sort of vibes-based: The work-woman's guide is one manual that claims to have patterns laid out strictly according to a grid.
I don't sew garments, but if Victorian pattern-writing for sewing is anything like it is for knitting, that may not be super useful. People do sell updates and graded 'translations' of antique patterns (which tend to be written in only one size) on etsy and ebay—just make sure from the description that it's 'deciphered' and translated rather than a scan of the original pattern!
One of the easiest things that you can do to add some Victorian or Goth flair to an otherwise plain-looking garment is to add trim. You can knit, crochet, or tat your own trim from Victorian lace-making patterns; purchase antique trim from resale sites; or buy braided or lace trim very cheaply at any craft store. Trim doesn't just have to go around the hems and cuffs of a garment: lace "insertions" between two pieces of fabric, as well as raised geometric patterns over the surface of a garment, are common in 19th-century clothing.
[ID: first image shows a black overdress showing lace insertions between strips of fabric of equal width, creating a striped effect. second image is the back of a black blouse with trim in a geometric design centred around right angles and parallel lines. end ID]
Jewellery (women's and men's):
Actual antique jewellery (including men's jewellery and fastenings) is not as expensive as you might think. Even if you're not willing to spend a lot of time learning what to look for and scouring estate sales for people who don't know or care what they have, late Victorian mass-manufactured costume jewellery often goes for sub-$50 or even $30 prices at auction on ebay (USD, in the US—in my experience it is even more plentiful and cheaper in the UK).
Specifically, I've lucked out with lots ("lot" as in, a bunch of small things being sold together) of "vintage men's accessories" going for $20 or so that contained Victorian cufflinks (in low-karat gold, mother-of-pearl, and jet), collar studs (in low-karat gold and base metals), and shirt studs (in low-karat gold, with garnets and seed pearls, &c.). Searching for lots of accessories is generally a good idea since by and large people do not know what these things are... but if you're willing to spend a little more for something that has been identified and is more likely to still be with its set, use the specific search term for that item (e.g. "antique collar studs").
Answers to Questions About Old Jewelry (though aimed at estate sellers and, if memory serves, full of regrettable pæans to Queen Victoria) is a good reference text to dating antique jewellery. I also recommend Miller's Illustrated Guide to Jewelry Appraising. Both of these texts are available on libgen.
Feel free to ask me follow-up questions if you want more detail on any of these points. As you can see I am perfectly happy to blather away on this topic

2 days before my birthday i had an urge to check my followers list and found a hive mind w/ a population of over 5,000 party people, porn bots, and perv anons. WHAAAT.
i’d like to preface by saying i’ve never been happier than when i was up daily, writing for this blog, pulling inspiration from all corners of life and cherishing in the fact that people got what i want to put across and even appreciated it. thank u is not enough. what a trip!!! a year ago i was a follower of talented writers who i now call friends, with the beginnings of my first ever fic barely in fruition, and that stuns me.
the future for this blog is a little foggy with how much life i’ll be needing to live in the next few months. but while i have you, let’s celebrate!!!
send me a driver and a prompt from this list
send me a driver and a prompt from this nsfw list
req a drabble based on a song of yr choice!
this event closes 17 november, midnight gmt. can’t promise i’ll complete everything in time but keep them coming :) ps if any of u r wondering the only sequel in order is the one to 'do you want it?' !!!
now for the thank yous which are so clearly in order—
to mack @formulaforza, thank you for everything. i wish i knew you sooner and i wish you and i grew up together with how often you get me all figured out – in times of quiet and inactivity i still manage to find you in bites of butter and knee scrapes, and when i feel like there’s nothing good to read i creep back onto your masterlist and exhaust it until my eyes droop closed. but besides being a brilliant writer you’re a true friend, not just to me but to everyone u surround urself with… i’m just lucky i’m in ur orbit
to dani @silverstonesainz, i still think of u as a famous writer i somehow lucked out with on the friendship front. the fame is deserved though because the talent is oh so thereeeeee. you’re an angel and a staunch defender of ur friends and u don’t deserve a lot of things that were thrown at u. i love you a lot and i miss you moresies
to the discord server of writers that so readily keeps me laughing and updated on the f1verse after i’m gone for weeks/months, thank you. backreading over 100 messages on random wednesday mornings reminds me why a community on this app is soo necessary!!!! keep being brill writers :***

welcome new people!
It's been a while since I've done one of these posts, but hi, welcome!
I'm gabe, US american, in my late twenties. this is (primarily) a story-telling blog centering on the royal family of my fictional country of armorica, although I like to reblog from other simmers whose work I enjoy.
I wrapped up chapter 3 of my story in December, and am in the early stages of working on chapter 4, which will probably start sometime in February or March.
My pinned post has a lot of information and links, but:
If you'd like to read the story from the beginning, click here
If you'd like to read summaries of the earlier chapters, click here
If you'd like to get a sense of my best work (story spoilers ahoy), check out my best posts of 2022 and best posts of 2023
If you're planning to just jump in and start reading the new chapter once I start publishing it, that works too! I generally try to write each chapter in such a way that new readers can get all the necessary context and exposition to understand what's going on without backreading.

🔥Welcome to Belle’s Blog🔥
Hello! I’m Belle; also known as Georgia-To-Toronto anon. I use they/ae pronouns. I was originally intending on staying anonymous, but with the recent.. events, I knew I’d probably have to make a blog.
I currently live in a mother-in-law’s apartment attached to my great aunt’s house. Jetlag is hitting me very hard in the stomach, so I might not be up to answering asks of anything for a while as I acclimate. So, a different thing is hitting me very hard in the stomach now.
I own a Liu Lu, a Liu Gregor, and an Ardor Ishie.
This blog is Anti-K Corp!! K Corp DNI!!!!!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Tag Legend (will be updated as necessary)
“parent of 3 fire babies // g2t anon tag” is my original full-blog tag, to make it easier to backread. Was replaced with “parent of 3 fire babies // belle tag”
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
My Limbies
Ember
My Liu Gregor. I thought their name sounded cool at the time because I was 15. Super playful, but destroys toys super easily, so I’ve taken up using fabric scraps as toys so I don’t have to spend a goddamned fortune on limbus toys. They love those plastic toy things you guy for kids, but they utterly destroyed the velcro on them.
Spicy
My Liu Lu. I’ve had him since my freshman year of college; I named him after the fact he kept trying to steal my hot wings. I have to physically keep him away from stuff with capsaicin; he has a sensitivity to it and yet it magnetizes him. I guess that makes his name ironic?
Walnut
My Ardor Ishie. I got her last year when she just kind of broke into my house and wouldn’t leave. She reminded me of a Royal Walnut moth, so that’s why her name is Walnut. She loves to nip my fingers and steal my food. She has a messed up wing, and is a very clumsy flier.
Sonata
My Sunshower Heathcliff. I got the lil fella on June 30th 2023. Apparently attracted to vanilla and piano. He's still pretty shy, but he seems a lot more comfortable now!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
// Find more of the Limbiverse here! (Hyperlink to a google docs)
#pin-acle of all the introductions i’ve made in life // pinned post tag#parent of 3 fire babies // g2t anon tag#parent of 3 fire babies // belle tag#limbiverse#limbus husbandry#pjm husbandry

Jumin's voice scoffed lightly at first. He could spend that one minute that would be necessary to explain how not only did ZEN have a near-compulsive habit of backreading any and all chatrooms, particularly those he missed, but also that he would have twice the drive to do so now that a mysterious new woman had appeared in the group. Trying to avoid him would be a futile effort.
He could do that, but he didn't. The conversation had moved on, and he'd gladly leave the matters related to the cat-hater behind as well.
"Adopting a cat is an act of selflessness that requires an honest and true heart. But it takes courage to adopt a human child. I can admit you defy my previous expectations." He conceded. "... Although, hearing you say that now makes me wonder just what you thought my impressions would be. Isn't it a bit early to be trying to get into my head?"
"Correct again; I worked at a shelter when I took him in as a foster. Ended up adopting him the moment he was viable for adoption." The comment about wanting to see Silversoft gets the slightest chuckle from her. "I'm sure I can time things where I can post when he's not in the chatroom. Still, I appreciate the support. I'm sure Silversoft will as well."
There's a small pause when Jumin asks about her daughter. "...In her early teens. Her name is Melody; I adopted her a couple years ago. A brilliant young lady whom I'm incredibly proud of." Another pause follows. "It probably seems like I'm a completely different person speaking over a call than over text, huh?"

how to recognize fan burnout & what to do about it
unfortunately, from experience. here are some signs:
you are having less fun participating in the fandom, in whatever way you do that. (you suddenly stop reading fics, your mutuals are annoying you on a hair trigger, you feel overwhelmed by your projects, you stop looking forward to new content, the only content you DO enjoy has to follow very specific, rapidly narrowing, or very uncommon parameters)
important to note, there are still good times! but there is an ambient stress or discontent growing that you're not so sure about. could be more bad days than good ones, or an equal balance, or just enough negativity that it's affecting you.
"discourse" and petty squabbles take up a significant portion of what you think about. you might get really heated about these arguments. sometimes, you are unable to make yourself stop thinking about these things at night, in idle moments, or in other situations where your mind needs to be elsewhere.
your commitments to the fandom are interfering with other things in your life, such as your social life, school/work, hobbies, or anything else you find important.
fandom has become your ONLY hobby
recent or upcoming changes in the media have made you unhappy and/or reluctant to engage
here's what you do:
think about the patterns you usually engage in (what servers you visit/how much you backread/how much you need to feel on top of) and when you do these things. try to analyze what has become habit vs what you really enjoy most. cut back whatever you can from the former
CURATE YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERIENCE. look into blacklisting certain terms, leaving discord servers, mass-block users if you need to. don't start fights. if discourse is stressing you out, make sure that you are not deliberately seeking out opinions that will upset you by searching for certain ships or users. do not use social media as a method of self harm: recognize what that means and whether you are doing it.
make deliberate time for your non-fandom hobbies. download a new craft pattern. go for a walk every day. join a club at school or in your local area.
establish alternate means of contact with your friends, and most importantly, BEGIN USING THEM. this can be via discord, phone numbers, a different social media account separate to the one you use for fan activity. find other common interests, steer conversation away from fandom. if you don't start using these alternate methods of contact, things will be a LOT harder. we want to get your out of the fan environment that's stressing you out while maintaining the social connections that are important to you.
if you are responsible for fan projects in some way, stop taking on new ones. make sure to share responsibilities you feel you have with other people so that if things get too much and you need to leave, you'll have less strings attached.
that being said, recognize when you need to let go. yeah, you might have a project ongoing. but if you are in mental distress about it, you need to let it go. don't feel pressured to do "just this one last thing" or a "grand sendoff" to a fandom.
be keeping track of the balance between "how much is this fandom making my life more good or less good, and how do i think that will change with time on my current path."
if you don't want to do something, STOP DOING IT. you really can just back out. communicate with others where necessary.
your mental wellbeing is always more important than the media or the fan community that you once loved. if you are not taken care of, you won't be able to accomplish what you want to.
#fan burnout#fandom#fan culture#blaseball#(i am not burnt out of blaseball but recognize that there are major changes ongoing that may result in some level of burnout in folks)#my last fandom was. Bad.

Ok, so I've been backreading Warrior Nun fandom meta, and random assortment of fics, and I definitely have some contrary opinions. Typical me. :)
The halo is advanced medical technology that doesn't belong on the mortal realm because it channels and is powered by faith energy. (it needn't be religious faith, as the show repeatedly emphasizes, Jillian, Mary and then Ava all demonstrating other forms). It is medical tech that is inappropriately being used in a combat capacity. Much like using a cardiac crash kit as a taser — you can, but that's not what it's for.
We know that the halo will reject individuals, likely based on their mental profiles, and how focused they are on life and living. Someone in despair, too ambitious, too willing to martyr themselves, who otherwise loses faith in living becomes incompatible The biggest clue is how Adriel first chooses as the meatbag locker for the halo, upon its initial theft. He lands in the middle of a battle and looks around for the most mortally wounded by still living person who seems important, and stuffs it in her. He knew the halo would accept an injured host who had reason to live, and counted on her grateful loyalty.
What's interesting is that the halo and crown's color coding indicate that they do not come from Reya's realm, which is color coded blue. The tarasks have divinium bones and kill wraiths, so they aren't demons unless Reya's realm is 'hell'. Then there's Lilith, also color-coded orange, whom Adriel makes no attempt to strike down, but immediately attempts to seduce and placate. Because she is a threat to him. (I suspect Adriel was supposed to retrieve the halo for Reya, but made a bid to keep that power for himself, then unseat her, hence the need for the arc). The warrior nun essentially carries non-combat tech from both realms, re-purposed into weapons, symbolizing how humans have choice, etc.
Second, I don't think Ava's ever died. It's definitely framed that way, and I totally get the romantic, symbolic appeal of that, but I never even considered it while viewing.
We are given explicit info about the orphanage such as the care facilities being very low tech. No heart monitor, eeg, ekg, seemingly not even a basic pulsometer like when you get checked in at a doctor's office. We also see that Ava was unfazed by the nun administering an injection, suggesting this was at least a bit normal. {Whoops, forgot Ava explicitly states no need for pain meds). So I'm guessing she's among small percentage of individuals who have a natural resistance to opiods. She was still in a conscious, hallucinogenic state when the nun was declaring her dead.
Severe overdose symptoms include cold, clammy blue skin, significant respiratory depression, extremely weak pulse and coma. The pulse may be undetectable to physical touch, and all metabolic action is depressed. It's a bit like severe hypothermia, and death in opiod resistant individuals is gradual, if left untreated. In short, the person looks and feels dead. Ava further displays the lingering symptoms of overdose through the first couple of episodes, such as disorganized thinking, emotional instability, lack of coordination, reduced inhibition and, yes, vomiting. That nun had 'mercy' killed so many other kids that she got complacent.
While Ava's midair fall likely caused multiple fractures and internal bleeding, along with loss of consciousness, it wasn't instant death. There was no rapid blood loss which would have caused heart failure, and aside from a portion of separated cranium, her head was intact. It takes several minutes of oxygen starvation for the body to begin dying, and neural function to cease.
Real life medical response would have been to drain fluid buildup while restarting and stabilizing the heart, if necessary, and sealing off the brain from infection, then monitoring for brain trauma from the deceleration squish. It was a scary fall, and Beatrice flipped out, but Mary kicked Ava off a cliff in season one, down onto an uneven rocky surface. What struck me is that Beatrice might have helped power the halo.
(As an aside, if the halo is powered by faith energy, then the decimation of the O.C.S. and their belief in the warrior nun, would have been a huge energy loss for the halo. The only rapid solution would be for Ava to go public).
Anyway, on occasions when the halo temporary runs dry, Ava does not die. Instead, she reverts to a quadriplegic state, indicating that the halo was unable to repair an existing healed injury. So it is acting in a continual state, but as a disability aid, rather than keeping her alive. For her, the halo provides a neural bypass system... which we also saw in the wheelchairs ArcTech developed. Competing disability representation needs and all, but I appreciate that Ava was not miraculously healed.
In short, Ava wouldn't die if it was removed, but her intense desire to live, disability, high altruism and lack of violent/martyr conditioning, made her the ideal candidate. For a device that's not from Reya's realm.

hello hello~ following up on my asking if you'd suggest pronouns, now that i've backread a bit and know you do, i'm back to properly request!
fin or nin pronouns based on lullacelesic? preferably not lul/lullaby though, despite the gender name (given my name is lullaby)
and, if you can think of any, names based on a similar concept? this one isn't necessary, of course~ once again, fin or nin, if you do ^_^
♡ pronouns : gala / galaxy , tale / tales , co / comet , na / nap , me / meteor , as / astral , ne / nebula , no / nova , itsy / bitsy , snu / snooze , so / somnia
♡ names : isno , hypnos , neptune , moo , sies ( ta ) , cara , hymn , citare
hope they’re to your liking ~ ! citare is short for oscitare, meaning “yawn” in latin !

i’ve been backreading a bit because for some reason your posts aren’t showing up on my dash, and that last post for Naga possessed!Chrom is slightly Concerning, so gonna throw in a question: how heavy are the content warnings gonna be for this au?
(this is nothing against your writing because i know you’re more than capable of handling delicate subjects with the required care and this is a really cool au idea; this is more for me because the direction the au is going in is hitting a bit close to home and i want to know how much interaction with the tag i wanna limit myself to)
I'm really glad that you trust me to handle delicate subjects with care because I promise, I'm going to do my best on that front, especially since...there's going to be a lot of care necessary.
After discussing a little with @gunhorse, it'll probably require at least the Major Character Death archive warning.
At a minimum, additional tags will probably include:
Religious Fanaticism
Bigotry & Prejudice (canon-typical)
Canon-Typical Violence
Emotional/Psychological Abuse
Psychological Trauma
Possession
Major Character Injury
Amputation
Eye Trauma
Aftermath of Possession
Those are all the big warnings for more sensitive subjects that come immediately to mind for that particular AU, though I'll definitely add in additional tags if something else comes up. It's definitely not a light-hearted story -- there's going to be a lot of heavy stuff, and it's going to get very bleak before it gets any better...but my rule about Happy Endings still stands: I don't write downers.
#answered#bluescreenl#naga-possessed!chrom au#i have finally emerged from my whirlwind playthrough#of god of war (2018)#i'm so emotional#i didn't go in expecting to feel much of anything#but i'm so full of feelings now#i'm excited for the sequel now in ways i hadn't been before#but yeah this au is going to be a trip#very rough in a similar vein to heart of the moon#with things looking bad for a long time#but it will get better i promise you that

post/670825988084678656/ - in defense of the people of lfd, i will say yes, the mods kind of handled it poorly because starboard was new and they didn't put enough thought into it before just like. letting it go live on the server. in defense of the mod team, i'm really bad at reading tone through text and when people said things like "i feel bad but i'm also proud", i'm not a mod but that did make me feel?? kinda bad?? like i was excited to use starboard and the mods removing it because of this felt bad, but it kind of felt worse that some people seemed jokey about it getting removed for the entire server so i can't imagine that felt great. :(
also to clear a few things up because i actually spoke to the mod team about it after the incident because i was genuinely very sad and wanted to get starboard back and was like... asking for an appeal? as somebody that starred the message and was worried about getting a warning
- they said a big reason why it was removed was BECAUSE of the "it went out with a bang" kind of jokes, not because of the message itself. they removed it because of the message but the option to get it back was still available until people started joking about it being removed
- mods admitted to overreacting to the message because being in an internet space kinda does that to you, they were worried about what kind of message would get pinned next which is a tad paranoid but i get it
- the rules about what should and shouldn't be pinned were kind of unclear so lfd members are not to blame for that
- the chat that this was happening in was moving super duper fast and by the time it was starred, it was buried, and for people who get sensory overload from stuff like that (like me), it's just better not to look and backread when everything is said and done so idk some food for thought about the whole jumping in thing and saying "hey stop"
- mods admitted that the message sounded accusatory because it came from a place of personal disappointment bc they were also excited about starboard and so it felt more snippy/accusatory than necessary
- the person who made the original joke is very very sweet and never meant to cause any harm and everybody who joined in along with the joke is also very sweet, some people just starred because they probably got caught up in the hype (me included)
i dunno, this is a community run by a few internet folks and if i wasn't in this server and i joined and the first thing i saw was dead baby message i'd be like "wack" but not perturbed, but not everyone would have that reaction.
tldr: first ask about the situation was kinda needlessly mean at other lfd members?? and also excluded info. this one also felt mean at the mods and excluded other stuff. this was a messy situation overall, nobody was in the right, and was needlessly divisive, can we just go back to yelling about coli keybinds

5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 for the writers ask :)
aaaaahhhhhh okay
oof this one is hard tho probably. konan dont judge me lmao does my naruto writing count or does it not actually count maybe not or if we say only things im for real for real for REAL writing then i guess North definitely
chaos and stupidity. i write only when the mood strikes me and then if i dont finish what i'm doing i might never keep going again. if i need to know something to write a scene (the construction of highway signs, for example. the inner workings of a specific type of boat.) i will stop writing midsentence to research that thing until i have every detail i need and way more other information also. i cannot stop doing this.
summaries i fucking hate summaries what is this story about fuck if i know. titles are easy yes mine are almost always song lyrics i dont care. tags are also easy in that i dont care if i just put the bare minimum (whatever actual warning might be necessary, some bare bones of the plot like what kind of au it is, me rambling nonsense after that) but what are summaries. what am i supposed to say.
the moment in ETKM: The Bridge where Hank has the gun to Connor-53's head and when he admits to feeling fear he's "Connor" from then on because he doesn't want to die/finally recognizes himself as more than just one iteration in a series.
everything ive ever written with a mermaid character they are explicitly a siren and definitely have killed and no one ever ever says "hey this is actually very creepy" except erica xoxo shoutout bestie i only mention this bc there are still ppl following me who have read my kpop fanfiction (we shall not speak of it again)
will i admit to putting more religious symbolism and hinting into ETKM to push for markus = ra9. maybe. maybe i did. maybe that's going to come up. who knows.
mostly when i put stuff in a chapter its more like. i think its super cool or interesting or a good change or OBVIOUS and then no one mentions it and i go oh i see. i am actually not as smart in reality as i am in my own head. and that is fine!!!!! but it means like... haha what do i say here. all of my writing it trash or the best thing ive ever written or both. i'm not good at references or foreshadowing or im super good at it or i should stop writing forever. ANYWAY
having a scene come together. the moment when i hit enter and decide the chapter is done actually and i like it. when i backread a section and think okay yeah actually this is just how i wanted it to be. i'm the greatest writer in the world and also the worst xoxo thank you

Friendly reminder that it’s always better for both your mental health and the tumblr ecosystem to simply delete provoking anons. There’s no response or clapback you could give that’s worth granting them the attention and platform, and if you delete them you’ll have to spend way less time thinking about them and you’ll usually have forgotten about them within an hour or two. Whereas if you type up a big or clever response you’ll have wasted 100% more brain power than necessary and now you’ll have to look at that bullshit every time you backread your blog or the post gets a note.
Just delete them and move on with your day, no matter how smug and provocative they are. They know. They’re doing it on purpose.

after backreading ari’s blog a bit i feel like it’s necessary to bring up outside of maja’s comments how funny (not) i find it that jae is throwing day6 under the bus as though they’re responsible for his mistreatment but like just a while ago he was defending jyp the man praising how much he did for him like. at this point what the fuck are you even doing? fade into obscurity i’m tired
#perth.txt#like if he hadn't been defending jay why park it would seem less hypocritical#it seems like he resents day6 for... giving him the 'meme one' image???#but bro you did this to yourself???#also calling them not authentic... this is so so disrespectful idk#like yeah idols have an image but he acts like they don't put any effort into their work#you're not even the one writing these songs shut the fuck up#oh yonk if only you could beat his ass i would let you...
