#WednesdayMotivation 💪😼💛 ••• Ok, so let's talk about flexibility. A lot of people think I am one, actually in a world of flexible - I am just few steps bendy. 😅😁 It's true. To be tagged as #flexible needs to have it all in hamstrings, shoulders and back. I am tight at all three. 😩 But, I do not want to give up. My dreams of having #needle and other flexy poses are still in the list. #nevertootired #trusttheprocess And so, after two years of no continuous training - I attended #FlexiFridays by teacher @amayagonzalez_ last March (with the hashtag: #backarchmarch) and last night, I attended #VinyasaFlow by teacher @deirdrecamba of @tiny.yoga (with her #heartopeners) aaand here's a little progress. 😁 Getting there but still need a loooot of work. Day 11, with assistance from my lovely teacher Molli. During my lesson, I smacked my elbow in exactly the wrong place, and felt the worst nerve-based pain I've ever felt, like my entire arm from shoulder to fingertip was on fire. It subsided after 5 mins or so, but I can still kinda feel it after an hour and a half. Please calm down soon, angry nerve.
