#WednesdayMotivation 💪😼💛 ••• Ok, so let's talk about flexibility. A lot of people think I am one, actually in a world of flexible - I am just few steps bendy. 😅😁 It's true. To be tagged as #flexible needs to have it all in hamstrings, shoulders and back. I am tight at all three. 😩 But, I do not want to give up. My dreams of having #needle and other flexy poses are still in the list. #nevertootired #trusttheprocess And so, after two years of no continuous training - I attended #FlexiFridays by teacher @amayagonzalez_ last March (with the hashtag: #backarchmarch) and last night, I attended #VinyasaFlow by teacher @deirdrecamba of @tiny.yoga (with her #heartopeners) aaand here's a little progress. 😁 Getting there but still need a loooot of work. Back Arch March Crescent moon - not much bendy progress but much more confident, higher off the floor and better grip! Not bad seeing as I've gone back a few levels and only just got back to where I was this time last year...

Day... 10? Because it's March 10th? I've lost count. I felt super beaten down the last few days, at least more so than usual- and my stamina for stretching was minimal. But today I managed to get a good 40 mins in, after another fun 12 hr day of working and teaching. Still feeling super beaten down tbh, but the fact that I don't have to go to my office job tmrw is such a boost for my spirits. Also tomorrow is an art day, whether I like it or not. There will be so many wine glasses made tomorrow.
