as a now-keyboard-owner i finally understand that one line in deltarune about the hospital piano "missing most of the good keys" probably isn't actually intended to mean that it is physically broken like i interpreted it as being for the past 6 years but actually that it is just a smaller piano built with less than 88 keys which I guess does make more sense than the hospital piano being partially destroyed for some unknown reason and nobody doing anything about it

Rock-a-bye Baby (Mother Goose: Nursery Rhyme)

It's a lullaby, but it's also a song that gives you a scary impression because there's a part where you can hear, "Do you want to put your baby in danger, your mother?“ She sings, ``When I hung a cradle on a tree branch, the branch broke and the baby fell head over heels.'' It seems that women have a psychology of hating children even though they love them. Such contradictions are typical of Mother Goose's songs.

子守唄なのですが、「赤ちゃんを危険に晒したいのではないか、このお母さん？」と聴ける部分がある、なんだか怖い印象を受ける曲でもあります。「木の枝にゆりかごを吊るしたら、枝が折れて、赤ちゃん真っ逆さま」なんて歌うのですから。女性には、子どもを慈しみながらも、憎む心理もあるように思えます。そういった矛盾は、いかにもマザーグースの曲らしい。
