hi hi, okay finally getting around to writing this intro. sadly, still not on my laptop bc god forbid anything ever gets delivered as planned lol. so pls forgive me if this turns out somewhat sub-par, i’m typing it on my equally sub-par ipad keyboard rip. fingers crossed i might get my charger on monday. but let’s get to business - this is hajoon, who also happens to be a brand new muse for me. he’s equal parts precious baby and big headed idiot. v sociable, trusting and endearing but also probably up to some dumb shit at any given time. let’s get into it (yuh) SKJDFHK

biography.

hajoon na was born as the first child to hyunjin na and angelica kwon, respectively an accountant and a nurse. both of them were overjoyed to welcome their son and start their little family, which had until then only consisted of the two of them and their dog valentine. however, they shouldn’t remain such a small family for very long as hajoons little sister was born only two years after him, making his run as an only child ever so short-lived. hajoon didn’t resent his sister though, instead fully embracing this new role as her older brother. it was fun to have somebody he could take care of and who would blindly follow his lead for quite a few years.

while there family was never rich, they didn’t have to worry for much, especially since their parents placed both of their well-being before most other concerns. their education was another one of the things they really cared for and so the whole family even travelled through europe twice when hajoon was in his teens. all in all, he wasn’t ever a disappointment to his parents, eager to please them. however, he also wasn’t quite the high-achiever they might have wished for. always getting good but honestly no exceptional grades, even though he was already studying much more than he personally would have liked. his sister, harin, proved herself to be much more the academic his parents were hoping for.

honestly, it wasn’t always easy for joon to have a younger sister who quite possibly was much smarter than him but in the end he was glad for her and his parents. they got what they wanted after all, with a daughter who soaked up all the knowledge she could get her hands on, especially everything space related. on the other hand, hajoon coasted through college, not quite smart enough to be of notice but certainly well liked by his peers. he was always one of the popular kids, despite never really trying. while others might have stepped on people to get them up the ranks, he had never done anything of particular note aside from having a massive glow-up in his teens and genuinely being nice to pretty much everyone.

maybe it’s the fact that he’d always been so effortlessly popular or the way his parents were basically as supportive as could be but it means that hajoon grew up to often blindly trust others and be pretty self-assured. sure, he knows now that he certainly isn’t extraordinarily smart but extraordinarily handsome was also worth something, right? after school he didn’t quite know what to do with life and so he took an infamous gap-year, mostly spent volunteering at the local animal shelter. it was there that he realised he wanted to work with animals long-term and so he began working towards becoming a certified dog trainer.

by now he works as a dog trainer, having opened his own training center with a friend of his. through a tiktok he once made with his own dog, friday, which was mostly meant to be educational, he had already gotten a small following on the site. ever since the group’s tiktok blew up in 2019 and the show was aired afterwards, however, that following had become quite sizeable and he has continued posting. i would personally describe his content as a wild mixture of educational dog training tips, tiktok’s everyone but himself would describe as thirst traps and dad jokes. harin always tells him he should stick exclusively with dog content because the rest of it is supposedly cringe af. but the internet at large doesn’t quite seem to agree with that assessment.

Okay, but I want this. Like the delicious scents of the food, but then the Christmas Tree just being like nope, this is my holiday. Gah. I love the smell of pine trees! But I also like lasagna and cookies, so really you can't go wrong here.

“What did it?” Olivia teased. “Knowing you were outnumbered, or the large knife?” Ethan leaned against the counter, popped a piece of chorizo in his mouth, and shrugged. “It’s the season of goodwill. Let's go with that.” His half-smile quickly retreated when Merida slapped his hand. “There will be no goodwill in this house if you keep sneaking food! You have to wait until all of our guests arrive.”

LOL Ethan, no one is buying the goodwill 🤭 But also, poor Ethan can't catch a break: no music, no snacks 😆

Ethan turned to her with astonishment. “But I was there when you told him to be here at seven!” “Yes,” Merida said matter-of-factly. “I told him that to ensure they’d be here by eight.”

DYINGGG I LOVE that Merida told them an hour earlier just to ensure they got their by 8! 😂

“But since it's Tobias and Casey we're talking about,” Bryce interjected. “You probably should have told them six."

“Olivia is eating a cheese puff and not an ounce of chastisement from you... but I sneak a sliver of sausage, and you considered dismemberment!” “Ethan...Olivia is a guest! Besides, she’s too cute to dismember.”

But Olivia being too cute to dismember is my favorite thing. She probably took great pride in that. I could see her smiling shyly and sneaking another cheese puff just to prove the point.

The doorbell rang, and the friends looked at their phones at 7:58 PM. “Wow! They’re early!” Bryce exclaimed. “And they say Christmas miracles are a thing of the past!”

Bryce never missing an opportunity to tease them... as it should be!

“Great,” Merida laughed as she wiped her hands with a dish towel. “That means they probably didn’t get it all out of their systems, and they’ll be horny on main all night.”

“And that would be different from every other time... how?” Bryce laughed. 

Can you hear me laughing? Because I feel like you probably can!

“That is what they call it these days,” Olivia winked, all too proud of herself.  "Aren't they?"

Casey is absolutely perfect and I will never get over how amazing she is and how beautifully you always capture her and Tobias. That line is just brilliant and so so them 😂

This was absolutely hilarious, beautiful, and brilliant. It was perfectly them!

You are such a wonderful writer but an even better friend. I adore you so very much. This fandom has brought some highs and lows and a lot of chaos in between, but the one thing that I will always treasure is the friendships I've made, especially with you and @lilyoffandoms!

Since then, Lily, Dani (@storyofmychoices), and I have expanded on their hijinx, and it just gets more fun with time. I asked the lovely, talented, and all-around amazing @/artbyainna (IG) to create this commemoration not only of the friendship between Ethan, Merida, Bryce, Olivia, Casey & Tobias but, more importantly, the friendship between us! 😊 As always, she MORE than delivered! There was something about this time of year... even the mundane seemed to morph into magic, and tonight's gathering of friends was no exception. While the robust aroma of lasagna competed with the sweet scent of sugar cookies baking in the second oven, neither managed to diffuse the fragrant pine from the Christmas tree. Music served only as a background to the laughter and lively chatter, but while Bryce and Olivia were too engaged in the conversation.. and each other... to notice the music shift from soulful renditions of holiday standards back to melodic strings and woodwinds, Merida didn’t miss a beat. Resplendent in her holiday attire, she halted slicing provolone for the charcuterie board long enough to shoot Ethan a menacing glare.

Ethan started to open his mouth, then thought better of it. With a quick flick of the wrist, “That’s What Christmas Means to Me My Love” blared through the air once more.

“What did it?” Olivia teased. “Knowing you were outnumbered, or the large knife?”

Ethan leaned against the counter, popped a piece of chorizo in his mouth, and shrugged. “It’s the season of goodwill. Let's go with that.” His half-smile quickly retreated when Merida slapped his hand.

“There will be no goodwill in this house if you keep sneaking food! You have to wait until all of our guests arrive.”

A sigh tinged with frustration escaped him. “I fail to see why we all need to starve because Carrick is late... again.”

“Technically, he’s not late,” Olivia advised.

“She’s right,” Merida agreed. “It’s only seven-fifty, and dinner starts at eight. They have ten minutes before we can declare them late.”  

Ethan turned to her with astonishment. “But I was there when you told him to be here at seven!”

“Yes,” Merida said matter-of-factly. “I told him that to ensure they’d be here by eight.”

“But since it's Tobias and Casey we're talking about,” Bryce interjected. “You probably should have told them six."

"True," Olivia nodded, biting into a fluffy cheese puff. “Knowing Casey, she’ll want to redo her hair and makeup.”

Ethan raised his eyebrows in disbelief as Merida smiled. “What?” she asked.

“Olivia is eating a cheese puff and not an ounce of chastisement from you... but I sneak a sliver of sausage, and you considered dismemberment!”

“Hey! You can’t blame us,” Casey said, tossing her fuzzy coat over Ethan’s unextended arm. “Boston is just filled with traffic!”

“Mmmhmmm,” Merida greeted her friend with a warm embrace. “And you two are always without GPS.”

“That’s right,” Casey smiled. “We prefer to go by... feel.”

“Can we send them home now?” Ethan groaned.

But Merida and Casey were already halfway down the hall, linked arm-in-arm and giggling like schoolgirls. Ethan jumped when Tobias’s hand landed on his shoulder with a thud.

Running a hand down his face, Ethan surrendered. “Olivia is right. I’m outnumbered.”

HELLO I GOT A NEW MECHANICAL KEYBOARD

And I am typing on it bc it feels nice :) When I was trying to think of somewhere where I could type a lot of stream of conscious bullshit I thought of tumblr :) :)

I do sometimes wish I had kept up with posting on here more often so I could get a full account of my life up to now, but... there are too many places to do reflections these days and it takes a lot for me to keep up with them. Plus it’s not like my posts on tumblr ever were a good representation of my life - it was just a place to rant and word barf and write back in the day when writing perhaps meant more to me (and I was a dramatic little shit)

I did just read a post in my drafts from midway through 2021 and I seemed a little lost about what to do with my life/career and it scared me a little bc I resonated too much with that, and it’s been 1.5 years and like I haven’t figured my shit out????

But I KNOW I KNOW I have actually come a long way. This year I think I figured out a path career-wise and have started carving my way forward - slowly but surely. I also picked up some hobbies again since then. Crazy to think that it happened this year because now it feels like I (should) have always been doing this. But I started painting and making art again, and just doing more creative hobbies in general. I think I always scattered a few creative activities here and there (maybe more graphic design related things in 2020/2021 though), but I had neglected the more tactile drawing/painting that always brought me a lot of joy. So I’m glad I pushed myself to start taking art classes this year, which definitely helped me restart the hobby again.

I also rebooted a lot of health/mental health related habits again - exercising regularly, meditating, reading. I’m getting better at being disciplined at those things. It’s almost weird to think of times when these things weren’t built into my habits. So yay progress!

AND this year did start to feel like the pandemic was lifted off our shoulders a bit more for me. I went out a lot more (especially in the summer) - met new people, tried to looked for new activities to do and ways to explore the city. I have lived in Boston for two years now and this year I really felt like I was getting to know it better finally - which felt really really nice !!! And it feels a lot more like home. We also moved to a new apartment. It feels a lot homier and happier than our old place. Perhaps I was starting to feel a little stale being in that old apartment all the time though, considering that was like my “pandemic apartment” and I was there literally all the time...

I did not intend for this post to turn into a yearly reflection thing, but TIS that season after all. 2022 started out pretty rough (it was a bad winter) but I think I grew a lot from that dark time LOL. There were a lot of negative thoughts that pushed me forward to do more things and try more things. I would say that I tried to embody “growth” as much as I could this year - with baby steps because you have to start somewhere. And a baby step is better than no step. 

I am looking forward to 2023, not just because 23 is a special number to me (lmao) but also that I feel surprisingly in a good place right now and ready to take a bigger step. And I trust that I have the tools and the strength to go forward!!! I think this past year (or even two) has been a lot about resetting and gaining those tools again, after a weirdly destructive 2020. (Well I don’t think 2020 destroyed me that much but it put me in a weird place in terms of life and goals) (I felt really lost about my focus and values, in a way where I wasn’t really thinking about those things - I was more carefree perhaps) But I somehow feel more confident now about where I am and where I want to go - even if it’s not super clear, I know what I want to TRY at least. I know I want to keep doing things that make me happy and pushing myself to grow.

I will detail more specific goals later of course, but a general theme I have been thinking about is “intentionality”. I often feel like I am water, I go with the flow more than I should. This used to be a personality trait I held proudly, but I know now that it’s not always a good thing. If you flow too swiftly sometimes things pass you by. And sometimes you get no shit done LOL. I feel like I often go with the flow so often that when I think about where I am in life, I wonder how much of it was because of my own doing. It’s that whole “do I have free will” debate, but amplified in my brain because I’m SUCH a passive person. So much of my life has just been saying “yes” to the right thing at the right time - which I don’t discount, I think it’s great where it’s taken me - but it makes me feel..... like I don’t have control and take charge enough. Even for small things. 

Which is not even true, bc I do take charge of small things ok - I wouldn’t be surviving here if I didn’t. But I’m just a VERY externally motivated person, a lot of my decisions are influenced by others (or done for others) OR my actions are triggered because of something someone else did. Which is fine, individuality is a myth and we’re just combinations of the people and things around us BUT

I want to at least be more conscious about the above, and how they relate to my decisions and actions. I want to actually act on the ideas I have of “oh I would like to do this” instead of waiting to see what other people want to do. AND I want to be intentional about the things I do, truly think about whether I want to do something or if I’m just “going with the flow”. I want to be more proactive, less reactive. I want to initiate plans more (I think I’ve been getting better at doing this) When I make plans for myself, I want to be more willing to follow through with them. 

That is the gist of it. I think it correlates to just being more aware of your own actions and surroundings. (Which is something meditation taught me!) I don’t want to be living in a vacuum/matrix/haze or whatever you call it. In general I have been moving away from this but next year I want to put more effort into this mindset. Bias for action as they call it :^)

Day 2: AU get me out of here - places to go when canon is complicated

It’s Day 2 for @roswellnewmexicocreate, time to celebrate those stories that I turn to when I can’t deal with canon, or when I don’t have the emotional energy to untangle all the emotions I have for what’s going on in canon. Alternative universes, the safe harbor for us. Below are a mix of rewrites of canon, remixes of canon, or out right not even set in Roswell- to fill every type distance you want from canon- from near to far.

and the howl of the desert carries me home by @christchex​/ @michaels-blackhat​ (4,334) Alex runs into the desert to escape from his father with his guitar clutched to his chest. He plans to spend one last night playing before his father destroys it. Instead, he meets a cute boy with flowers in his curly hair and a lizard on his shoulder. He exchanges a song for a smile.

why i like it: I love everything about this story. Michael is totally a disney princess, and what a lovely way to save him from foster homes, but have him run away to the desert and use his alien powers to build his own little protective world. Looping in Nora’s plant powers like that, giving Michael a little animal friend, I love it all, but the show stealer is Alex Manes, playing music to coax the mystery boy out. It’s just incredibly soft.

Heartbeat series by @adiwriting ​ (133,000 - in progress) During the lost decade, Alex gets Michael pregnant and Michael doesn't see or hear from him again for the next four and a half years. When Alex comes back to town, he discovers he has a daughter with Michael and they all have to figure out how to be a family.

why i like it: it has it all, installments with angst, installments with fluff, I can find whatever mood I am in by just pouring over this incredible series. I really don’t even like mpreg, but in RNM, with aliens it seems a little more probable to me and bless Britt, she goes light on the details but heavy on the kid aspect of it. I absolutely love Alex in this story, he’s richly characterized as a man who is trying hard while wandering unfamiliar territory like aliens, like being a dad, like being Michael’s boyfriend, and he doesn’t always get it right, but he’s loved regardless.

why i like it: I’m a sucker for teen!Malex, especially stories that take place before the shed. I love this little AU where Alex is thinking about making a move, but hasn’t yet. They are both adorable nervous babies, this feels very much how a softer teen!Malex first time would go. Perfectly characterized here, you can just feel the hopeful vibes they have at 17. I like to believe nothing bad ever happens to them again.

you shift on a gear (it’s been a long year) by @backinmybodymp3 (28, 362) “Good morning,” Michael says. “What the hell did you do?” Alex asks, exasperated. (or: There were times, in some of the lower moments of the past however-many-days it’s been, where Michael had thought about what it might’ve been like to share this time loop with someone. He never imagined— well, he never imagined it’d be Alex.)

why i like it: I love time-loop stories! And this is just superb. The friendship dynamics of everyone involved, the Liz/Max wedding, Michael being a good brother, Michael trying so hard to keep this bullshit from dragging Alex in and then Alex being his usual reckless self when it comes to Michael, I absolutely dig this canon-divergent au. you can feel how much the author cares about everyone on the show in this story, and they really nail the Malex dynamic. This story came along just as season 3 did and it’s a true antidote to the malex drought on screen.

The guy’s drawl had a melody to it that was vaguely familiar, but much deeper than the voice it reminded Alex of. God, that and the hair really brought some memories back.  Just as Alex told himself to stop secretly staring like a creep and walk over there, he turned slightly so that Alex got a glimpse of the side of his face.  Fuck!  Fuck, fuck, fuck! Twelve years ago Alex left Roswell to join the Air Force, nursing a broken heart and promising to never return. When work brings him back to New Mexico he runs into someone he’d been sure he’d never see again.

why i like it: the first kiss in the UFO emporium was groundbreaking, but I have to admit, I love stories that explore the almost-happened, where Malex reconnect as adults without the shadow of Jesse’s attack. I love how sharp Alex is in this story, he has all these walls as an adult built from that first rejection, but then he’s so completely unprepared to reconnect with Michael again. The clownery in this story by both of them is perfect! I also totally love Forrest as a gay best friend for Alex, trying to wingman Alex, that cracked me up.

It’s a trigger and it’s not one Alex wants to ever let go of.Alex saw Michael disappear into a blinding blue light, soft 17-year-old body pulled back into some kind of impossible vortex -- one hand, outstretched.

why i like it: another submission from 2020 RNM Big Bang, this story just wrecked me. I can’t even really put into words about how it hooked me and basically lives in my head now to the point I often mumble the first line to myself. Anyway, this AU takes a right turn at the shed attack, and goes full force scifi and tragic separation, I love it. In so many ways it reshapes Alex’s life but the core of who he is never changes, there’s so many great science geekery details about Michael’s planet and the astronaut journey that Alex takes, plus SANDERS... anyway, this is a fandom classic for me.

So when he learned he was reassigned to the USS Roswell, he decided that he would keep his head down and behave. This decision is immediately thwarted when he meets her hot Vulcan captain.This might be the first time Michael got kicked off a posting for flirting with a captain.

why i like it: Star Trek AU? I’m pretty easy. Seeing elements of Kirk and Spock’s tragic backstory blended into genius mechanic Michael Guerin and ice prince Alex Manes was amazing. I love how it’s serving with his family that brings Michael to the Enterprise, his bond with Max and Isobel was chef’s kiss good. The blend of Michael’s powers and Alex’s biology - I loved the balance even if it came with its own misunderstandings, but hey, this time it was cultural! lol

why i like it: I’ve never seen Treasure Planet, but I didn’t need to thoroughly enjoy this AU. This was the perfect mix of angst and sci-fi adventure, where the authors managed to make the shed even more horrifying. Jesse Manes is the absolute worst in this story, the levels of obsession he goes to find a treasure, and then Michael on his own collision course - the ability to write tense action is a gift, and it’s on display in this story. Cyborg!Alex took up a place in my heart and still lives there, where he only gets the nicest things.

A/N: I can’t believe I wrote 3.6k words of what basically amounts to Netflix and fingering, but this is what Bucky Barnes does to people (you’re welcome Kris). The muscles in his cheeks hurt from the silly grin stretching up the corners of his mouth, but he can’t help himself with her, it’s just too easy. Too fun.

Done and done. The whole team knows - and teases him frequently - that he spoils her, worships her, bends over backwards at her every request. Slipping his phone in his back pocket, he looks around at the apartment, a quick survey of the last 5 days’ damage - a few dishes in the sink and on the stove, dirty socks peeled off in the hallway, a basket of clean clothes waiting to be folded. He nods to himself, prioritizes his task list, and tackles the kitchen first. After loading the dishwasher, he goes back to the bedroom, digging in the side pocket of his backpack for his headphones; he slips them in and turns on the next episode of that conspiracy theory podcast he’s become obsessed with (not that he’ll admit it, but she thinks it’s hysterical) and gets back to work, giving their home as deep a clean as he can in the couple of hours he has. On an afterthought, he lights a couple of scented candles - her favorites, the ones that smell like roasting marshmallows - throughout the place, letting the rooms fill with a warm scent. 

A few minutes past 5, he stands in the living room, hands on his hips, and surveys his work, feeling pretty pleased with himself. Their home looks and smells deliciously clean and inviting, a warm embrace for her to fall into when she walks in the door. He glances at his watch and decides he should go ahead and order the pizza, and as he swipes at the app on his phone, he double checks the champagne chilling in the fridge. Check and check. 

Perfect. He smiles to himself, the smirk turning a bit wicked as he walks down the hall to light candles in the bedroom. 

A perfect night for his perfect girl.

Her feet drag as she climbs the stairs up to their apartment, cursing herself all the way for moving into a building with no elevator. As if she weren’t tired enough from the absolutely hellish day she just had - even thinking about work has her massaging her temples with a groan. Nope. Nope! Completely done, she stops on the second flight of stairs with a huff, removing her heels one at a time and shoving them into her work bag. At this point, she’s practically daring someone to say something about it. Biting someone else’s head off for a change would be just delightful. 

She continues up that flight of stairs and the next, barefoot, her bag heavy and awkward on her right shoulder with the addition of her shoes, toes pressing into the worn and dated green carpet covering the steps. In her head, she’s counting them, counting down - 10 steps to Bucky, 9 steps, 8 steps, 7, 6…

When she unlocks the door and pushes it open, he’s waiting there, sweet smile curling up his soft lips. Of course, he must have heard her coming up the stairs - and she sags in relief, practically falling into his arms without even closing the door. He chuckles, tugging her closer while shuffling their positions in the hallway so that he - ever responsible and paranoid - can close and deadbolt their door. 

“Hi,” she mumbles into his chest. 

“Hi, baby,” he whispers back, lips against her temple. “Rough day?” 

She groans, shaking her head with her face still pressed against him. 

“You’ve got no idea, Buck, it was just the worst-”

“Shh, shh,” he hushes her, rubbing her back with firm strokes. “You don’t have to talk about it. You can just relax, honey. I’m here.”

A heavy sigh puffs against his shirt, the heat of her breath felt through the fabric, and her shoulders drop a little further, the tension slowly melting as he softly sways her from side to side. They stand like that for a while, just breathing each other in, letting go of the day, coming home to each other. Though she’s never said it aloud, she lives for moments like this, when there’s nothing that matters outside the circle of his arms. Nothing else at all. 

The insistent growl of her stomach interrupts them - loud and gurgling, and he chuckles in spite of himself. He pulls back a bit from their embrace, looking down with a fond smirk tilting up his mouth. 

“Hungry?”

“Starving, Buck,” she pouts, a little dramatic, a playful whine coloring her tone. “Did you make dinner?” 

“Even better.” A light press of his lips to the tip of her nose, his voice continuing in a whisper. “I ordered out.”

A soft gasp. 

“Gusano’s?” Her eyes are sparkling and he wonders if she gets as excited for him as she does for pizza. 

“Mhm. Got all the toppings you like, too.” 

Touched, and sensitive from such a long day, her smile is so big it makes her tired eyes tear up just a bit. Sometimes, it just hits her - how lucky she is, how one-in-a-million her sweet super-soldier boyfriend manages to be every single day. It swells her heart full to bursting every time.

He doesn’t say anything else, just kisses her forehead and turns, keeping an arm wrapped around her shoulders and steering her to the bedroom. 

“C’mon, babydoll - you go change,” he urges gently, stroking her arm. “Get in your comfy clothes, take your makeup off, all that jazz - I’ll grab the pizza and then we’ll see what we wanna watch, yeah?”

Her answering sigh is dreamy as she drops her head back to his shoulder. 

“Where have you been all my life, Bucky Barnes?” 

“Mm. Mostly in cryogenic storage,” he whispers, eyebrows wiggling as he leans in for a kiss. With a roll of her eyes she dodges his lips, letting them land on the side of her head as she smacks his chest and walks off to the bedroom. Chuckling, he lands a playful swat on her ass before skipping to the kitchen. 

What a man, she thinks, shaking her head as she digs through her dresser for a pair of soft college sweatpants. One-in-a-million.

Pizza box on the edge of the bed, bottle of champagne on the left nightstand. She’s settled between his legs, feeling full and pleasantly soft from the bubbly drink in her hand. 

“We’re gonna keep watching this, right?” she hums as the credits roll on the first episode, button in the bottom corner counting down until the next one plays. 

“Sure - as long as you don’t spend the whole night ogling that guy’s ass,” he huffs, pinching her hip.

“Whatever,” he grumbles, shifting a little on the bed and tightening his arms around her, as though that might keep his girl in his lap rather than jumping through the screen and into the arms of the wig-wearing hunk whose strapping biceps currently have her attention. 

The second episode plays, she relaxes a little further, finishing her second glass of bubbly. When he murmurs in her ear, she lets him take the glass and set it on the nightstand, out of the way. He shifts forward and grabs the pizza box, too, moving it to the other nightstand - both of them have eaten their fill and all that’s left in the box is a scrap of crust, nibbled all the way up till there’s nothing left but seasoned bread. 

There’s a little shifting, a little wiggling, as he settles them both back against the headboard. In true “Princess and the Pea” fashion, Bucky’s got no less than three pillows fluffed behind his back, cushioning him against the hard wooden headboard. When he’s finished shuffling around, he strokes her sides for a moment, pulling her back flush against him and wraps his arms around her waist, sighing in contentment. 

“Comfortable?” she giggles. His only reply is a low hum and a squeeze of his arms. 

They go back to watching episode two, trying to follow the separate timelines and magical rules that have yet to be explained in the story world. She’s got her eyebrows drawn together, puzzling out where the hunchbacked mage might fit in to all of this; while the women on screen test their magic powers, she feels warm lips travel to her neck. 

At first, she tries to ignore him, intent on watching the show; but the warm, wet kisses trailing up and down the side of her neck have her tilting her head, silently asking for more…

“Watch your show, baby,” he whispers, husky voice sending a delicate shiver down her spine. The tip of his tongue traces over the shell of her ear. “Don’t want you to miss your man.” 

She intends to make a derisive snort, but it comes out as more of a hiccuped gasp when one of his hands slips just under the hem of her t-shirt, fingers spider-walking up the skin of her stomach. Her mouth is dry when she tries to swallow and bring her hazy eyes back to the TV. 

It works for a few moments, maybe minutes, as he softly strokes the warm skin of her belly, his other hand tracing the waistband of her sweats. His mouth never leaves her neck and shoulders, switching from one side to the other, gently letting his teeth scrape over her sweet spot and her earlobe. All tender, unhurried caresses, and she sinks further into him, into the warmth of them both in their room, their world.

There had never been a time where you felt as well cared for as the present. Having an immune compromised boyfriend wasn't anything new to you, however, the world had gotten scary lately. Headlines rang out left and right of new cases in your city every day. Symptoms were changing, and the up coming holiday season was making everything even scarier.  

It wasn't that scary until one day you woke up with a sore throat and a mild fever. You felt the tingle in your throat and started coughing, and that's when Corpse's head popped up off of his pillow to look at you suspiciously.

"You okay?" He rubbed your lower back, "You need some water?"

You shook your head and absent mindedly rubbed your throat, as if it would help. You thought back over the days, trying to remember if you came into contact with anyone, however you didn't think so. At least not directly, or on purpose. Your mind immediately flew to corpse, who had a pretty bad immune system, and felt the panic rising inside of you.

"I'm okay," You said softly, voice hoarse, "I just think that maybe I should get tested, what do you think?"

"It probably wouldn't hurt anything to make sure," He frowned as he sat up in bed, the sheets sliding down to pool around his waist, "Let's get dressed and we'll go, okay?"

"Corpse, you don't have to go with me. I'll be fine. I don't want you to be exposed to any more germs." You said, but he held his hand up in protest.

"No. You're going to the hospital, and I'm going with you." He said as he stood up from the bed, shoving his feet into his slippers, before walking into the bathroom and shutting the door.

In no time, you were dressed in a pair of leggings and one of his hoodies, tucking your hair inside the hood. You pulled your mask up over your mouth and nose. You were sitting on the couch, shivering slightly, when he walked in, mask covering his face and the car keys in hand. Corpse never liked to leave the house, so it showed how much he was concerned about you when he didn't think twice about tagging along with you.

When you arrived at the hospital, you were told that only you were allowed back in the hospital room. He would have to wait outside. You could see the anger in his eyes, but he held back. They let him sit with you in the waiting room, but when your name was called, he had to stay seated. Stupid covid rules.

You were checked into the triage, and then immediately taken back to a small room with a bed and the normal accessories. You had to admit, you were a tad bit scared sitting back here by yourself. Hospitals made you uneasy and the fact that you were alone was enough to heighten the anxiety.

Your phone dinged, showing a message from Corpse that read, 'You k?'

You smiled to yourself and replied back, 'Yep, I'm k. Scared. You k?'

The three dots bubbled, signaling he was typing back, just as the door opened and in walked the nurse. You told her your symptoms, had your fever checked, the usual. And then came down to the dreaded test. The nurse instructed you to lower your mask and tilt your head back and she quickly inserted the long q-tip that felt like it touched the bottom of your brain. You winced as she twirled it for a few seconds, tears filling your eyes. You felt horrible and yet they just had to torture you some more. But it was quickly over, and she withdrew it from your nose, closing it up tight in a test tube.

"It'll be back in a few," She cleared her throat, "Just hang tight, okay?"

You nodded and picked up your phone, reading the two new text's. One said, 'I'm sorry baby' and the next was 'what room number?'

You looked up at the sign out side and then texted back 'Room 203. Why?'

It was a few minutes before the door opened again and you expected to see the nurse. Instead, the door opened to reveal Corpse standing there, his mask pulled up to just below his eyelids and his curly hair askewed.

"Corpse-"You shook your head.

"No, it's okay. The front desk let me back as long as I wore my mask," He shook his head as he walked closer to you. You leaned forward, resting your head on his chest, feeling his arms wrap tightly around you. You felt horrible and now your nuse burned ontop of everything.

"How'd you get them to let you back here?" You looked up at him, meeting his stare.

"I told them you didn't like hospitals, that they made you nervous." He shrugged, "She was understanding."

You laid your head back down, closing your eyes against the harsh lightning in the room. He stood there, holding you against him, for a few minutes before the there was a knock on the door and the nurse stepped in. She glanced at Corpse for a moment, before clearing her throat and turning her attention to you.

"You're negative," She said, "However, you do have a pretty bad sinus infection. The doctor has ordered you some antibiotics and a doctors note to stay home for the next three days, okay?"

You sighed in relief, as well as Corpse. It was great that you didn't have covid, but it still sucked that you were sick. The nurse handed you the paperwork, and you were free to leave finally. Thankfully, you weren't there that long.

"Do you need anything from the grocery store? Or Wal-Mart?" Corpse asked as he held your hand.

You looked over at him in the drivers seat, and felt your heart swell with so much love in that moment. He had always been the type to avoid public places, grocery stores being the bane of his existence, however; for you, he would do anything. He would go anywhere. He truly loved you, and it showed in these simple yet meaningful actions.

"I just want to go home and take a bath, if that's okay?"

"Of course, baby." He said as he brought your hand up to his lips and kissed your knuckles.

You were back home and within thirty minutes, Corpse had ran a warm bath for you, which you happily slipped into. He flipped the lights off and opened the bathroom's blinds only a tad bit to allow just enough light in so you weren't in complete darkness. You had expected him to go into his studio and edit a video, however, when you opened your eyes, you were sort of surprise to see him sitting on the floor beside of you with a laptop in his lap and a USB drive connected to it.

"You don't have to sit in here with me," You said softly, noticing he had only one side of his earphones on.

He glanced up at you and pft'd you, "Yeah right. I'm not leaving you while your sick. You'll fall asleep and that heightens the risk of you drowning. No.'

"Isn't the floor cold, though?" You laughed softly.

"A little," he nodded, his fingers clacking away on the keyboard.

He didn't have his mask on now, leaving him bare faced for you. You were always taken back by just how handsome he truly was. The messy tuft of shaggy black curls, his sharp jawline. His profile was just as beautiful as the rest of his face. You stuck a dry hand out and ran your finger over his jaw line, and then up to his hair, running your fingers through the silky strands. He smiled softly, but kept working. You would have much rathered him join the bath, but knew his work was important as well. You would get to cuddle him later. For now, you sat in the quiet darkened bathroom in a comfortable silence. Closing your eyes, you felt the aches and pains slowly disolve into the warm water. Corpse was right, you did fall asleep for a few minutes. He kept a watchful eye on you, finishing his editing on a video in about forty-five minutes. He glanced over at you as he dipped his hand in the water, noticing it had cooled down quite a bit, and that wasn't good for your fever.

"Hey, babe." He said softly, cupping your jaw in his large hand, "C'mon, you need to wake up. The water is getting cold."

And as he brought you out of your sleep, you had noticed the water was in fact pretty chilly. He grabbed a towel from the dryer that had been quietly buzzing around behind you, helping you stand up. He wrapped you in the fluffy towel and whisked you into the bedroom. He cursed himself for letting the water cool down, noticing the slight shiver you had as you got dressed. Thankfully, your hoodie was warm and the sweat pants helped warm you up quickly.

"What do you want for dinner?" You glanced over at him, "Neither of us have eaten anything today."

"No, you need to lay down. I'll fix us something." He shook his head when you started to protest, "No. I'll order something. You want some soup? Or Chinese?"

He laughed when your eyebrows lifted at the mention of Chinese, feeling your tummy start to grumble.

"General Tso chicken me, please." You wiped your nose with a Kleenex as you sat at the head of the bed, "And a egg roll."

The two of you ate, crashed onto the bed and turned the Crunchyroll app on. You knew Corpse had a hard time sleeping, but he still liked to be next to you while you laid in bed. He often times just watched television while you slept, drifting between watching whatever was on, and then staring at you. He was flipping through the titles when you seen your favorite anime pop up, Tonikawa. The meaning behind the tale was quite soft compared to Corpse's taste in anime, there was no gore or fighting. Just a silly love tale. However, it was your favorite. With a poochy bottom lip, you looked up and gave Corpse the best puppy-dog eyes you could. He laughed and pressed 'play' much to his distaste of it.

"Thank you," you said a few minutes into the epside. You rested your head on his chest and felt his hand begin to rub your back under your shirt, his warm hand heating your skin up too, "For taking care of me today. You've been the best nurse."

"Anything for you," he said softly, "I love you, you know that right?"

You nodded sleepily, feeling the effects of your bath still lulling you to sleep. Sleeping was your favorite thing to do when you were sick. You felt Corpse's lips press to your forehead, leaving a soft kiss there, as you tucked your head under his chin and moved closer to him.

"I love you too, Corpse." You said softly as you closed your eyes, hoping to feel better tomorrow.

(1/3) Hey! So, the Legends episode was the best one because it had the least amount of Lex! And we got to see the Legends again, it's been way too long. Loved that they threw shade at the crossover as usual! Sara being the leader was absolutely perfect! I really enjoyed the Sara and Barry scene on the steps, it was so good. Barry and Kara being excited puppies was fun! Beebo making an appearance was wild. Ray taking a selfie and Sara protecting Beebo was so on brand for Legends though!

so yeah, like you correctly said, the less lex luthor the better. that’s why SG is the only show which comeback i’m dreading post crisis. i liked practically nothing there this season so far, not counting the crossover.

legends were the best episode! surprising to no one at all! boy, i missed them.sara the team leader is such a natural development it was so satisfying to see! glad no one questioned that.

sara and barry scene was SO good :“’) so sweet and well done - of course it was on the legends episode!

lol idk about you but i’m still not over beebo! SUCH a legends scene! a selfie killed me i swear :D i love crossovers when they kidnap some legendsit was really a better most fun scene for kara than she’s gotten this season on her own show so far. most of crossover was tbh. i want a scene where she just, reflects of having more common magic there now lol, to feel how oliver felt about aliens at first.

sara’s mom’s status is unknown so far tho right? but they barely even seen each other i guess. i don’t think she even came to star city when sara got resurrected, but sara went to her? maybe,,, i don’t remember well it’s been years.

i really didn’t mind her mourning ollie this much, i was kind of thinnking a similar thing when thinking about the losses she went through. it felt in character. except for trying to resurrect him, maybe. but she was desperate, it’s okay to try making a mistake i guess.

i’m willing to headcanon that sara and barry did check in with ava and iris first but yk, cut for time lol. it doesn’t make sense at all otherwise! as didn’t kara not running to hug alex when she woke up.

but like fiiiiine i’ll let this one go, cut for time for storytelling purposes lol i convincem myself okaaaaay, since we’re getting more avalance and westallen soon enough :) maybe even the danvers sisters screentime but i won’t expect anything from sg.

i do agree that sara seemed sadder about ollie than quentin. fingers crossed legends ppl have written more reflecting on everything plots for for for this coming season.

they didn’t really explain the spectre powers huh. i did like it enough tho. they still managed not at all to overexpose, so it worked for me. i read a bit about it on wiki and was ok with that. needing a person to exist, a lot of powers but still mortal, blah blah all that jazz. it was a good send off to amell, letting ollie create a new universe like his show did. it was sweet imo. felt nice, because after 6(7?)-something years watching, i did care about ollie too. especially since the show ending when being really likeable again :’)

as for no one else dying, i wouldn’t be so sure yet. we’ll see. there are a few characters whose status is unknown and it gives me anxiety.

but baby sara tho! how hilarious? i didn’t really understand if the other kid was still JJ or already connor. wonder is cisco’s bro is alive now lol

Dream Trip

Currently planning a trip to go visit Japan for a week or so and South Korea for several days around April. I want to go back to Dublin, Ireland and Stockholm, Sweden to visit friends.

What are your hobbies? When I’m not in school I like to read and I’m able to write some. During school, you can find me watching x files, sleeping, or enjoying movies or music

What’s your favorite book? I love anything by Laurie Halse Anderson and really anything in the YA genre

What inspires you? Gillian is really inspiring to me because of all the work she does to help others. Bette Midler too

What’s your favorite place in the whole world? well, ok. So, I love Mackinac Island because it’s so beautiful and peaceful (even with thousands of tourists covering the tiny location) but I also just love when I’m with my people. When I’m with one of My People wherever we are, that’s my favorite place because I’m really happy. Also, I really love my work because nothing exists outside those four walls except the babies I take care of

What do you typically have for breakfast? A big cup of coffee and the occasional bagel or bowl of cereal

What’s the longest you’ve ever gone without sleep? The first semester of my sophomore year I had this 60-70 page case study due for the end of the term for an education class. For at least a week I would stay up until about 5 am working on it, go to sleep, get up at 7:30 am and do it all over again. That’s been my most stressful and sleep deprived time of my life so far and just looking bad makes me shudder. At least I got a 99% on it

What makes you angry? A lot of things. Let’s not get into that.

What makes you nervous? Uh, everything. But thinking about the real part of my future (bills, working, adulting) really gets me going

Do you wear glasses: Yes and these specific frames fucking suck and my eyes keep getting worse (my doctor told me I’d need surgery before I turned 30, wtf thanks dude)

Do You Have Freckles? Yes and it used to bother me how many I have but thanks to fics that mention Scully’s, I’ve become fond of them

But since starting the med, my dreams have become realistically-weird, like sometimes I wake up and question if that all really happened

Do You Make Your Bed In The Morning? When I’m at school, yes, but when I’m home I usually just say fuck it because I’ll be back in it at least 8 more times

Do You Like To Read / Write? I love to read (fics, duh) but I do try my hand at writing but I struggle to finish anything and I’m terrified to post any of my work on here

Do You Have Any Homework Right Now? If So, What Is It About? YES and it’s just barely halfway into summer break and I’ve got a huge assignment due the first day back

Do you keep a journal? Yeah a few actually but I lose motivation after a little bit and it takes so much to start it over

Do you like your own name? Yes, I love my name. When I was a kid I hated it, I didn’t get the sentiment of being named after someone. I finally got the sentiment around the time my grandma started getting sick. Now that she’s gone, I know just how blessed I am to carry on the legacy of my full name and try to make her proud.

Do you have any scars? Oh plenty, I’m really clumsy. My most notable is the one on my thumb from a freak childhood accident that nearly cut my entire thumb pad off. What a wild time

Do you have a strong accent? I’m from Michigan so apparently, I have a strong Midwestern accent but I don’t hear it. But anytime I’m on the phone/skyping with my friend from Missouri, she always points it out and laughs

Do you talk to yourself? Probably too much but also not in the way that I think is expected. I’m just constantly talking in my head like a constant tv interview about whatever the fuck I’m thinking about which 99% of the time is msr lol

When was the last time you cried? I’m sure I’ve cried today and just don’t remember. There’s literally not a day that goes by that I don’t shed tears but I literally cry so easy (This video or this video will make me cry almost instantly)

Where would you like to visit? I’ve wanted to visit Barcelona and California since I was a kid but in the past 4 years I’ve really wanted to visit New York and Greece

How many piercings do you have? Just my first holes in my ears but I’ve been thinking about getting my Helix pierced (upper portion of the ear)

How do you deal with stress? Uhhhh I panic first lol. I tend to listen to music—very specific songs that I know will drown out the anxiety/stress, or sometimes I’ll write what I’m feeling, go for a walk, read an absolute favorite fic in my list, watch x files, or I’ll just scroll through my thousands of pictures of GA lol

How many pillows do you sleep with? Three, sometimes four and then I have four accent pillows when I make my bed. Too many, as I’ve been told by everyone

Have you ever been to the hospital? Been to? Yes, plenty of times. Been in/admitted? No, thankfully

Have you ever met any celebrities? In 2016 I went to a rally for Hillary that Cher was speaking at so like…I was in the same room as her. AND THEN my friend shoved me up to her path as she was leaving and she touched my hand and I literally nearly passed out

Have you ever been in a position of authority? I am always deemed the mom friend so I’ll let you figure out that answer...

Have you ever drank underage? Yeah but nothing crazy. I just really like my wine. The craziest I’ve ever gotten was after I turned in that case study, I chugged half a bottle of wine (on an empty stomach), got bad heartburn, and then went to bed for like 14 hours

Are You Easily Influenced By Other People? Depends on the person, but I’d have to say no unless it’s Gillian/Scully/Stella

Are You A Picky Eater? I say yes, but compared to my brother and my uncle, no

Are you a clean or messy person? My home life is messy. My room is trashed but the things that are put away are organized. But life at college is completely opposite, my dorm is very clean and organized and I clean it top to bottom every weekend

Jensen: Do you know what week it is?? We premiere this Thursday. 

Jensen is also talking about Jared being on Jimmy Kimmel this Thursday as well :)

“My dear friend Mr. Jared Padalecki will be on Jimmy Kimmel Thursday Oct 12th so tune in” - Jensen promoting Jared. Jared: Ackles warmed him up for me...so tune in guys, we’re gonna have some fun. Jensen: Yeah, it’ll be a big night. We’re very excited about it. 

What memory would Sam and Dean stick to if they died (like Bobby with his memory of the boys)? Jared mentions the flashbacks in Swan Song and the “I’m proud of us” moment. Jensen says a collection of good moments (bros reuniting, stuff with John, Mary, Bobby, Cas) but also those moments of killing big bads. 

What story would you extend/elaborate on? Jared says Demon!Dean and Soulless!Sam. Jensen: Dean in Purgatory. 

Fan mentions her Russian blue cat named Winchester. Jensen: It’s a blue cat from Russia. That’s all you need to know. 

Boys go off on accents and jokes. At one point, Jared says: “If there was a place in Toronto that served Vladimir Poutine I would totally go and take Winchester with me.” Jensen and the audience crack up. Jensen: That dude’s got a blue cat. And he’s eating poutine. 

Who would you vote as the most ditchable prom date of the cast? Jensen: Cas. Jared: Story-wise, probably Sam. This is gonna sound the wrong way, but, Sam probably should’ve ditched Ruby. Jared got the better end of the deal lol. 

Young fan says her name is Lilith. J2 very quickly back up and Jared knocks over his chair lol. She asks their favorite monster. Jared: I’m gonna say Lilith. Jensen: Me too, because if they’re all as cute as you, they’re my favorite. She says her fav monster is a ghost. J2 tell her that if she ever meets one, she should call her friends Sam and Dean. 

Fav childhood memory? Jensen: Very happy childhood, lots of good memories. For his fourth birthday he got to ride a horse for the first time. Wore his cowboy vest. Jared: He still has it. 

Jared: Now I feel weird about my answer! Broke his arm when he was seven and was in the hospital for a week, got spoiled in the hospital, getting candy, baseball cards...At the time, there was a rare card available where a player had written bad words on the bottom of his bat and the card company only realized it appeared in the image halfway through printing, so everyone was searching for the rare versions that had been printed. Jared’s dad would bring him a pack of baseball cards every day. 

If you could create an episode, what would it be. Jared: The world’s most boring episode. The boys doing their laundry. Wants to see Sam and Dean doing behind the scenes stuff. 

Jensen talks about a movie “Sliding Doors.” One choice that creates two split timelines and following both. Thinks that would be cool.

Advice for Sam and Dean in s13: Jensen: Knowing what I know, I would tell Dean not to jump to conclusions...talk amongst yourselves! Jared laughs. 

 Jared is trying so hard not to spoil anything: “I would say...not to get too attached. TALK AMONGST YOURSELVES.” 

Jared is doing accents. Jensen: Keep going you’re killing it. 

Fav part about working together? Jared: Days off. Jensen: Then we’re not working together. Both: TALK AMONGST YOURSELVES lmao. 

Jensen: There are a lot of things, but one of the best is that we laugh so much. In case you couldn’t tell. 

Jared talks about how it doesn’t feel like work, especially with the Sam and Dean scenes. 

J2 have spiraled into Coffee Talk impressions.

Any spoilers? Jensen: Prepare yourselves...for some interesting characters this season. Jared laughs and pretends to be shocked: I can’t believe you said that! Jared: New characters and you’ll see some fan favorites come back. 

If Sam and Dean could bring back one character? Crowd starts shouting names. Jensen: Did someone just say Jon Snow?  

Jensen: Would love to bring back Azazel...so I could kill him again. 

Jared chose Charlie, because she brings out a different side of the boys. Jensen adds Benny to the list, Jared also mentions Sully. 

Fan: Do you think Ruby will come back, mentions wanting Danneel on the show. Jared jokes that he would have to watch the kids and do the real work. Gen was able to come back for French Mistake but not sure if she’d be able to now. Jared agrees that he wants to see Danneel on the show, too. Jensen: She’s rockin’ three kids, too!

Jensen says that those decisions aren’t up to him. Says if they were the show would have been canceled a long time ago. Jared jokes about how if it was up to J2 they would just cast all of their friends. “Who’s that guy?”

Jared: What character would Danneel play? Audience shouts, Baby! Jensen: That could complicate things. Boys want to make a dirty joke but they cut themselves off lol. 

Someone in the audience is yelling out Garth. Boys can’t understand what they’re saying. Bunch of fans start yelling Garth, boys finally get it. Jared laughs and says it reminds him of Finding Nemo when the seagulls are saying “mine, mine, mine” over and over. He looked into the crowd and just saw a bunch of people going, “Garth, Garth, Garth” lmao. 

Jensen: If Danneel came on the show would you want her to be good or bad? Fan: Good. Jensen: But she plays bad so well. Jared nods. Jensen nods, goes to make a comment and cuts himself off lol. 

Fan: How does it feel to have fans like this? Jensen talks about how it took him awhile to really get it. Used to be more in his shell. Now he says it’s fuel for him seeing this kind of devotion. 

Jared is amazed at a fan’s incredible SPN body art. Boys are complimenting her on the amazing body art. 

Jared says don’t ever think that they think we’re “weird” for being too dedicated to the show. Because they are just as weird as us. Jared: If you’re crazy for spending 24 hours (on fan’s body art) then we’re crazy for spending 13 years. 

Fan: Was there a real Trickster, or was the lore about Gabriel? Jared thinks there was no Trickster, that it was just Gabriel hiding.

Apparently Alex (who plays Jack) is like Misha 2.0 in terms of the boys messing with him lol :P J2M messed with Alex so bad the director, Nina Lopez-Corrado, actually kicked them off set. 

Jensen once told Jared to not speak in a scene so he didn’t mess around. Jared didn’t say a word and Jensen did his lines alone lol. 

Jensen says Jared can never get through telling a whole joke without busting out laughing before the punchline :P

Would you rather have a smoothie from McDonald's or make one yourself? I don’t drink smoothies so I haven’t the slightest clue how to make one. Even though the idea of a smoothie made from McDonald’s sounds sketchy in itself, I’d much rather give that a try.

Do you follow any special diet? (dairy free, vegetarian, gluten free etc.) No, I eat whatever I want lol. I love food too much to limit what I eat.

What is your highest level of education? I graduated from university/college.

What's your favorite summer activity? Ideally, it’d be booking a few days at a hotel resort with lots of available activities (poolside bar, recreation room with a table tennis court, spa, dinners with an acoustic band, etc.), and being able to lounge at the beach for as long as I wish.

How old is the oldest movie you like very much? It’s from 1939 soooooo pretty damn old.

What is the most annoying thing about other people? Seems impossible to generalize 7 billion people...but idk, I guess one thing is how a disappointingly large amount of people are against granting basic rights/benefits for all, like free healthcare, free/lower tuition, and all that other stuff everyone should be provided with to begin with.

What's something that easily distracts you? Anything that strikes my interests, I guess. Like if I was at work and if Andi struck a conversation with me about wrestling, there’s a slightly large chance I’ll drop what I’m doing and talk to them for a bit.

What is an appliance you don't have, but would love to have? An air fryer. Everyone my age has gotten theirs already lmao.

Have you seen the good or the bad ending of Little Shop of Horrors? I have not seen that at all.

What sort of movies do you like to watch over and over again? Romantic comedies that have happy endings, regardless if they’re cheesy or unrealistic or downright bad. This is my favorite comfort content, so basically movies like The Proposal, Friends with Benefits, Love Actually, etc. 

How would you spice up a boring quick meal, like instant ramen? I add stuff that I think would suit it, like cheese, hot sauce, or liquid seasoning.

What is a food you can eat for days without getting bored? I try not to eat one thing too many times so that I don’t quickly get sick of it. But these days, I will say I have been eating a lot of salted egg-flavored chips. I’ve gone through several bags in the last month alone.

What is something you do weekly? I watch church service on television. < Yeah, same. I also try to go to a coffee shop every weekend.

Would you rather have a waffle iron or a sandwich toaster? A waffle iro  because I would love to have waffles for breakfast from time to time. My mom is able to manually toast bread for us, so I don’t see the need for a sandwich toaster.

What's the most impressive thing you can do with only one hand? This isn’t impressive at all and is more stupid than anything, but text while driving. I can’t think of anything else I can do with one hand.

What's something new you want to try but haven't yet? Wakeboarding. Angela and Hans did it earlier this month and invited me to their future sessions, but no plans have come out of that just yet. Maybe I’ll plan it for my 23rd birthday, we’ll see.

What is the most outrageous hairstyle you'd be willing to try even once? I’m not daring when it comes to my hair, honestly. I’m willing to dye it an unconventional color, but that’s probably the furthest I’ll go.

Or does the idea of cutting your hair freak you out? Not really. I’m all for trying different lengths.

What's the most outrageous hairstyle you've had so far? It most definitely was not outrageous, but I’d say the bob-ish thing + bangs duo I did last year was the biggest thing I did with my hair.

Do you use stairs a lot on a daily basis? Yeah, our house has two floors, so.

On an ordinary day, is this what you normally do at this hour? Nah. I don’t really regularly take surveys in the evening anymore. I always say I’d take a couple, but end up feeling too tired at the end of the day. I made an exception for tonight, though, because I’ve been busy all weekend for my dad’s birthday and tonight is the one time I got to have alone time. I’m savoring it as much as I can until I’ll have to sleep to get enough rest for work tomorrow.

Which keys on your keyboard are worn out the most? All my keys are still working fine. My laptop is a trooper. I do feel like I need to upgrade soon since the cycle count recently reached 1000+ and the battery life isn’t as strong as it used to be, but this laptop will always be my baby. It got me through college and got me honors lol so I’ll always be grateful for it.

Since what year have you been actively using the Internet? 2008. I’ve been exposed to the internet since the early 2000s with dial-up and all, but I didn’t use the internet per se; I just watched the elders in my house do.

What's something that would make only you extremely excited? Maybe Good Mythical Morning merch? In my local circle, I’m the only one who still keeps up with the show. Everyone else grew out of it several years ago.

They're remaking the first Child's Play movie. Thoughts? I’m pretty sure it already came out, but I didn’t have any strong thoughts about it. Still don’t.

If you could be any supervillain, which would you be? No particular characterization or traits in mind but I do want to be the kind of villain that lowkey holds the right principles in the first place.
