Fuß- und Radweg deutlich kennzeichnen!

Der Weg beim Petersbach zwischen der Unterführung der B12A und der Kellerberggasse ist zwar als sogenannte „Radfahranlage“ ausgewiesen, eine entsprechende Kennzeichnung vor Ort fehlt aber leider. „Deshalb kommt es dort auch immer wieder zu unnötigen Missverständnissen und Auseinandersetzungen“, erklärt PRO23 Bezirksrat Christian Steinhoff. Vor allem Menschen die zu Fuß unterwegs sind, wären oft der Meinung, dass das Radfahren dort nicht erlaubt sei. „Zwei einfache Fuß- und Radweg Schilder, würden dieses Problem sofort lösen“, ist Steinhoff überzeugt. Wir haben deshalb für euch in der Bezirksvertretung beantragt, den Weg dementsprechend als „Fuß- und Radweg“ zu beschildern.

But I want to use their signature instruments for these pins so I need a bit of help in making sure they’re correct. Les dégâts sur la santé ne surviennent-ils qu’en cas de consommation excessive et chronique de cannabis ? Pour le savoir, des chercheurs de la Société américaine de neurosciences ont suivi des volontaires âgés de 14 ans en Allemagne, en Angleterre, en France et en Irlande. Ces derniers ont rapporté leur consommation de cannabis. Certains ont déclaré n’en avoir consommé qu’une à deux fois au maximum au cours de leur vie.

Via l’imagerie médicale, les auteurs ont observé des différences structurelles dans certaines parties du cerveau, entre ceux qui avaient fumé une à deux fois, et ceux qui n’avaient jamais consommé de cannabis. En fait, même une faible exposition augmentait le volume de matière grise. Une situation qui aurait un impact sur les capacités de raisonnement et sur l’anxiété.

Des cerveaux fragiles ?

Concernant le plan de la maturation cérébrale, l’adolescence constitue une phase critique. Ainsi, chez le jeune, une consommation chronique de cannabis multiplie par 5 le risque de psychose et de schizophrénie. Ces effets perdurent souvent au fil des années. Et les dommages sont d’autant plus importants qu’il existe une prédisposition psychologique (caractère anxieux par exemple) ou génétique. Autant de facteurs accentuant le risque de dépendance.
