I love the unrestrained aggression wukong has directed at jttw!dbk, cause before the events of the war with heaven, it’s assumed that dbk and princess iron fan had a loving relationship. So by a storytelling perspective wukong would not only rightfully be angry at dbk for ditching his wife for another woman, but is also angry at how much things had changed. Even if he knows logically that things couldn’t have stayed the way that it was back then.

“I am but a humble nonsuspicious crab” this quote is funny just for how wildly out of pocket it is, I am but a humble nonsuspicious crab, yes you are wukong. XD

I can just imagine in the mist of production of this episode, red reads about how wukong had transformed into a crab and went, “I know what I must do.” And it works wonderfully.

Love how bājie is distraught, not because the bull demon king had tried to kill him, but that he had attempted it while wearing his face. Something that easily could have been avoided if wukong had put two and two together fast enough. Not bashing wukong for this, I just love how bājie is mad that he had gotten fooled by someone that hadn’t even tried to act like him

Heh, seeing wukong and bājie banding together for some harmless mischief always brings a smile to my face XD

I love how nonchalant OSP!wukong is, even when being faced with the wrath of his sister in law.

Wukong being emotionally self aware in the mist of a fight? Say it isn’t so!

THE LAUGH I LET OUT AT THIS-

Wrath by angry brother over not being involved with seeing a fine mistress must be avoided, especially since wukong already has to go through enough fighting in this chapter.
