i was obsessing over shadow and bone and i wanted a jesper fahey url but the only one i got wasn’t as nice so i went with this one lol. also it won the url poll i did

i was tagged by @benoitblanc & @cirillaofscintra to post split befores-and-afters of some gifs but i don’t know how to do that and i was too impatient to look SO INSTEAD i’m doing side-by-sides lol (also, i don’t have enough different gifs of the same size/crop 😂)

i haven’t had time to make gifs lately so i’m using gifs from my last 2 sets! i usually play around with curves and levels a lot to get the brightness i want, vibrance because Yes, brightness/contrast and exposure as needed (usually not a whole lot), and then selectively color to get the cohesive colors i’m looking for. i also sometimes throw on a gradient map to get the extra push for cohesion in something like the mmfr gifset.

basically: i like my gifs bright & vibrant, and i’m working on honing skills with each specific adjustment 😊
