I didn't render the actual Flicky in this piece for a few reasons. For one, I wanted to focus more on the emotion Omega is feeling here. To highlight the stark and perhaps horrific juxtaposition between him and his power source. Secondly, I wanted to intentionally downplay/abstract the Flicky's existence as an animal- reflecting its awkward position between living being and machine. I wanted to draw it as something inherently abstract and surreal, maybe even a little scary, something very different from Omega, yet still reflecting what he is experiencing.

That and- y'know- the actual scene in the fic is a bit gruesome. I tho personally love that about it, so go give it a read! B) its peak

I made a spiderverse theme collage zine throughout the past few weeks‼️

It’s one of my first serious collage art I did and the difference between the first spread (1st) and the last (3rd and my fave) and the cover (left) compared to the back (right) is insane btw.

The only material I used are magazines, scraps and doodle from my zine club! No printing anything! (Yes, even comic spider-man. It was a lucky find)

B-127 being significantly older than everyone else. B-127 knowing some of the older bots personally, having vague memories of what things were like Before, being surprised that the archives aren't publically available anymore, B-127 who doesn't remember his own age because it's been so long but he remembers enough to know Orion (Optimus, Optimus his name is Optimus now) and Elita are so young to be given so many burdens

B-127 is older than all his new friends. But he doesn't remember how he got to Sub Level 50. He doesn't remember what he was like Before. That building is new. What happened to the road that lead to ____? Where is ____? Was his cog taken at emergence like everyone else? Or was it taken later? Is there a reason he thrives with violence? Did he really lose his mind down there, or was he always programmed to be just a little stab happy? He doesn't know. He doesn't know.

Hey Optimus! You don't mind if I stick a little closer than usual right? There's just so much noise and colour up here haha. Has it always been this bright?

Scary cave, reveal the truth

“Do we have to go in?”

Bee asked, clutching d-16’s neck guard from behind, almost choking him. D then pluck the sparkling off his back. “Yes we do, don’t worry. Stick with me ok?” D-16 ask, holding bee protectively. “Ok! Still a bit uneasy…”

Bee admits, face buried in the grey minor’s chassis as the mech keeps walking forward.

Walking in the cave deeper they found themselves an opening, bee wonders to himself why everything’s quiet and what they’re staring at, the sparkling turned and optics widen at the scenery.

“I don’t believe it.”

“The primes.” Orion says, not believing it himself either.

“We’re here.” Elita-1 chimes, same boat as Orion.

Looking around, there is of course lots of foliage… even on the primes. Their bodies lying there, foliage growing on their damaged plating… their sparks extinguished.

The three walk onwards, looking around the area as much while the three split up. With bee in d-16’s arms, the sparkling has limited turning so d made sure bee is facing forward.

With that being said, bee turned his head after spotting something, tiny servo tapping on d-16’s upper arm before pointing.

D-16 raised an optic ridge before looking what the young spark points at, making the minor gasp silently.. peds walk over towards the helm, being brought to his knees.

Not believing it… but also believing it himself.

“Megatronus prime.”

D-16 says, his servo placed on the purple mask, staring at the head before scowling. While that’s happening, orion went towards a very familiar prime, one he’s associated with all the times he broke into the archives.

“… Zeta prime.” He says outloud, stood there for a couple of kliks before his optics land on the prime’s chassis. “The matrix…” he whispers, reaching out to the opened chest plate. “… it’s gone.”

‘So it’s for nothing?’ D thought, subconsciously bouncing the sparkling in his arms. “Let’s keep looking.” Elita-1 suggested. All splitting up again while D-16 placed said sparkling down.

Bee ran off when he was placed down, his peds still slowing the baby bot down. D-16 chuckled and followed behind. Bee picked up some wild flowers, and turned back to d-16 with a bunch in his servos.

“Thought it be best to.. give them proper respect. Here, for megatronus.”

He says, holding up the flowers towards d-16, making the mech smile at the gesture and place his servo on the sparkling’s helm. “That’s very thoughtful.” D-16 says, gladly took half of the handed flowers from bee’s servos.

D put them in front of the severed helm of the strongest prime, bee did the same, placing his tiny servos on megatronus’ mask and hug the severed helm. It would’ve made d’s spark melt if it was a different situation…

“Hey guys!” D-16 and bee heard, d picks bee up again and went to Orion’s side after he called them. When he saw the bot he gestured the rocks and the beating glow. “What about the other primes?”

Bee whispered, a sad pouting look on his faceplate. “We’ll give the rest a proper respect when we finish.” D says, held up his servo with the pinky finger out. “That’s a promise.”

D-16 says… and it’s a promise he’ll keep if he as to.

*sighs* moments before disaster..

I wanted to write this mostly because well… thoughtful and pure moments with kids is heartwarming to me. That and I wanna try it with that scene from the movie.. like alpha trion said.

The primes deserve a better fate than what sentinal had done.

Before I go again just note: this babybee au belongs to @yuukirita … what? There’s other versions of babybee and I like all versions.

… Should I do a part two of this like I did with ‘not spies just a by incompetent’?

Calahan Skogman will never get to be in a scene with the rest of the Crows cast. We won’t get a scene onscreen with all six Crows. We won’t get the Ice Court Heist. We won’t get Inej’s backstory on screen. Amita won’t get to see her hard work finished, none of them will. We won’t get to see Wylan’s backstory on screen. We won’t get more of Inej and Nina’s friendship or Kaz and Jespers or Matthias interacting with the rest of the Crows.

These dedicated, phenomenal actors have been robbed. We’ve been robbed.
