What to Look for When Buying A Single Axle Car Trailer?
When it comes to buying a Single Axle Car Trailer, the first thing you should do is decide on what purpose it's going to serve. Is it for personal use or will you be using it as part of your business? Knowing this will help you narrow down your options and focus on the features that best suit your needs. The next thing to consider is how heavy your load will be.
This is because heavier loads require sturdier trailers and caravans with higher capacities than lighter ones. Finally, make sure that the vehicle that pulls your trailer can handle the load without causing any damage!
For What Purpose Do You Need A Single Axle Car Trailer?
Before you start shopping for a single axle car trailer, it's important to consider what you'll use the trailer for. For example, if you plan on towing your boat and other heavy-duty items around frequently, then there are certain features that will be more attractive than others. Here are some questions to ask yourself:
What kind of purpose do I need my trailer to serve?
How much weight do I need it to carry?
How often will I be using this trailer?
What Is The Load Height Of The Trailer?
The load height is the distance from the ground to the top of the trailer. This measurement can vary depending on what you're loading onto your trailer. For example, if you have a medium-sized pickup truck and want to transport two motorcycles on your single axle car trailer, your load height will be higher than if you were transporting an ATV or motorcycle.
The standard height for a single axle car trailer is around 1.8 meters high (or 5 feet 9 inches). The standard height for double axle trailers is usually between 1.8 meters and 2.5 meters high (between 5 feet 9 inches and 8 feet 3 inches).
Which Type Of Car Do You Want To Tow?
The first thing to consider when buying a trailer is the type of car you want to tow. The general rule of thumb is that if you're towing a sedan, you need a single axle trailer. If it's a pickup truck or an SUV, then you'll need one with dual axles.
But don't worry—even if your car doesn't fall into this category, there are still ways to find out what kind of car could safely be towed by the trailer you want.
First off, getting the right size and weight capacity matters when choosing which kind of trailer would be best for your needs. Remember The heavier your car is, the heavier your trailer should be!
Most importantly though is knowing what types of vehicles can be towed on each particular type (single vs dual) so we've included some helpful links below based on common models like Honda Civics as well as more rugged pick-ups like Ford F150s (both available in 4x4 versions).
What Is Its Towing Capacity?
The towing capacity of a trailer is the maximum weight that it can carry. It’s determined by the gross weight of the trailer, axle load, and towing capacity of your vehicle. Usually, this information can be found on a sticker on your new trailer.
The vehicle's manufacturer will also specify a maximum allowable total weight for towing and hauling purposes so you'll want to make sure that your car is capable of handling whatever you plan on hauling with your new trailer.
Conclusion
The key to finding a good single axle car trailer is to make sure that it suits your needs. If you need a trailer for just small loads, then look for one that has a low deck height and can handle short distances.
On the other hand, if you want something with more capacity or longer distances, then choose one that has higher deck heights but still not too large overall dimensions so as not to cause problems when driving on roads or parking lots.

Although retirement is out of reach for many of us, there’s one thing that we can all still get. Shitty old 90s Mustangs. As long as we do it right now, before the investors get over here and start driving up the price to as many as two thousand dollars, we can all have a little bit of anemic grand-touring hardtop in our lives. Unless we want a stick shift, a V8, or a convertible. Or a running car. You know what? Forget this whole thing, I just saw a Craigslist post for a wrecked ‘94 V6. Seller wants nineteen grand for it, abandon market.
There’s a lot of cross-class appeal to the Mustang, whose reputation has in a few short decades broadened from “attractive successful businessperson’s car” to the stick-axled understeer demon that menaces car meets and trailer parks alike. Unfortunately for all of us dirtbags, the price has continued to rise along with its demand. Nowadays, you can’t get one of Vanilla Ice’s prized 5.0s for less than one of those aforementioned trailer homes.
Some of you out in the audience are probably throwing things at your monitor, lashing out at the very idea of me claiming that the Mustang’s increase in price is proportionate to its increase in demand. It is true that Ford Motor Company has, since the fateful year of 1964.5, produced more total Mustangs than there are currently alive human beings on Earth.
We could all have one, if the economy were better managed and the means of production seized. Karl Marx himself did not write extensively about Mustangs, mentioning them only briefly (Engels was more of a Firebird guy,) but his intentions were clear. However, this analysis fails to comprehend the fact that virtually 95% of all Mustangs have been destroyed in low-speed single-vehicle accidents with stationary objects. Some scientists now believe there are as few as eight four-eyed Capris left in the world, and some guy from Topeka somehow ended up with all of them.

How Lightning gets Lost (Human AU)
One of the major things to figure out when writing a human AU for Cars is coming up with a believable scenario on exactly how Lightning gets lost on Route 66 and ends up in Radiator Springs. Here's mine.
So, while traveling to California, Mack makes a pit stop and while he’s gone, Lightning wakes up to go find him. But while he’s walking through the part of the trailer where his car is, he bumps into a shelf which cause oil or axle grease or something to fall onto the car and get all over it. So, Lightning takes the car out of the trailer to one of those car wash things and hoses it off. Meanwhile, Mack finishes up and drives off without noticing that both Lightning and his car are gone. And like an idiot, Lightning left his phone and wallet in the trailer. Lightning gets back to where Mack parked and finds he’s gone and that's when he realizes he left his phone in the trailer. So, he gets in his totally not street legal stock car and drives off and then it plays out like it did in the movie.
(Note: yes, I'm aware that in real life, the cars in NASCAR are stored at the top of the trailer rather than the bottom, but for the purpose of this story, they're not)

Big Changes: Field Trip
Troy needs some time to get out of his head and out of the shed. This sounds like a job for a forklift and a heavy duty trailer!
(P.S. Ya boi's got Linktree and Bluesky now)
[First Chapter] || [Previous Chapter] || [Series Index] || [Next Chapter]
“Are you sure this is a good idea?” Troy squeaked.
“Of course!” Mike said
“Yeah. You said you wanted to get out of the house for a bit,” Ike added.
“Yeah, but…” Troy murmured and gestured towards his cock which he was currently sitting atop. “Shouldn’t we get a tarp or something?”
The twins looked at each other and then back to Troy before responding in unison, “nah.”
“Everyone can see it!” Troy whined.
“That never bothered you before,” Ike replied.
“That was before it was bigger than a car!” Troy protested.
“Yeah? Now there’s more to flaunt,” Mike replied.
Troy let out an incomprehensible sound that was somewhere between a dog whining and a troll gibbering.
“Here. You’ll want to wear these,” Ike said, handing Troy a pair of goggles and a scarf.
“Keeps the bugs out of your eyes and mouth,” Mike explained.
Troy grumbled but dutifully geared up. For a moment, he could almost pretend that he was preparing to go for a ride on a motorcycle… except that his “motorcycle” was a mini-van sized schlong which was now resting atop a flatbed trailer being pulled by a truck.
Getting Troy’s cock and balls on to the flatbed in the first place had been an ordeal. His cock was too massive to lift, and that was not even factoring in his swelling stones. The twins had had to rent a forklift and hoist Troy’s bait and tackle onto the flatbed one piece at a time!
Once Troy was fully geared up, Ike hopped in the driver’s seat of the truck, and Mike hopped into the bed so he could watch Troy as they made their way across town.
Troy hated to admit it, but it felt great to be out of that rental silo if even just for a little bit. He missed the sun and the breeze on his skin, and to a lesser extent, he missed being around people other than just the twins. Still… he wasn’t thrilled about being exposed like this. He was clad in just a shirt, goggles, and scarf. His face was covered, but that did nothing to keep him anonymous. There was only one guy out there with such a huge cock!
Troy had become a little bit of a local celebrity. People had accepted that he was too hung to cover up, and they had even turned a collective blind eye to when he doused places with his spunk, but that didn’t mean that people weren’t keenly aware of who it was that was gunking up the city.
Now that Troy was out in public, he found himself the center of attention. Other drivers would roll down their windows and gawk at the massive cock that was being paraded around town like the Weinermobile. They may have known that Troy had a huge dick, but until today, only Troy’s streaming fans knew about his recent growth spurt.
Troy tried his best to keep it casual. He tried his best to act like he wasn’t mortified to be displayed like this, but he was trembling like a leaf from nerves. To make matters worse, his immense cock was fully boned the whole time. Pre dripped from his colossal cock head!
As they made their way through town, traffic seemed heavier than normal. It wasn’t rush hour, and yet, traffic had crawled to a halt. Was there something going on in town? Well… something other than a parade float sized schlong, anyway.
Traffic slowly inched forward. The axles on Troy’s flatbed groaned in protest. Troy’s fully boned cock was so huge that the tip of it now extended past his flatbed and rested on the tailgate of the twins’ truck. Pre dripped from his cock and splashed down into the bed of the truck, thoroughly soaking Mike’s shorts as he sat back and watched.
Troy’s arousal slowly started to overtake his nerves. His mind started to feel hazy. His cheeks felt warm. His cock felt amazing. He was so overwhelmed that he didn’t even realize that the tip of his dick had extended into the bed of the truck.
Mike pulled open the rear window of the cabin and quickly scurried in and took a seat beside his brother. The two of them exchanged a few hushed words before Ike pulled off of the main road and took the cock-wagon down the side streets.
Mike leaned out the passenger window and crawled up onto the top of the cabin. By this point, Troy’s cock was so huge that the tip of it now extended past the bed of the truck and was pushing against the cabin. Mike found himself surfing atop the truck and staring down the steadily swelling slit of Troy’s massive cock.
The twins were fascinated by this growth. Other than the week or so that they had left Troy alone, they had never known his cock to swell like this. Still… Troy’s current size was nothing compared to the hangar-filling phallus they had witnessed upon their return home, but if things continued, it wouldn’t be long before he reached that size once more.
Mike leapt up and grabbed a handful of foreskin in each fist and pulled himself up and over the pre-oozing head of Troy’s cock. The warm, viscous fluid seeped out and completely coated Mike’s body as he scrambled over the tip of Troy’s cock. Part of him wanted to stay there for a second and enjoy the warmth and wetness, but even as he held on, he could feel Troy’s foreskin thickening in his hands. If he didn’t hurry, Troy’s cock would be much more difficult to scale.
Mike quickly scrambled across the length of Troy’s swelling cock. At this point, the beast was so huge that Ike had to straddle both lanes to make room for the truck’s over-sized load. Troy’s cock alone more than filled a single lane of traffic, and his nuts had swollen so huge that they bumped against various vehicles that were parked alongside the street. With each foot the cock caravan progressed, car alarms blared and trash cans were shoved aside.
Mike scurried up to where Troy was seated, knelt down, and gave Troy’s cheeks a quick pat to try and slap him awake.
“Mmm? Huh?” Troy murmured.
“Snap out of it. We need you to keep it together for a bit longer,” Mike said. His voice was uncharacteristically serious.
“Keep it? What do you…?” Troy murmured, but his eyes slowly began to focus. As they did, his jaw dropped, and his massive cock gave a lurch of excitement. The sudden lurch was so intense that it almost sent Mike toppling.
“What. The. FUCK!?” Troy yelped.
“Oh… you probably didn’t even notice this last time,” Mike said.
“LAST TIME!?” Troy squeaked so loudly that his voice broke.
Mike looked to his side as if waiting for someone else to give a follow-up comment but quickly realized that he was flying solo for this.
“Oh… um… So, when we got back, you were much larger than this, but! Don’t freak out. It went back down. So…” Mike explained.
“Don’t freak out!?” Troy squeaked.
Mike paused for a beat to let his absent twin chime in before stepping up to speak. “It should go back down once you cum. Just try and keep cool until we get out of the neighborhood,” he said.
Troy was sweating bullets as he glanced around. He was so high off the ground that he was looking down at the roofs of the nearby houses. His cock was now larger than a city bus! His balls alone were the size of bungalows. His bait and tackle barely fit down the two-lane road.
Mike could hear Troy’s breath getting shallower. He could even hear Troy’s heart pounding. If this continued, Troy would have a full-scale panic attack before they got to safety, and given everything going on, there was no telling what would happen then.
Mike scooted over so that he was behind Troy, swung his arms around Troy’s shoulders, and rested his chin on Troy’s head. “Just relax…” Mike said softly as he pulled Troy in for a hug.
Troy tensed up, but as Mike held him, he slowly began to relax. His heartbeat steadily slowed, and his breathing became more regular.
As Mike rested his chin on Troy’s head, he stared out ahead. He could see that they were coming up to the end of the street. A T-intersection loomed ahead of them. On the opposite side of the intersection was a large, open field. The city park! That may just be large enough for them to help get Troy down from his latest surge! … hopefully, anyway.
Ike drove through the intersection and onto the sidewalk. The axles groaned in protest and the bottom of the flatbed trailer scraped the road below and then ground against the curb. Troy had far exceeded the maximum weight capacity. It was a miracle that the flatbed hadn’t completely shattered under his swelling mass, but they weren’t out of the woods yet.
The twins’ truck struggled and strained to drag Troy’s mass across the grassy field. At this point, the flatbed was offering little to no support. They were effectively dragging Troy’s cock and balls directly across the dirt. The act left a massive trench dug into the grass behind him… a trench that was getting wider and deeper with each foot that the now overburdened truck struggled forward.
Once he reached a seemingly central location, Ike put the truck in park, hopped out, and began scrambling towards Troy’s nuts. Troy’s cock was now so large that there was no good way to scale it. Ike’s best course of action was to use the loose skin of Troy’s sack to give him enough purchase to scurry up and over. Unfortunately. Troy’s nuts were now as tall as a two-story house!
Ike was in great shape, but even he was starting to feel the strain as he grabbed handful after handful of thick scrote and pulled himself hand over fist up the side of Troy’s colossal balls. By the time he reached the top, the layer of sweat covering his body caused his clothes to cling to him like a second skin.
Once up top, Ike quickly began peeling off his soaked clothes and took his place beside his brother. Mike glanced over at his brother, noticed that Ike was nearly nude, gave a nod, and then began to strip as well.
Troy, realizing that Mike was no longer holding him, started to come back to reality. He glanced around curiously and noticed that his cock was now the size of a row of townhouses, and his balls were the size of water reservoirs.
“W-what the f-!” Troy began to yelp, but before the final word could get out, the twins stepped in front of him clad in nothing but their birthday suits. Their firm bods and fat rods were openly on display. Troy balked at the sight. His colossal cock gave an enormous lurch of excitement – a lurch that was so intense that it sent the twins staggering like Star Trek extras on the bridge. The twins barely managed to maintain their footing.
“Like what you see?” Ike asked playfully.
“But… what about…” Troy murmured in a half-hearted attempt to protest, but his eyes were transfixed on his smoking hot friends.
“Shh… let us take care of that,” Ike replied in a soothing voice.
“All you have to do is sit back,” Mike added.
“Relax,” Ike added.
“And cum,” they said in unison.
Troy gulped. His eyes started to tunnel vision on those two hot bods and their amazing cocks and heavy balls. Troy was so horny that he couldn’t think about anything other than how hot the twins were or how much he wanted to cum.
The twins stepped forward so that their rigid dicks were aimed directly at Troy’s face. Troy was too far gone to protest. He reached out and grabbed a thick dick in either hand and began to stroke the shafts. He pressed the heads of the twin’s cocks against his face and nuzzled up against the pre-drooling slits, painting his face with pre in the process. The feel of it was mind-blowing. Their cocks were so firm, but the heads to soft. The warmth of their pre cascading down his chin. The taste of it oozing into his mouth. The smell of cocks and pre flooded his nostrils. Troy was in heaven. He was so enthralled that he didn’t even realize that his cock and balls were still growing.
The twins reached down and ran their fingers through Troy’s hair as Troy greedily licked at their cocks. Usually, they were the ones taking the lead, but today, Troy was absolutely ravenous. It was so rare to see him like this that the twins had to struggle to keep from cumming before Troy did!
“Oh… H-he’s good,” Ike muttered.
“I taught him that…” Mike replied.
“You wish…” Ike moaned.
Troy was running on autopilot. He was so horny that he just wanted cocks in and around him. He moved on from just licking at them to taking the head of the twins’ cocks into his mouth one at a time. He’d suck on one, pull back, and then focus on the other one, keeping both bros on edge the whole time.
“We… taught him too well…” Ike gasped.
“… plan B…” Mike responded.
Troy let out a pitiful whine as the twins stepped back and pulled their cocks out of Troy’s grasp. The twins exchanged a quick glance. In that split second the twins locked eyes, they carried out a mental round of rock-paper-scissors to decide who got which end.
Ike stepped forwards and put his cock where Troy could easily reach it. Troy happily wrapped both hands around the thick shaft and began to suckle the tip. Meanwhile, Mike side-stepped troy and knelt down behind him.
While Troy greedily slurped at Ike’s cock, the twins gently coaxed him into position. Soon, Troy was on his hands and knees atop his own cock and balls. His face lifted towards Ike’s cock and his ass raised towards Mike’s.
Mike’s cock was so slick with pre and spit that he didn’t even need to prep. His cock slid smoothly into Troy’s greedy hole as his brother’s dick dug into Troy’s hungry mouth. The twins pumped in and out of their mutual fuck-buddy while Troy’s cock and balls swelled beneath.
“Are you sure this is a good idea?”Troy was so horny that it didn’t take long for him to blow. This was fortunate in part because his cock and balls were beginning to spill out of the borders of the city park and in part because the twins were already so close to cumming that if they didn’t get Troy off soon, they’d blow before they could finish the job!
The trio called out in unison. Troy’s colossal cock shuddered and lurched as he felt Mike’s warm, thick spunk flood his ass and tasted the rich tang of Ike’s spooge filling his mouth. Massive, thick geyser bursts of hot cum erupted from Troy’s cock. He came again and again and again. Each spurt as large as the one before. He was cumming so much and so hard, and yet, it didn’t seem like he was making any headway! His nuts were filling so fast that he was just treading water! And at the rate he was cumming, he wasn’t going to be the only one treading! The pool of spooge on the ground was growing deeper by the second! The storm drains had already overflowed. The streets now ran white with cum! And yet, Troy kept spurting.
It was hard to tell how long it took Troy to come down. The twins were spent long before Troy was. Both brothers slumped down beside their buddy and snuggled up against him as Troy continued to whine and moan and cum and spurt. Eventually, however. Troy’s dick fully deflated.
“I don’t think we’re getting the deposit back on the flatbed,” Ike muttered.
“Do you think the insurance will cover this?” Mike asked groggily.
Ike was too winded to reply so he just shrugged.
The three lay there in each other’s arms atop Troy’s colossal cock and balls. Troy’s bait and tackle had shrunk back down considerably… and yet.
Mike and Ike glanced out at the tip of Troy’s cock and then back to each other. Troy’s cock head now rested solidly in the bed of their truck. It had gained probably another 5 feet.
“We’re gonna have to tell him,” Ike said.
“Wait until he wakes up,” Mike replied.
Ike nodded in reply, and the trio went back to their mutual afterglow cuddle puddle. They laid there for a bit, blissfully unaware of the crowd that had gathered until a particularly terse voice split the air.
Troy sat up groggily, rubbed his eyes, and looked down at the cum-flood he had caused. His eyes quickly fell upon the lady that had called up at him. It was the doctor who had been overseeing Troy’s treatment and testing. She was an intense person on a good day, but today she was especially terse.
“Miquel!” She shouted.
Mike sat up, looked sheepishly down, and replied, “… yes, mama?”
“Inigo!” She shouted.
It was now Ike’s turn to sit up. “… yes, mama?” He replied just as sheepishly.
“Wait in the car,” she said.
“… yes, mama…” the twins replied in unison.
Troy watched his friends, awkwardly shimmy down the side of his schlong, and bashfully cover their exposed cocks with both hands as they dutifully ran towards a familiar car down the road.
Troy then turned his attention towards the lady. “Uh… hi, doc…” he said, nervously.

Dudes with fucked up robot bodies
examples given:
That one bondage scene from Terminator Salvations
and Cable from Deadpool
I never sat down and watched Terminator Salvations, I caught some of it on t.v. seems like there was just the one kinky scene, where he's suspended from a car axle and they make him look at his messed up body, and his body has robot parts in it, and he's pretty upset about it and thrashes around some. I thought that moment was in the trailer, but maybe it was just a promotional clip that played at the Hastings video rental. Definitely left an impression on me wherever I saw it. Someone somewhere has a good gifset of it, but I don't know how to do that (and Christian Bale is kind of ruining it for me)
Personally found the movie kind of a let-down, but Deadpool 2 definitely made Cable way hotter than was strictly necessary. I got to find out, in the movie theater, the character pushes most of my buttons. Competent, driven men, and he's slowly being eaten by a metal parasite monster from space. It's hurting him and also making him stronger with cool cyborg abilities.

The FreeWhale
[inbetween forkfuls of roadside diner hashbrowns smothered in Tabasco sauce and gulps of black coffee with 6 sugars to a cup]
I was doing a late-night jaunt west down the I-10, planning to take the 15 up to Las Vegas to drop some cargo, when I saw this light on the horizon.
Now that in itself isn’t unusual. Construction site, football game, poorly managed corporate parking lot; lots of reasons to see lights at night.
But this light, it blazed. It was too crisp, too close, too dense. It shone whiter than daylight and cast shadows sharp as knives. And as I drew closer I realized that the source of the light was on the freeway itself.
Now I will freely admit that my vocabulary is not the most expansive, but I don’t know if we have a word in English for the thing that cast that light. Machinery is technically correct, but…
Countless wheels it had, with more axles than I got to count and more tires per axle than I’ve seen before or since. 2 double-wide trailers side-by-side, commanding 4 lanes in all, as long as a football field and lit up twice as bright. Carried aloft and suspended between them by a web of hard steel chains was a great and weighty throne, bearing a golden statue of a blood soaked man, flat goggled eyes expressionlessly overseeing the endless road.
Hauled by a team of engines, 16 in all, 4 to a lane and 4 abreast, lashed together like sled dogs of old, billowing clouds of black diesel and blood smoke. Somehow, over the cacophony of wind and motor, I heard the distant screams of the Blood Sacrifice which powered the God Of The Freeway, the bodies of men and women young and old crushed into paste by the ruthless intersection of momentum and inattention in a thousand car accidents each day.
I saw men in high-vis and boot, clambering about the great mechanism like ants upon a tree, adjusting the tension of the chains and the power of the motors, bearing this colossi of weighty momentum and terrible speed along the endless night highways to a destination that would never arrive.
I knew with a sudden terrible clarity that if I remained too near that my own engine would be lashed into service; that the heraldry upon the engines bore the names of defunct shipping companies and dead independent drivers; and that the dreadful velocity of the God Of Freeways would carry it ever westward, far ahead of a sunrise that could never catch it, and so in pursuit of my own life and dawns to come I slowed, and let the God Of Freeways slip over the horizon.

Today we got the trailer out of storage. My stress level has been sky high. I (pretty much needlessly) worry every year that systems won’t work after a long, cold winter.
My wife is much more easy going. For example, with a car road trip she will get in her Subaru, put it in drive, and point it somewhat in the general direction of her destination. Only when the low fuel light begs for mercy will she stop at a gas station, make friends with the cashier, and get a snack.
My road trips start a earlier, getting an oil change two months ahead of schedule and tinkering on Google maps for several days before I leave, looking for six alternate routes and making sure gas and food are never more than 1/8th of a tank of fuel away. I add gas often. Driving a horse and wagon through the wild, wild west two centuries ago might have been more my bailiwick.
Sheila happily prepared food and drink for this weekend. She also stopped by the RV store picked up a table-top ice maker and this camper themed night light pictured above. It’s cute!
I have to say, that ice maker is pretty cool (haha, right?). All the while I worried about a milliliter of water left in the line that froze and might have shattered everything down to the axles.
At the storage lot I re-installed the RV battery that had been on a tender for six months. I tried the power jack and -- NOTHING! Shit, my battery is broken. Oh, I have to turn on the master switch to get the battery connected to the system. The jack works now.
The tires looked good. Sure, Bob. But the air is stale. Oh no! I got out a pressure gauge. Each of the four tires needed just one more PSI of air which I easily accomplished despite worrying that I’d be in a news report of a horrendous tire explosion at a local storage lot.
Once the trailer was hooked up to my truck we drove 90 minutes south of the city to our site for this weekend. Because it’s Thursday, we were the only non-seasonal people there. My backing skills with this somewhat newer and larger trailer are not varsity level this early in the season Thank goodness no one was around to watch me make 27 attempts to park.
Once situated and stabilized, I hooked up our utilities. NO HOT WATER! Shit. My water heater broke. Oh, I forgot to turn off the winterizing bypass. Did that and now it works.
I resolved several other issues that seemed catastrophic at first (in my mind only) but were actually no big deal.
Sadly, I have to work Friday. I left Sheila, Sulley, and the trailer at the campground then returned home. Tomorrow after work I’ll go back and join them. Sulley is on trazadone after his neutering. He’s ultra mellow for this camping trip. Ella and Oliver will go to Jack’s house tomorrow so, canine-wise, it will be pretty quiet.
I can’t wait to try these new salt and pepper shakers that you know who also got at the RV store. Adorbs! Notice how the door window on the pepper shaker is a little heart :)

Lana’s Unreleased Songs in ‘Chronological’ Order
This is not based on Lana’s reality or intention, just the story she tells in her music. This does not include Ave Maria, Boom Like That, Roll With Me, Money Hunny or most of the EPs/demotapes
Younger Years
This is Lana’s teenage years, due to the mentions of school and her age. The story I gleaned from this was she was a wild girl at school, hanging around with the wrong crowd (Boarding School, Children of the Bad Revolution, Driving in Cars With Boys, Making Out, Motel 6, Butterflies Part 2). She always felt like an outcast and had dreams of being famous (Elvis (inspiration), Hollywood, Pin Up Galore, Playground, You’re Gonna Love Me, Jesus is My Boyfriend).
She meets a guy who is a little bit bad for her but she connects with despite the toxic nature of their relationship (Me and My Boyfriend, Run Motorcycle, I Don’t Wanna Go, I Learned How To Make Love From the Movies (another ‘black leather moonlight), Ridin’, Joshy and I, Stoplite De-Lite, Queen of Hearts).
However, they’re passionately into each other (Baby Blue Love, BBM Baby, Jealous Girl, Puppy Love) and she dreams of them running away together (On Our Way, Prom Song Gone Wrong, Super Movie, Take Me to Paris, 1949, Every Man Gets His Wish).
They go on to break-up after multiple ‘breaks’ (Butterflies Part 1), when Lana’s boyfriend decides he wants to hit the road himself (Your Band is All the Rage). Lana recognises they were too young and bad for each other, and just wanted to leave together (Afraid, Damn You).
Waitressing/Trailer Parks/Jim
Lana becomes a waitress and goes on to meet Jim (All Smiles, Caught You Boy, Meet Me in the Pale Moonlight, You Can Be the Boss), a rich, law-breaking unkind lover (Crooked Cop, Hundred Dollar Bill). Their relationship is passionate and loving (4th of July, Behind Closed Doors, Bellevue, Bentley, Betty Boop Boop, My Song 57, Coca Colla, Daddy Issues, Dynamite, Hawaiin Tropic, Heartshaped Chevrolet, I Was in a Bad Way, Let My Hair Down, Match Made in Heaven, Oooh Baby, Push Me Down, Put Your Lips Together, Queen of Disaster, Bikini Gold) but also difficult (Maha Maha, My Best Days, Put the Radio On, Resistance, Roses, Trees, Valley of the Dolls, Cult Leader (metaphor)).
Jim also had a darker influence on Lana and she admired his criminal ways (Hot Hot Hot, Never Let Me Go (Nancy and Sid)). They lived in a trailer park together (Backfire, Fordham Road, Television Heaven, Trash Magic) and slowly they fell more into crime.
They started a lifestyle of criminal activity (Criminals Run the World, Come When You Call Me America (”gun to gun”), Daytona Meth, Hit and Run, Live or Die, Playing Dangerous (arson), Scarface) and Lana developed a darker persona (Dangerous Girl, Hangin’ Around, Serene Queen, Summer of Sam). Jim soon goes to prison (Gangsta Boy, TV in Black and White). Lana eventually realises that Jim’s love for her is too flawed, and she metaphorically kills his influence on her (Kinda Outta Luck).
Getting Famous/Stripping
Lana becomes a stripper and seeks to get noticed. She spends her days at the diner and her nights at the club (Us Against the World, Dance For Money, Ghetto Baby (stilettos, loose link), Go Go Dancer, Midnite Dancer Girlfriend, Moie Je Joue, Party Girl).
Lana eventually starts to get noticed for this (C U L8r Alligator, Disco) as well as her singing (Marilyn). Though she does still miss the life she had with Jim (Methamphetamines), she meets interesting new people (Strangelove, Big Bad Wolf, Wolf T-Shirt) and people who can give her a chance in the business (Axl Rose Husband (”record executive), Ben) - including famous men she admires (Is It Wrong?), accidentally becoming known in a scandal (Other Woman, True Love On the Side).
Famous
Lana’s fame grows quickly, and she is known as the wild-child star (Be My Daddy, Breaking My Heart, Heavy Hitter, Dreamgirl, Dum Dum, Paradise, Serial Killer, So Legit, St Tropez). She starts up a PR relationship (Fake Diamond) but meets another singer like her, who slows down her crazy behaviour (Because of You). They are a perfect pair, both rich, talented and about the famous lifestyle (Beautiful Player, Delicious, Back to tha Basics). He lives too fast, too dangerously (Live Forever, Velvet Crowbar, Lift Your Eyes) but she sticks by him. They have a whirlwind engagement to be married.
She is heartbroken when she hears rumours about him (In The Sun, Catch and Release (”page three”, gossip)). She is devastated and angered by the revelations of his unfaithfulness (Hollywood’s Dead, Noir, She’s Not Me, Tired of Singing the Blues, Your Girl) but ultimately is strong (Break My Fall). Most of all, she’s heartbroken about the marriage that would never be (Fine China*).
Lana sees the downfall of fame steadily (Last Girl on Earth) and as she becomes introspective (On & On & On) misses her past (I Talk to Jesus, Greenwich, Wayamaya, You and Me).
She spends time alone, finding herself and her freedom (Angels Forever Forever Angels, Wild One) but soon meets someone new (Hey You). She falls in love (JFK) despite remembering the past with Jim and her other lovers (French Restaurant). She is mature and safe in her relationship, and allows it to unfold (Life is Beautiful, Spin Me Round, Starry Eyed, Unidentified Flying Bill, When I’m With You, Yes to Heaven).
*This song could have fit in to various places.
This was just for fun and was all theoretical; again, I’m not claiming any of this is Lana’s intention but just a fictional narrative based on the beautiful stories she tells

How to Score Great Deals on Trailers for Sale?
Are you in the market for a new trailer? Whether you're a seasoned traveller, a DIY enthusiast, or a business owner in need of hauling solutions, finding the perfect trailer at the right price can be quite an adventure.
But fear not! We're here to guide you through the process and help you snag those irresistible deals on trailers for sale.
Research, Research, Research
Before diving headfirst into the world of trailers for sale in Auckland, arm yourself with knowledge. Take some time to research the types of trailers available, their features, and most importantly, their prices.
Scour the internet, visit dealerships, and don't forget to check out online marketplaces. The more informed you are, the better equipped you'll be to spot a fantastic deal when you see one.
Timing is Key
Just like with any big purchase, timing can make all the difference when shopping for trailers. Keep an eye out for seasonal sales, end-of-year clearance events, and holiday promotions.
Dealerships and sellers often offer discounts and incentives to move inventory during these times, so be ready to strike when the iron is hot.
Consider Pre-Owned Options
Don't overlook the value of pre-owned trailers. While brand-new trailers certainly have their appeal, opting for a pre-owned model can save you a significant amount of money without sacrificing quality.
Plus, many pre-owned trailers have already been broken in, meaning they may come with added features or upgrades that would cost extra with a new purchase.
Negotiate Like a Pro
When it comes to scoring great deals on trailers for sale in Auckland, don't be afraid to flex your negotiation muscles. Whether you're dealing with a dealership or a private seller, bargaining is often par for the course.
Do your homework, know the market value of the trailer you're interested in, and don't settle for the sticker price. A little haggling can go a long way in securing a better deal.
Keep an Eye Out for Special Offers
In addition to traditional sales and discounts, keep your radar tuned for special offers and promotions on trailers.
This could include manufacturer rebates, financing incentives, or package deals that bundle accessories or services with your trailer purchase. These extra perks can sweeten the deal and save you even more money in the long run.
Don't Forget About Hidden Costs
Finally, when evaluating trailers for sale, it's essential to consider more than just the sticker price. Factor in additional costs such as taxes, registration fees, insurance, and any necessary accessories or modifications.
While a trailer might seem like a steal upfront, these hidden costs can quickly add up and impact your overall budget.
Conclusion
Scoring great deals on trailers for sale in Auckland requires a blend of strategy, patience, and savvy negotiation skills. By conducting thorough research, exploring various sources such as online marketplaces, dealerships, and auctions, you can uncover hidden gems at competitive prices. Keep an eye out for promotions, discounts, and seasonal sales to maximise your savings.
Additionally, don't hesitate to negotiate with sellers to secure the best possible deal. Remember to inspect the trailer thoroughly to ensure it meets your needs and standards. With these tips in mind, you'll be well-equipped to find the perfect trailer at an unbeatable price.

Selecting the Ideal Trailer for Your Livestock Requirements: Stock Trailer
The characteristics that are required to make this task simpler and more effective are included in stock trailer, which are made especially for transporting animals. The proper equipment is essential for guaranteeing the safety and comfort of cattle during transportation.
A carrier trailer lacks power supply, in contrast to regular cars. These trailers are appropriate for a variety of carrying applications because they come in a range of sizes and configurations. Often called a freight or utility trailer, a carrier trailer is made to move a variety of loads, from big machines to small items.
Understanding the Carrier Trailer Maintenance Tips
Make sure equipment is in good working order by routinely inspecting the tyres, brakes, lights, and hitch.
Cleaning: Make sure the trailer is tidy and clear of trash. By doing this, harm such as corrosion will be avoided.
Lubrication: To guarantee smooth operation, lubricant moving parts, such as the axle and hitch bearings.
Verify Load Distribution: To keep balance and stop swaying during towing, spread the weight equally when loading cargo.
Store Adproperly: To keep the trailer weatherproof, store it in a dry, covered spot when not in use.
Compatibility for Towing With Customisation Choices
Verify that the trailer and the car you are towing are compatible. Verify the hitch type and weight requirements of the trailer, as well as the towing capabilities of your car. Think about any special features you might require, like side walls, ramps, or more tie-down locations.
For anyone requiring effective transportation of materials, equipment, or merchandise, carrier trailers are an indispensable asset. You may choose a carrier trailer that fits your needs and will deliver dependable service for many years to come by being aware of the various types of trailers that are available, taking important features into account, and adhering to maintenance best practices.

Axle Tie Down Straps: Secure Your Vehicle for Safe Transport
When transporting vehicles, whether it's a car, truck, or ATV, securing them properly is critical to ensure they stay firmly in place during transit. One of the best tools for this job is axle tie down straps. These specialized straps are designed to secure the axles of a vehicle to a trailer, offering stability and preventing any movement that could lead to damage.
Axle tie down straps are made from high-strength, durable materials like polyester webbing, which can withstand the tension and stress of transport. The straps are typically equipped with heavy-duty ratchets, allowing for precise tension adjustment to create a tight and secure hold. The ends of the straps are reinforced with hooks or loops that attach to the trailer’s anchor points, providing a reliable connection to keep the vehicle in place.
Using axle tie down straps offers several key advantages. By securing the vehicle at its axles, you ensure an even distribution of weight across the trailer, reducing the risk of the vehicle shifting or swaying during transit. This approach also minimizes the risk of damaging the vehicle's suspension, as the vehicle remains in its natural state, avoiding undue stress on other components.
Before each trip, it’s important to inspect the straps for wear and tear, such as fraying, cuts, or damaged hooks. Always ensure that the straps are properly rated for the weight of your vehicle and follow the manufacturer’s safety guidelines for optimal use.
In conclusion, axle tie down straps are an essential tool for safely transporting vehicles. Their durability, strength, and secure hold make them a critical component for ensuring a smooth and secure journey. Investing in high-quality axle tie down straps ensures the safety of your vehicle and peace of mind during transport.

12 Year Anniversary
September 26 marks 12 years since I got my CDL. It's a proud moment for me. I've learned a lot over the years and I've compiled 12 life lessons, compliments of my trucking experience.
Perseverance. There are times in life when you have to keep going when you know quitting would be worse. I was under a load and the truck broke down. It was not drivable and I had to find a place where I could take the load, like a cross-dock, so someone else could deliver it. I needed a repair shop that could fix everything and a tow truck that could take me to both. I was in West Virginia and there was no cross dock, no suitable repair shop and no tow truck that would "cross state lines." The only option I had was to order a tow truck 200 miles away in North Carolina close to where I picked up the load so I could tow it back to the shipper. I found a shop in NC that could fix everything. I was exhausted trying to coordinate all of this, but I had to keep going. I was faced with the task of finding a decent pet-friendly hotel, finding a taxi ride there, and getting a rental car. There was no Uber or Lyft. By the grace of God I found a taxi company that could transport me and my dog and it was cash only. That 2 weeks I spent in the hotel was a transformative time for me; I turned something "bad" into something good. I ended up missing a Hank concert but I was able to resell the ticket online. I had been losing weight for several months then and I bought some new clothes, including a few bathing suits. I spent time at the pool getting sun. It was fun driving the rental car around and going to places I normally couldn't access in the truck. I took care of myself, taking bubble baths in the evening. My truck left the repair shop better than ever; those guys even got to fix a few things that were already not working great like the air conditioning. Just because circumstances seem dire does not mean they have to stay that way... make it work for you and you will come out on top.
2. See beyond the surface; don't take things at face value; remain curious. What you see is not always reality. This applies to what the broker tells me about a load. A load was recently posted on the load board and it was requesting 24' of space, and/or a lift gate. My box is 22' without a lift gate. I called on it anyway to see if it really needed 24’. The broker said, "well, the customer is requesting 24', but we don't know the actual dimensions, but I'll call you if it's something that would fit on your truck.' Then an hour later they reposted it saying it's 20' long, so I called them and was able to book it. I get to the shipper, and the freight ended up being 2 standard size 4' pallets, lol. You can miss out on opportunities if you believe what you see is written in stone and 100% truth.
There are also so many times when my truck is in the dock to load or unload and I walk into the door while passing numerous signs that say "Safety vest required beyond this point" or "Safety glasses and earplugs required" or "No drivers allowed on the dock" and the pleasant people there will invite me in to the dock on their floor without abiding by all of the posted "requirements." There are times when the signs mean what they say, but many times employees don’t seem to enforce them.
3. You can’t be everything to everybody. I meet a lot of people who insist I should spend $10,000 on a lift gate, or spend however much money on a second axle so I can “haul more weight” and “get more loads.” I’ve driven a straight truck with a lift gate, tag axle, and reefer box- as spec’d out as you can get- but it had one huge drawback. The inside width of the box was too narrow to have 2 standard size pallets side-by-side. So I was limited on the number of pallets I could haul. Even with a 53’ dry van trailer, you still cannot haul anything requiring refrigeration. Even if you do have a reefer trailer, you can’t haul anything that requires a flatbed. It doesn’t matter how much weight you can haul or the dimensions of your trailer, you will never be everything to everybody. So maximize what you have with the customers that can use you the most.
4. Resourcefulness. This includes shopping at truck-friendly Walmarts and stocking up on groceries and gallons of water that don't cost $4+ like they do at the truck stops. It’s repurposing old clothes into rags. It means washing clothes before my hamper looks like Santa’s pack. It’s fun cooking in the truck, and convenient when it would take too much time to stop and buy something. I can pull into a rest area to take my federally-mandated 30 minute break and cook a couple eggs and sausage links in my microwave and have time to do other things.
5. It's not really a load until it's on the truck. The only sure thing is what is currently happening. Trucking can be very in-the-moment. In my corner of trucking, most loads happen without much notice. I’ve booked a load and the broker calls back and says it canceled or the customer changed their mind and wanted a team. It doesn't happen often, but it may be hours later after I've started planning out the load and said no to anything else that came my way. I may have even already started driving in that direction. There's really nothing I can do about those situations except control my attitude. I say to myself, "That's ok, something better will come along."
6. Taking care of my equipment. I've driven for many people who bought a truck, but they had very little interest in maintaining the truck or repairing what was wrong or what was about to go wrong. You either pay now or you pay later. If you want your truck to slowly look like crap, just stop fixing the little things. Pretty soon they will compile into one huge expense of time and money. Your truck will tell you when something is not right. It may be subtle, but it's up to you to notice it and to do something about it.
7. Have an open mind regarding the things that “seem impossible/probably cost too much/are too difficult/would take too much time.” Some things in life, or on the truck, haven't worked in a long time or ever, but I’ve given up on them because my belief is they are gonna be so dramatic and complicated to repair. Once I get out of my own head and allow someone smart, knowledgeable, and with the right “can-do” attitude to look at it, and it doesn’t take years or all my money to fix, I feel silly about how much stress it caused me.
One time my truck had a cold coolant leak. It was only leaking coolant when the engine was shut off, like overnight. It was coming from the back of the engine. A mechanically-knowledgable friend advised me that the engine would have to be taken out for them to get back there, which would be really costly. This fear-mongering was coming from someone I trusted. I believed him, and for months I would continue to add coolant every morning. I made sure to stock up on plenty of coolant when I went to Walmart. However, after some nudging from another friend, I finally took it in to my trusted shop and it ended up needing 2 new quick connect fittings and cost just over $300. All that worry for nothing!
8. No deal is better than a bad deal. Do you feel like you are taking yourself hostage because you don’t believe there will be anything better? If you say yes to a bad deal, you say no to everything else you could have had. The perception of loss stings twice as much as an equivalent gain. If you aren't going to make a profit, you will resent yourself. Never be so sure of what you want that you wouldn't take something better.
9. It's a good deal if you think it's a good deal. Price isn't the only factor that goes into a deal. It's important to think about the long-term relationship with that broker and how much we can collaborate in the future. There may be money left on the table, but if the other side feels like I beat them up in order to get every last penny, they aren't gonna want to work with me again. Location is important; if the load keeps me in a good freight lane, that is valuable. If I like the rate, the freight, the area where it’s going, and I know I can get a load out of there, then it’s a good deal.
10. Believe in your potential and your value. I only want to work with people who see the value in what I offer. There are brokers who get excellent rates and brokers who get very low rates. Not everyone believes you should run at the rate you want. It is all dependent on their beliefs and experiences. I don't need to explain my rate. Ronald Reagan said "If you're explaining, you're losing."
11. Have a calm confidence. When I’m driving, I have a certain confidence and assertiveness about me. I don’t get upset easily if people are driving offensively. I’m able to stay calm regardless of what is happening around me. Because of the truck’s size and slow acceleration, people often get impatient and want to pass. I don’t ever let myself feel like I need to hurry up for the people behind me, especially on 2-lane roads where I may have to go slower than the posted speed limit.
12. Anything can happen; success is closer than you think. That next load or opportunity is right around the corner. Sometimes my phone is quiet and the load board doesn't have anything good. Freight can seem slow because nothing is popping. It can be easy to feel down as a result. But then something good will hit and it turns everything around. I prepare myself with the belief that I'm gonna get that call and it's going to happen. And if I’m in an area for a few days and don’t wanna end up there all weekend, I will just drive to a better location. You can’t always wait around, you gotta set yourself up to be successful.

Essential Guide to Boat Trailers ?
Owning a boat is a rewarding experience, but ensuring that you have the right boat trailer to transport it is equally important. In Ireland, where boating is a popular pastime, having a reliable boat trailer is crucial for getting your boat to and from the water safely. This guide will walk you through the key aspects of boat trailers, helping you make an informed decision when purchasing or upgrading.
Choosing the Right Boat Trailer
Selecting the right boat trailer starts with understanding the specific needs of your boat. The trailer should be capable of supporting your boat’s weight while offering stability during transportation. When searching for a new boat trailer for sale, consider the type and size of your boat, as well as the distance you plan to travel. Whether it’s the winch, axles, or lights, you want to ensure that any replacements or repairs can be handled with minimal hassle. When looking at boat trailers for sale, inquire about the availability and cost of boat trailer parts to keep your trailer in top condition.
Safety and Stability
Safety should be your top priority when choosing a boat trailer. A well-designed trailer will offer features like adjustable axles, which allow for optimal weight distribution, reducing the risk of swaying or instability while towing. It’s essential to ensure that the trailer is compatible with your vehicle, and if you’re planning to tow with a car, selecting a boat trailer for car use is crucial.
Where to Find the Best Boat Trailers
In Ireland, there are many options for purchasing boat trailers. Whether you’re looking for a new boat trailer for sale or a pre-owned model, it’s important to buy from a reputable dealer. When exploring boat trailers for sale, consider factors like construction quality, corrosion resistance, and the reputation of the manufacturer.
