having depression is dumb because i can genuinely tell when i’m falling back into a depressive state even when i think it’s just gone away and i only have life long anxiety and depression was temporary blah blah blah and then it just like hits me out nowhere that “oh this is what that is” and it’s something i have to deal with over and over again for the rest of my life it drives me crazy!

#i think that’s what is happening genuinely #last time i fell into a total depressive state was back in 2020 #and it’s weird cause i start doing all these things that i don’t even realize!#like wanting to sell my ticket to a show i spent 12 hours trying to get tickets too #and saying i’m excited and not meaning it #ect ect #and it’s not well all depression is bad blah but it’s not bad i’m gonna axe myself depression but it’s #withdrawing not finding joy in the things i do isolation ect ect #and it sucks! like how am i having a midlife crisis at nearly 22 years old but i’m not anxious my heart rate has been normal and my stomach #doenst hurt i just don’t care the way i should #blah #i’ll figure it out #eris: text
