“What… are you doing…?”

Of course Saruhiko’s question was rethorical. No, not even that. It’s just he had asked it poorly. He didn’t mean ‘What are you doing on the ground like a worm and holding your face in pain?’, since obviously he understood that Yata was in such a position because of him and was still trying to recover from the hard hit of the door on his face when the bespectacled male had opened the door of the armored van of Scepter 4, parked a few blocks from bar HOMRA for a special mission.

What he meant was ‘What are you doing, letting something so stupid as a car door hit you in the face so easily instead of dodging it with your usual steady reflexes?’. But all his willingness to elaborate was already gone before he was even done thinking it.

“Were you snooping on us, or what?” Trying to repress any display of concern that might be bubbling under the surface of his being, he quirked a brow and lightly kicked Yata on the shoulder. “Oi, don’t tell me you’re really going to die a virgin, virgin. Get up.”

          What kind of a question was that? Of course he’d been snooping. He’d spotted those damned blues out and about in their territory ( AGAIN ) acting like they simply belonged there, naturally he’d had to go start an argument over it. 

         What little sense of logic he retained, however, quickly demanded he figure out what the hell they were doing there first ( if not for HIMSELF, then for Kusanagi who could do something about it, or his King ) and go from there. So he’d found himself with a cheek pressed firmly to the warm metal of a squad car, ear listening intently in attempt to pick something up.

         Not so, for the next thing he knew, a door was being opened- sharp pain- and he was collapsing to the concrete below, grasping at his nose and groaning at the deep ache, and AH- his hand came away bloody. Already he was furious, but for the moment he could focus on nothing more than the quickly spreading R E D pouring from his nose and the throb it brought forth.

               “THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU MONKEY??? THAT GODDAMN HURT!!!”

         Yata snarled once kicked ( an angered animal ) though flinched backward in pain the moment he did. This was not a fun feeling, head light and pounding all at once, face sticky with substance and half-nauseated by PAIN. He’d need medical attention, no doubt, but he was also resilient- this was the male who could survive billboards being dropped on him with barely a scratch, after all. There was NO WAY an accident could take him down.

           “SHUT UP, SHUT THE HELL UP!!!! GIMME A SEC ALREADY!!!”

I’ve been role-playing for over 13 years, and have roleplayed Saruhiko Fushimi in particular for over a year now. As befitting of my muse, I got here dragged by friend @misakiyata-karasu​ and will give you my best Saru responses. My motto is always “Muse + Abused = Amused” so I’m always very eager to put my character through hell even in roleplay.

I used to write in the awkward-fushimisaruhiko blog, which I’ve abandoned in order to put priority on my RP activity. All the OOC and Trivia stuff I used to post there will be here from now on.    “  You  should  loosen  up,  Saruhiko-chan ~  “  Yukari  remarked  with  a  hum  as  he  worked  on  making  his  own  breakfast.  Both  a  late  owl  and  early  bird,  Yukari  was  often  awake  before  the  others  and  made  his  own  breakfast,  mouthwatering  smells  spilling  from  the  kitchen  of  the  JUNGLE  base.  “  You’re  going  to  get  wrinkles  very  early  on.  “

   A  handful  of  this  spice,  a  bit  of  that;  as  every  Yukari  was  certain  in  every  movement  despite  the  lack  of  actual  measuring  utensils  for  the  meal.  “  Do  you  want  something  to  eat  by  the  way?    “  Iwa  was  often  the  chef,  but  Yukari  was  known  to  be  an  extraordinary  cook  when  he  wanted  to  cook.  Brown  eyes  flicked  over  towards  the  newest  J-rank.

   Saying  anyone  trusted  Saruhiko  was  far  from  the  truth,  but  he  was  certainly  welcomed.  After  all,  he  was  one  of  them  for  the  time  being  regardless  of  what  the  future  held.

“Fushimi-kun, you should not be up at this hour doing work. You need rest.” The words did not come out as scolding, it was rather a well-meant advice. Reisi was aware that Fushimi did it every night, staying up late doing not only his own work, but other’s as well. While it certainly improved Scepter Four and helped greatly reduce the workload, he’d rather have Fushimi take care of himself some more, and not end up overworking too much.

Leaning over his third’s shoulder, Reisi watched what he was typing for a short moment, before his attention was caught by Fushimi again. “This still can be done at a later time. Go to sleep.” The tone of his voice did not allow protest, and there was a gentle pat to his third-in-command’s shoulder following, before Reisi straightened himself again. He was about to leave to return to his own room, when he got an idea. A silly one, but it amused him, bringing a smile to his face. So he decided to do it.

“Goodnight, Fushimi-kun.” Leaning down again, the King pressed a soft kiss on top of Fushimi’s head, before turning and walking away. Truly a shame he could not see the other’s reaction like this, he was certain it’s even more entertaining.

Eric was walking while he was doing his surveillance round also taking advantage to be able to walk around and clear his min. Things have been kinda messy since the timeless palace events and having Fujishima on recovering isn’t helping at all…

He just got closer to a vending machine to take a hot drink since it was starting to get even colder and in the moment he takes the can the blue eyes spotted a well know yet not welcomed silluette.

         -...What are you doing here?-

The blonde asked in a neutral voice to the older man in a serious face. Not like he is looking for a fight, he it’s more than conscious about the difference on their level of skills and more knowing he gave so much troubles to Izumo on the past. Yet he was curious since he knows this man wasn’t an idiot and less a trouble maker to be in such a careless attitude on an enemy territory.
