Happy Self-Care Sunday fam!! This is what joy (and 8 hours of sleep😂) looks like💫 —— It could be because of this New Moon or me not sleeping long the other night, but I feel so refreshed and rejuvenated and am ready to face this day with nothing but high frequency vibrations🙏🏾 —— As I’m typing this outside soaking up this sun, I feel incredibly grateful to have gotten such quality sleep for the first time in months. I can’t stress enough how true this is fam🙌🏾 We always talk about how we manifesting but some of us don’t even believe it’s gonna happen! Why is that?? —— Do we believe we’re unworthy of our desires? Is our fear surrounding money holding us back from taking that jump? Are our past experiences making us lack confidence of the outcomes? —— No matter what it is, it’ll be difficult for our dreams to appear without following these 3 steps: 💫 Re-program your subconscious mind by feeding it affirmations of gratitude and self-assurance. Make sure they’re in the present tense so the Universe will conspire with you to achieve them. Ex: I am extremely confident and successful at everything I do💅🏾 💫 Visualize what you want as if it’s right in front of you. Try to hear it, taste it, and feel it, because it’s already yours anyways🤷🏾‍♀️ 💫 Write it out and meditate on it. Take out a journal and write down everything from what you want in life to what is holding you back from claiming it.
