her ref sheet is very outdated but you know how she looks like already so idk if it's important

her character is still very sketched out, but I'd say she tries her best to be the best person she can be?? her autism makes it a bit hard for her to tell if she sounds mean or not which gets her in some problems, and she's very clingy to people she's close to

her as a baby... she's pretty much just a creature. the traits I mentioned before are still there but a bit less - but she would bite you if you tried to touch her if she doesnt know you. she's an absolute sweetheart to her parents though wink wink hahahaha

yaya, annalise!

hmm.. well, because kevin is human and streber’s an octopodiforme for this au, i think annalise would be kevin’s stepdaughter. she’s an octopodiforme like her dad (not sure if he’s an octopus or vampire squid yet) but is rarely ever in the ocean. streber got really paranoid about the ocean after getting attacked, he hasn’t stepped foot in the ocean in years. annalise is only in her true form when she takes a bath (fishes are sensitive to chlorine, so annalise doesn’t go swimming).

i could also see her as entirely adopted, maybe streber found her egg somewhere and decided to raise her. especially because real octopodiformes die after mating (i’m taking liberties with biology but i wanna try keeping it somewhat on-brand).
