Small Things
Masterlist
REQUESTS ARE OPEN
âYou dont ever really notice the small things until they're gone. The way the summer sun warms your skin, or the smell of oncoming rain. How warm your mothers hugs were, the excitement of trying to catch Santa. The sound of waves crashing against the shore, or the pure, unfiltered joy you had when you could play on the playground after school.Â
But then you get older. The small things get smaller. And then theyâre gone. Leaving you with the bittersweet feeling of nostalgia. Longing for a life you once lived, but couldnât get back. Gone were the days of Santa catching, or playing on the playground, traded in for long days of boredom. Sitting at a desk, staring blankly at the task at hand. No more warm hugs. Youâre now an adult. Too old for warm hugs. Too old for the playground. Too old for Santa. Too tired to appreciate the sounds of the beach. Never outside long enough to really appreciate the sun, or the rain. The small things got too small. And then they disappeared completely.â
Lando Norris had made it a habit recently to appreciate the small things. The smile you gave him when you opened the door. The hair that would fall around your shoulders, the reading glasses that would slide down your nose. The sound of your laugh, the warmth of you. That was the worst part of the little things. You only ever notice them after they're gone. You glasses, once sat on random tables in the house, had now disappeared. All his shirts were back on his side of the closet, instead of yours, even though you swore you didnât know how they got there. His Twitch streams, far and few between, went uninterrupted.Â
All of your little things, which he swore used to annoy him. Now left a hole in his heart. Maybe he said he hated when you would cling onto him when he got home. You couldnât go to all the races. Maybe he said he just wanted to shower after the flight without you holding onto him. But as he pushed the door open, just getting home from the Hungarian GP, feeling utterly disappointed, angry with himself and with the team, he found himself more annoyed with the fact you werenât jumping at him like a flying squirrel.Â
He opens his phone, only to see a text from Max F, a photo, from your Instagram.Â
Sheâs still got it going
You had decided, when you two had gotten together back in 2019, to get all his F1 achievements inked into your right forearm. Starting in February 2017, when it was announced that he was a junior driver for McLaren. And then the dates of the Belgian Grand Prix, where he took part in his first official practice session. Next was the dates of the Australian Grand Prix in 2019, his first race of his rookie season. Then the 5th of July 2020, his first podium. 25th of September 2021, his first pole. And that was as far as you had gotten before you broke up. But now. Looking at the picture Max had sent, youâd added one more.Â
6/5/24- First Win
He blinked. Once. Twice. Reread it all.
Landoâs F1 Milestones
2/2017- Junior Driver Announced
24/8/18- First Official Practice Session
14-17/3/19- First Race Of Rookie Season
5/7/20- First Podium
25/9/21- First Pole
6/5/24- First Win
He remembered his first podium. Remembered you racing down the paddock towards him, jumping, wrapping all your limbs tightly around him. You were laughing, telling him how proud of him you were.Â
But you hadnât done the same when heâd won Miami. You werenât even there.
The little things.
You listened, he talked. No matter what. You celebrated every single point he scored. Hell, you celebrated every race he took part in, regardless of his end result. âBecause, youâre Lando Norris, damn it. One of the twenty people who get to be on that grid. People would kill for that chance. And maybe you didnât do so great today. But youâve done good enough to get the chance to race. And Iâll celebrate that every day of the week.â
The shoes youâd kick off the second you got home from work, unbuttoning the top two buttons of your blouse, and letting your hair loose from its ponytail. The loud grumbles about incompetent coworkers. The paused rant when he would come in and greet you, pausing long enough to say hi and kiss him, before launching straight back into it. The way youâd pout when he wrapped his arms around you, running his fingers through your hair, just so youâd start to calm down.Â
The little things got too little. And then they were gone.
But that hadnât happened in weeks. Not since before Christmas, before you went on holidays. Before everything went completely and utterly wrong in a matter of minutes.
Heâd won Zandvoort and heâd won Singapore. But you hadnât been there. You were here now. Abu Dahbi. Laughing with your brother in the Mercedes garage. The brother who was one of Landoâs best friends. Well, before. Now, George would rarely talk to him, unless he had to.Â
You were wearing your favourite dress. His favourite, purely because you would spin around and giggle excitedly whenever you wore it. Your hair had been done in one of the styles he liked. And your smile. God, your smile. It wasnât as bright. Didnât quite reach your eyes, cheeks didnât scrunch up like they normally would. You were sad. His heart stuttered when your eyes met his. And then Oscar was shuffling him along.
Unlike Lando, you had always tried to appreciate the small things. The fleeting moments of kindness your brother, George would show before going back to being a typical older brother. How pretty your sister, Clara, looked in different dresses. Even Benjyâs, albeit annoying, habit of eating all the school snacks over the weekend. You were a half-glass full, and that was that.
This year, for example. George had won two races, although one didnât count due to a weight issue. But your big brother had been a 3x Grand Prix winner, even if only for a little while. And Lando, despite the fact you two had broken up over winter break, had gotten his first career win. And then won two more. You wanted to hate him. Honestly. But you couldnât. Because despite the argument that had led to your break up had been bad, and you had both said horrible things to one another. But he was Lando.Â
He was still your first real boyfriend. The first one who had bought you flowers. The guy who you had basically grown up with. The guy who would sit on the couch and rewatch movies and TV shows he hated, but sat through them because you loved them, and he loved seeing you smile. The guy whoâd put his hand on your stomach as a heating pack, and pull you close, when cramps were bad. The guy who, on one unfortunate occasion, where you had been surprised by the terrible cramps, had forced you into the shower while he changed the sheets, and then put new clothes into the bathroom for you. The guy who ate 17 spring rolls on stream with Max once, because he had given you three. He was the person who randomly kissed you when you were 19, and quickly became the most important figure in your life.
Yes, he had hurt you. But you had hurt him too. And in all honesty, it was hard to appreciate all the little things, when your human embodiment of sunshine was gone. No more warmth, no more happiness, no more real laughter. No more little things to appreciate.Â
Georgeâs arm was heavy around your shoulders, your laughter strained and forced as you talked to Toto. You saw the papaya before you saw him. He looked like a kicked puppy. No more goofy grins. But he had looked better since Max won the championship. Your sunâs light was dimming, and you could only watch. And for a second, your eyes locked, you saw how small his rayâs had gotten, and then George was nudging you. He was gone.
You didnât see him again until after the race. After he had won, a fourth Grand Prix for himself, and McLarenâs first Championship since 1998. Youâd bumped into him. His hands grabbed your shoulders so you wouldnât fall.Â
âCongratulations,â came tumbling out of your mouth.
To you, it sounded like word vomit. To him it sounded like the most angelic sound. He nods, voice trembling, âThank you,â you stand awkwardly for a moment, and then turn to leave, before he calls out again, âWait!â
You turn slowly, âYes?â
He rubs the back of his neck, âWeâre, uh, celebrating. Tonight. For the-,â he cuts himself off, âIf you want. Of course.â
âOh.â
âI can text you the details, if you-â
âIâd like that.â
âOkay.â
Youâd been there for 20 minutes, drink in hand. Lando was off, chatting to people with gusto. Heâd obviously drunk a few drinks, and by the time he got to you, the music was louder, the room getting more packed. You hated parties, hated crowded spaces. He wordlessly appeared beside you, and tugged you outside. The stars were bright, both of you looking up at them. His voice was soft, barely audible, âThe skyâs pretty.â
You turn your head slightly. You had always been the one to say things like that. Appreciating small things was your thing. But now he was doing it. And you werenât. âIt is, isnât it?â
He turns his head, eyes slightly glassed over, âThat dress is your favourite. You like twirling in it, it makes you giggle.â
You nod, âIt is.â
âI started noticing those things after you left. The dresses, hair, even your stupid glasses you were always losing. I even missed your after work rants, and all my shirts being on your side of the closet, even if you swore you didnât put them there. And youâre clinging, when I came home from races you couldnât go to. I know I said I found them annoying, but theyâre not. Theyâre your little things that make you, you. And I love you.â
It was the alcohol. It had to be. You two had broken up months ago. There was no way, in no world, that Lando still loved you. You felt your breathing hitch. Your heart speeds up. And he noticed. You turned to fully look at him. His eyebrow was pinched, jaw set. Lando was a man on a mission.Â
âI got my first win, and you werenât running down the paddock to jump at me like a flying squirrel. You werenât there to tell me that Iâm amazing after Hungary. Or when everybody started harassing me online. And it was hard. So I started looking at the little things. âCos you always did, and I thought that somehow, someday, maybe, we could look at them together.â
You blink back the tears, voice shaking horribly, âYou dont ever really notice the small things until they're gone. The way the summer sun warms your skin, or the smell of oncoming rain. How warm your mothers hugs were, the excitement of trying to catch Santa. The sound of waves crashing against the shore, or the pure, unfiltered joy you had when you could play on the playground after school.
He stares, hands shoved into his pockets. He was nervous. You manage to push on, âAnd you spend the rest of your life willing for them to come back. And, yâknow, sometimes they do. But theyâre not the same-â
He shakes his head, âBut theyâre there,â he motions at your tattoo, âYou still cared enough to get Miami inked. Thatâs another one. You care. No matter how bad you get hurt. And I used to hate it, âcos you always ended up more hurt, and I had to pick up the pieces. I hated seeing you cry. I hated seeing you upset. And this time itâs my fault. But please. Let me pick up the pieces again. And I promise, Iâll pay more attention. I wonât let the little things get too little again.â
You stop and stare. His hands had moved out of his pockets, fingers twitching like he wanted to grab onto you. Heâd always done that. Held onto you to calm down. So you held your hand out. The cornerâs of his mouth were downturned, chin trembling slightly. He was gonna cry. So there you were. Hand held out, waiting for him to take it.Â

Study of Kimiâs tattoos
Smiley sun tattoo (right arm) 2001-2002
We go back to sauber Kimi in 2001 when he first entered f1 and we can see that he didnât have the sun smiley tattoo yet
Testing, Monza (July, 3-6th)
So when tf the tattoo appeared?
Mclaren era (2002 specifically)

the first picture is the Malaysia GP 2002 (second race of the season) and the second picture is from the Brazilian Grand Prix March 31, 2002 (third race of the season) so I donât know exactly when he got that but it was something in between the last part of 2001 and the start of 2002 (I couldnât find proof of the first race of that season).
Tribal tattoo 2007 (right arm)

He got the tribal tattoo on his right arm (rip smiley sun tattoo, we miss you) after he won his debut race for Ferrari in Australia [March, 18th], it was designed by him completely but some rumors said Ferrari was against it. Also you can kind of see some remnants of the smiley sun tattoo underneath [second picture].
About Ferrari being against the tattoo Jean Todd then said⊠but we know Kimi dgaf
âI read about it. We had dinner on Thursday and since it wasnât mentioned I didnât even notice the whole thing. What is the most important for me is that the people here in this team are happy. If Kimi would be happy with a tattoo on his face and would ask for my opinion I would advise him to put it in some place that is less visible because otherwise he might get some problems of it later. There is so much talk â with a smile and without a smile â but what is important is that everyone is concentrated on doing his job. With or without a tattoo. I donât care. If a sponsor would complain about the tattoo I would rather change the sponsor just to keep Kimi happyâ
Iceman tattoo 2007-2008
Kimi already had the Iceman tattoo and even his helmet had the Iceman lettering in the first race of the season [Australian GP 2008] but he didnât have the tattoo in the last race of 2007 (first picture) so we can say it was obviously for his championship and he got that during the summer break(?)

Robin tattoo 2017
He got the Robin tattoo around January 2017 and we know that bc Minttu posted this picture hehehe (she got hacked and that acc doesnât exist anymore)

#if anyone wants to add more stuff feel free :D i probably forgot lots of things#my research was kind of lazy tbh and also If anyone wants a source just let me know#kimi raikkonen#kimi rÀikkönen#kr7#f1#formula 1#xim.post

OC intro: Esteban di Fernandez
Esteban di Fernandez (BRA)
Born: October 18, 1998, Belo Horizonte, Brazil (age 25) Debuted: Australian Grand Prix, 2017 Race number: #6 (currently using #1, as reigning champion) 2024 team: Electron Motorsport (AUS) F1 World Driversâ Champion 2022, 2023 Favourite track(s): Hungaroring, Imola
2014 Italian Formula 4 champion 2015 GP3 Series champion 2016 GP2 Series champion
The reigning world champion, Esteban di Fernandez, is without a doubt angling his way up the ladder of all-time Formula 1 greats. He won titles back-to-back all the way up the junior formula ladder, including back-to-back rookie titles in both GP3 and GP2. He became the youngest debutant in Formula 1 history at just 18 years old when he joined Scuderia Espini in 2017: Under the wing of Electron teammate and 2018 world champion YĆjirĆ Nagamatsu, di Fernandez became the youngest Grand Prix winner in history after winning the 2018 Bahrain Grand Prix. After Nagamatsuâs serious, life-threatening crash in the following yearâs Brazilian Grand Prix, di Fernandez spearheaded the team and went on to win both his and Electronâs first world titles in 2022, at the age of 24.
Ice-cool under pressure with a penchant for ruthless comeback races, di Fernandez is arguably the most complete driver on the current grid. The Brazilian is known to play his cards close to his chest: despite his sociable reputation, he has little patience for PR and paparazzi, and little is known about his personal life.
#f1 oc#oc intro#f1#f1 au#inertiaverse#f1 fic#my writing#f1blr#f1 ocs#picrews#esteban is a weird mix of multiple drivers tbh#the career arc of Verstappen/the reputation of young Senna/driving style similar to Kimi Raikkonen#he seems untouchable but he's not quite as nice as he seems. the early success has DEFINITELY gone to his head

Suzuka in April Feels Wrong
So, this weekend F1 will race at Suzuka. Suzuka is an amazing circuit, the esses at the beginning of the lap, trying to take Degner 1 as fast as possible but knowing the gravel trap is right there at the edge of the circuit, and then hard on the brakes for Degner 2, under the bridge, and up and to the right into the hairpin where Kamui Kobayashi seemed to overtake just about everyone in 2012. Spoon curve, the infamous 130R, and the Casio triangle at the end of the lap, Suzuka really is something special.
The only problem is, Raikkonen's 2005 charge (admittedly I was too young to properly enjoy that but it's literally the back to front challenge meme in real life), Kamui's 2012 podium as a Japanese driver, even Vettel's heartbreaking sparkplug failure in 2017, not to mention the historic Prost and Senna collisions...all of those happened at the end of the season, or close enough to it anyway. This year, Suzuka is in April, the fourth round of the 2024 Formula One season.
Now of course, there's a reason for this - the geography of an increasingly bloated F1 calendar - but first, let's just establish why the Japanese Grand Prix being at the end of the season is so important.
The first Japanese Grand Prix, held in 1976 and 1977, marked the first time a world championship race was held in Asia, and it was the finale too, the place where the championship would be decided. The 1976 race in particular, covered in the excellent 2013 movie Rush, saw Niki Lauda pull into the pits in dangerously wet conditions - this was the same year as his NĂŒrburgring crash - which allowed James Hunt to charge up the field and seal his only world title.
The first Fuji trip would only last two years, but in 1987, F1 would find its home in Suzuka. It was the penultimate race - Adelaide, Australia was now the finale - but nevertheless, Suzuka was still the place where titles were decided. In 1988, Senna came from behind in the wet to beat Prost, in 1989 Prost would close the door on a charging Senna in the Casio triangle on lap 47, taking Prost out. Senna cut the chicane rejoining the track, got disqualified, and handed the title to Prost. In 1990, Prost now in a Ferrari, got a better start than Senna's polesitting McLaren, but Senna's wouldn't give an inch, and they didn't even make it past the first corner this time. Senna would seal the 1990 title. And it continued, Senna over Mansell in 1991, Hill over Villeneuve in 1996, Hakkinen over Schumacher in 1998...it was the track where history was made.
That being said, it's position in the calendar started to change as F1 expanded its Asia-Pacific presence from just Suzuka. From 1987-1995, it was paired with the Australian Grand Prix at Adelaide, in 1999 and 2000, it was paired with Malaysia, and from 2004-2008, it was paired with China. After that, the calendar more or less formed two flyaway blocks, with Australia-Malaysia-China-Bahrain at the beginning of the season, and a Singapore and Suzuka towards the end, paired with an everchanging host of flyaway races that included Abu Dhabi, Brazil, South Korea, and India. In 2009, Suzuka was the third to last race, come 2011, it was fifth to last.
The real blow to Suzuka as an end of season race, however, was the emergence of an American block of races late in the season. It started with Austin in 2012, and by 2015, we had Austin and Mexico back-to-back followed by Brazil, making for three western hemisphere races in a row. Las Vegas in 2023 made a fourth, with Abu Dhabi having long ago bought the season finale slot. All of this means that, in 2023, there were a whole two months of racing after Suzuka.
Thus, figuring that history is dead, F1 has decided to move Suzuka to April, so that, much like 2004-2008, it's back-to-back with the Chinese Grand Prix. Which means F1 will now have Baku and Singapore as a doubleheader in 2024...yeah.
For something meant to cut down on F1's travel related CO2 emissions, they really did just decide to make the entire circus fly over the entirety of the Asian continent in a week. Good job.
What the race does succeed in, however, is reminding us of the last time F1 raced in Japan in April, the 1994 and 1995 Pacific Grand Prix. A rare moment of two races in the same country for F1, when in addition to the end of season trip to Suzuka, there was an early season trip to the T1 Circuit in Okayama. It's a pretty neat track, I've raced it on Ride 4, probably better for bikes than cars though.
So yeah, not much for the environment, but it does remind us of an obscure race nobody has ever heard of, so there is that.

The last weekend of SRO Motorsports America racing in 2024 receives a huge boost in star power as world-renowned actor Keanu Reeves will compete in this weekendâs Toyota Gazoo Racing GR Cup North America finale â his first motor race in over 14 years.
Reeves will drive the #92 Eagles Canyon Racing by Fast Track Toyota GR86 in a pair of sprint races on Saturday and Sunday, 5/6 October. The car will feature a red and black livery promoting his graphic novel, BRZRKR.

The Canadian actor is an avid enthusiast of motorsport. Reeves was the presenter of the four-part documentary Brawn: The Impossible Formula 1 Story and has been a guest of honour in the paddocks of F1, MotoGP, and IndyCar throughout the years.
Reeves drove in the 2009 and 2010 editions of the Toyota Pro/Celebrity Race at Long Beach, winning the Celebrity class in 2009 and receiving a promotion to the Pro category the following year. That was the last time Reeves has run in an organised motor race.
Since then, Reeves has gone on to star in the John Wick series of action films, reprised his role as Neo in The Matrix Resurrections, and published the first chapter of BRZRKR in 2021 alongside co-writer Matt Kindt and illustrator Ron Garney.
Reeves is one of two celebrity drivers competing at Indianapolis this weekend, part of a 34-car field.
Eagles Canyon and Fast Trackâs other celebrity driver is Cody Jones from the action sports and entertainment troupe Dude Perfect, which has over 60 million subscribers on YouTube.

Nicknamed âTall Manâ, the 6â6âł Jonesâ sanctioned racing debut in the #29 GR86 was the prize for winning a go-kart racing challenge at this yearâs Formula One Australian Grand Prix against three of his fellow troupe members.
Reeves and Jones will be pitted against a strong field of drivers young and old, including the newly-crowned GR Cup North America Champion Gresham Wagner.
Wagner, the driver of the #5 Copeland Motorsports GR86, clinched the series championship last round at Barber Motorsports Park. At the Brickyard, Wagner will look to add to his eight wins on the season â before heading to Road Atlanta to try and win the Mazda MX-5 Cup championship.
Second place in the championship is still up for grabs between Wagnerâs team-mate, Westin Workman (another driver running dual GR Cup/MX-5 Cup campaigns) and Spike Kohlbecker of TechSport Racing. Workman enters the final weekend of the season six points ahead of Kohlbecker.
Jaxon Bell, the son of 2015 IMSA GTD Champion and 2016 Le Mans 24 Hours winner Townsend Bell, is fourth in the championship.

Another guest driver of note is Miki Koyama from Japan, driving the #75 Hattori Motorsports GR86 in partnership with Japanâs all-female KYOJO Cup Series.
Koyama, the inaugural KYOJO Cup champion in 2017 and 2018, became the first woman to win the FIA Formula Regional Japanese Championship title in 2022 â and last week, driving a Lexus RC F GT3, she became the first woman to take overall victory in a Super Taikyu Series race since 1993.
Koyama is one of four women in the field, joining Mia Lovell, Jade Avedisian, and Maddie Aust. Lovell is the seriesâ top female driver (10th in overall points and the top-ranked woman in nine out of 12 races) â and Avedisian, a Toyota-backed prospect of the open-wheel oval circuit, finished second in last weekendâs BC39 sprint car race at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway dirt track.

Sebtember Challenge #5: The Egyptian Dance
Speaking of celebrations, another one of Sebâs famous celebrations on the podium is his âWalk Like An Egyptianâ dance. An interviewer asked him why he did it when he won the Australian and Bahrain Grands Prix in 2017.
Interviewed in Sochi 2017.
I like how Seb is testing the interviewer here, as if he already knows the answer. Turns out, he wasnât far off as the song came out in 1986.
Also, it was Susanna Hoffs who sang it, not Jane Wiedlin, who was in The Go-Gos.

đ đ đŁđ đ đ
they appear as though they were born twenty-two years ago but are actually twenty-two, who is a faerie and lives in acacia heights as a barista at pouty bat face vamp cafe, and is in no fantasy. they look an awful lot like lee felix.
"in the height of summer i finally learned that within me there lay an invincible winter"
tw: abduction, child neglect, child abuse
They have few memories of their mother. Theyâd only been together for five years before they were taken away from her and placed into foster care. Theyâd never fully understood why until they became much older and would hear the whispers from caretakers explaining their situation to prospective families. A difficult past, they always said, but look how well theyâre thriving now. They didnât remember life with their mother as being difficult, barely remembered it at all, only a few sparse details stuck out like the color of her hair and a song she used to sing and the way she used to dance and the way she always craved sweet fruit. They didnât remember the bad parts or the sad parts, didnât remember her moods.Â
In truth, it wasnât entirely her fault that she wasnât all good. Perhaps if circumstances had been kinder their future would look different. Perhaps if their mother hadnât been lost to the fae realm one day in her youth, stolen away by some zealous fae who enjoyed tricks on unsuspecting humans a little too much, old grudges harbored for centuries and occasionally enacted out by luring humans into the fae realm where they became trapped and time flows differently. Sheâd thought it was only five minutes, could have sworn only a few minutes had gone by but when she was cast out from the fae realm it had been twenty years and she was no longer the young and pretty woman she had once been and no memory of what had transpired for the last twenty years and now a child, a newborn baby, only a few weeks old, crying in her arms and the most intense feeling of a loss. She desperately wanted to go back, she knew she must have been happy there, a place she could no longer recall but it must have had laughter and singing and dancing and sweet fruit but she couldnât remember anymore, all her memories were slipping away. It made her cruel to those who were innocent, like her child, who only ever wanted to make her smile.Â
They cried when they were taken away from her. She did not cry when she was taken from them.Â
They were placed with a nice foster family but soon discovered that they were constantly falling ill and no amount of hospital visits ever explained the reason for it, every test and scan came up normal, so they determined the cause of their frequent illness to be psychological, a side effect of their difficult upbringing with their birth mother that they could hardly remember, so this became their truth despite it being far from it. Despite their medical issues which occasionally affected their stamina, they excelled as a competitive figure skater, having won a few local competitions before earning a sponsorship. They are a two-time Grand Prix Final champion, the 2017 World Junior champion and a three-time Australian national champion and medaled in three other World Championships.
It wasnât until they turned twenty-one that the fae glamour placed on them to conceal what they were began to fade. It began so small that they hardly noticed it but every time they looked in the mirror they became less and less recognizable to themself. First, new freckles appeared on their face and body, in varying shades of deep reds and browns, even greens, and some even seemed to glimmer in the light. Then, two large bumps appeared on their back, they thought they were only very large pimples but no treatment or ointment made them go down. One day the skin split and out sprouted four large wings, reminiscent of a dragonfly. They did not know what was happening to them or how to hide the wings once they sprouted so they tied them down against their back and abdomen and wore large sweaters to conceal their bulk. It was at this time that they had to retire from figure skating, unable to perform in public due to the wings they were now attempting to conceal. They had been on track to compete in the future Winter Olympics, it broke their heart to give up this dream.Â
In search for answers to the changes happening to their body and a chance to return to their figure skating career, they discovered the truth of witches and faeries, most notably that they were not at all a human like they had always believed. They were fae and through the use of multiple spells and rituals performed by a local coven of witches in Sydney, they discovered that they had blood relatives in a town located in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado who might be able to explain who they truly are.
âwhat power did they attain when settling in greywood?â
They are able to separate their shadow from themself, allowing their shadow self to travel around in a form of mental projection akin to astral projection. Their shadow self may be able to affect the physical plane, moving or swallowing objects into its shadow which they can summon from at will as a form of invisible storage. They may even be able to âstealâ the shadow of another, doing so could cause the being to be easily influenced by them and more inclined to follow their requests or commands. The one whose shadow was stolen still maintains their own free will and can refuse the request though it is difficult to do so, it feels like something precious to the individual was taken so would want to follow their requests in order to earn it back. They can only steal the shadow of one living being at a time, attempting to steal another shadow would release the first one.Â

Lawson replaces Ricciardo following his crash in FP2
Lawson replaces Ricciardo following his crash in FP2 By Balazs Szabo on 25 Aug 2023, 20:04 Following his crash in the second practice session, AlphaTauri driver Daniel Ricciardo has been ruled out of Dutch Grand Prix with a broken wrist, he will be replaced by Liam Lawson in the remainder of the weekend. The eight-time grand prix winner crashed at the banked Turn 3 corner in the early stages of Free Practice 2 after getting caught out by Oscar Piastriâs crash just ahead of him. The Australian was taken to hospital for further checks, and the inspection revealed that the 34-year-old had broken his wrist and thus would be unable to race this weekend. Shortly after, AlphaTauri released a statement: "After todayâs incident during Free Practice 2 in Zandvoort, in which Daniel Ricciardo hit the barrier at Turn 3, he was brought to the local hospital and further examinations were carried out. "An X-ray confirmed he sustained a break to a metacarpal on his left hand, and this injury will not allow him to continue his duties, so he will be replaced by the teamâs reserve driver Liam Lawson for the remainder of this weekend. The team wishes him all the best for the quickest possible recovery. Further updates will be released in due course." Red Bull and AlphaTauri's reserve driver Lawson will step in to take over Ricciardo's car and race at Zandvoort alongside Yuki Tsunoda. After finishing second in the Australian Formula 4 Championship in 2017, the New-Zealander moved to Europe to compete in Germany's ADAC F4 series where he ended up second in 2018. Next year saw Lawson race in the FIA F3 Championship, the Euroformula Open Championship and the Toyota Racing Series in which he claimed five wins en route to clinch the title. Although he won three races in the FIA F3 series in 2020, he had to settle for P5 in the drivers' championship. In 2021, he stepped up into the FIA F2 Championship where he finished ninth alongside an overall second place in the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters. He continued to race in the FIA F2 series last year where he claimed a third place at the end of the year. He currently competes in Japan's Super Formula where he has already clinched three wins in seven races and sits second in the standings. via F1Technical.net .
