when did i create this blog: Back in May 2015.  Originally it was just a generic blog with the sort of posts that I liked - model railroading, trains and other stuff.  After a short while, I decided to make my primary account focused around my writing, and spun off a second blog for my model railroad.

last thing i googled: Shapeways white strong and flexible plastic (for a model railroad project)

average hours of sleep: Not enough. Usually 4-6.

instruments: None. I enjoy listening to music, but can't play it. The closest I'd have to an instrument would be my computer keyboard :-).

what i’m wearing: A T-shirt and shorts. The T-shirt has a white line drawing of the roadrunner from the Warner Bros. cartoons, below which is printed the dictionary definition of 'outsmart'.

how many blankets do i sleep with: In winter, one. But it's currently summer here in Australia, so I'll usually have the aircon and ceiling fan going.
