#FantasyIndies 1/March/2025: Introduction & WIP I write whodunits in a fantasy setting. My MC is a fairy named Yaetherim, a former forest protector turned private eye. In my current WIP, 'Embers of Doubt', Yaetherim is hired to vet the candidates for mage job. One of the candidates gets murdered.

#FantasyIndiesFebruary 12/Feb/25: What do your characters think of romance? Yaetherim thinks it's never going to happen for him. His near-murder left him with scars on his soul, including a negative self-image. Which is why he doesn't realise his LI is falling in love with him until she kisses him

#WordWeavers 8/Feb/25: First thing characters would see/feel/hear if they went outside in last indoor scene. Yaetherim would: See: cobblestone streets, buildings made of bricks fused together by groundkind magic. Feel: Humidity, mostly. Hear: Steam cars & lorries puffing past, distant chatter.
