And YES ACTUALLY I do have tips, but they're not my own!! Whenever someone asks me for tips on dragons I always love to redirect to the tutorials on dragons sammy torres did, all of which you can find [ HERE ]

These tutorials are like The Bible for drawing anything dragon related. Not only are they beginner friendly, they are expert friendly as well, in my opinion. These are an immense help to anyone looking to do dragons, and there is one for every different part that one might have trouble with! And honestly, I feel extremely confident linking these because they word everything much better than I could

Other than that, I think dragons are generally really subjective as creatures. There's classic dragons, but the term 'dragon' applies so broadly to so many shapes that its extremely hard to go wrong with designs. Theyre one of the things that lend themselves the most to experimentation with shapes, bodies, features, etc, so even though these tutorials might nudge dragons in a specific way dont be afraid to experiment with anything youd like to explore :]

My one wish however is to make sure every dragon has proper wings though for that refer to [ THIS ] post of mine thank u for ur time

OWUFHHGHF ONE MORE THING I THINK YOU'D FIND REALLY COOL: Dominator was actually written as being a lesbian. The Night Out specifically was written to have hella lesbian undertones to it wrt Dom & Syl's brief friendship. Staff writer ND Stevenson was largely responsible for both these things and confirmed as much himself, though he also stressed that Dominator being a lesbian isn't a part of the show's official canon bc he doesn't have the authority to declare that, ofc. Still, though, that was very much a part of how she was approved to be written, and getting confirm that one of the mains was very much intentionally queercoded (and in such a specific and, idrk the best words for it... authentic? Down to earth? Way? What I'm getting at is that it feels so so meaningful that a lesbian writer had the biggest hand in writing a character and episode to be lesbian(TM) like oh my gosh) and with much support from the crew. Like, that just rules so hard!!! I totally don't doubt that there was a lot of other purposefully queercoded stuff in woy, but consistently queercoding a character in a very specific way throughout the show's run, with apparent 'silent' agreement from the others who worked on it is something that's just.. in a whole other league of its own and I can't not have a lot of love for that. Partially bc queer writers writing queer characters is a wonderful thing, and partially bc it's just SO COOL from the fleshing-out-the-character standpoint bc it for sure either influenced a lot about the character or came about because of the other things they used for inspiration for her. Auhghghgh I just love it sm...... #endnerdramble

ybc anon - imagine patrick making a point to only touch pete with his right hand. at first he says it’s bc his stump is still sore and needs to heal, but once he gets the prosthetic pete realizes what’s really going on. sometimes pete asks patrick to use both hands and patrick’s like “wym both?” like a himbo just to avoid the subject. when patrick is comfy touching pete with both hands again, though, pete’s so proud of his progress. he’s never been happier to feel the plastic against his skin.
