there's been a bit of reblogs on this Tom Preston guy from DA. my friend led me to a goldmine of drama when we're having lunch. i honestly don't know where to start with this but let me just say that you have to take in advice or feedback from people, especially people that you work with. it may not be a helpful crit, but you can digest it to come up with an optimal solution. communication helps a lot, seriously. 

this is important when you're not in your goddamn teens anymore. it's interesting how a website can cripple someone's life and they end up being nobodies in the real world, no good jobs, or no jobs at all. i'm sorry to say this but if you're a designer/artist/illustrator you're destined to work with different people. i had a shitty attitude when i first started working in a proper 4As agency and i really had to change or i would drown. so yeah, people are good to work with, ok.
