Actors of any level of experience are encouraged to audition. I wanna uplift more new voices into the podcast world, so please don't hesitate to audition on account of lack of experience.

If you have a quality microphone, that would be preferable, but if you don't, audition anyway. If you get cast, I personally would be happy to help work out something so we can get you a good microphone going forward, so don't even worry about your mic quality if you don't have a good one right now. If I can hear you, you're doing good.

As for accessibility concerns, I'm not super well versed in what you would need to assist you in production, but if you want to message us here or email us at beforeiforgetagainpod@gmail.com with your concerns, I would be happy to help figure out what we can do to help you. I can tell you that the audition form is all text, so you should be able to use a screen reader in the audition process, and I can help find an accessible recording tool if need be. We will be using Discord for communication, and all editing will be done on our end. Let me know if any of this sounds like a concern.
