Code: GHOST

It all started when a number code flashed across the screen of the Batcomputer while Tim was working on a case.

Flashed across the screen several times to the point it made Tim think that someone somehow managed to hack into the Batcomputer. It was also a number code he was not familiar with at all. So Tim reported it back over their comms in hopes that maybe one of the others knew what the numbers meant. Because all he managed to figure out from it was that the number code was an alert on the Batcomputer, one that came with coordinates that lead into the middle of nowhere.

Tim was about to join the discussion Dick and Jason were having on it when Bruce silenced them all apruptly speaking up.

"Answer code 2 1 20, sent them to the coordinates attached. I will be in the cave in ETA3 and take over from there."

The sudden silence on their communication line spoke volumes especially when Tim new the numbers was a simply code for Bat. He still did what Bruce asked him to do but that didn't stop the questions running through Tim's mind. He watched on the screen of the Batcomputer how the moment he sent the code in return, Programs started like on autopilot. A map opening that contained nothing at first but then changed into a map of a whole good damn city. Tim could only gap at what was happening on the Batcomputer before Bruce appeared and pulled him away from his seat to take over himself.

Bruce without a beat of delay started to input more codes and apparently access codes too as more and more windows opened on the Batcomputer. Tim did not realise that with time Dick, Cass and Damian had joined him as they watched Bruce work away on the Batcomputer. At some point an audiotrack opened but all they could hear was only static. They thought Bruce was going to run it through one of the noise filtering programs.

But to the shock of them, Bruce suddenly triggered a hidden compartment on the console, causing it to flip over and reveal communication link build in a way non of them had ever seen before. It was silver with green accents and looked far... older and less sleek than any of the ones they used. It was clearly not designed to stay completely hidden if put into your ear.

They watched how he simply put that earpiece on and then replayed the audiotrack.

The batkids shared a look of confusion. Non of them sure what to make of the situation until suddenly Bruce stood up from the Batcomputer.

"Prepare for a rescue mission. Nightwing, Orphan and Robin will come with me, the rest of you will stay in Gotham." Was all the man said before storming of towards the Batplane.

"Bruce what is going on?!" Dick instead of going to prepare asked stoping the man before he could get away from them. "What is the meaning of that code? Aside from the fact that simply translated it means ghost."

Bruce eyed the batkids present for a moment before letting out a grunt. "Ghost is finally ready to join the family."

"Ghost?" Tim echoed confused, never having heard that alias for any of them.

"Father what do you mean, 'join the family'?" Damian chimed in clearly frowning with suspicion.

The man eyed them once more his eyes going over each of his children, it looked like he was contemplating telling them more for a moment before he stood to fully face them and let out a sigh. "Like Clark, I too have clone child."

There was a stunned silence. No one speaking up until Dick did. "How long...?"

"14 years ago"

The silence continued as they all did the mental math. Once more it was Dick who spoke up first, clearly stunned. "You had a clone since I was eleven and now is the first time I hear of that?! You never bothered telling any of us?!"

There was a long suffering sigh. "We got to Danny before he was aged up, he was a normal baby even if created in a laboratory, so it was best for him to grow up normally, with the league we arranged for him to be sent to selected family since I had my hands full with you and-"

"Danny?!" Dick cut in. "His name is Danny? Does he even know about us?"

"Dick." Bruce called out his tone warning. "Of course I kept an eye on Danny's life. And I did made contact with him when the time was appropriated considering some of the things that were happening for the boy as he grew up, however he is not aware that he is a clone and it will stay that way. He will get to know all of you once we finished this rescue mission."

Before Dick or any of the others could say anything more Bruce spoke up firmly again. "Get ready now, we do not have any more time. Anything else will be handled later."

so i was going through an old box of stuff and found a bunch of random cds including one that just had "the gnomes" written on it and it has some of the worst music i've ever heard like, jesus

I think Bleach is just, so, emphasis on SO good.

Everything within it, I like.

The art style, the characters, the storyline, the plot, every thing.

When I told my friend who introduced me to anime, that I may start watching Bleach, he recommended strongly against it because it's slow and stuff.

But idk whyyyy I really had a strong feeling that I'll like it.

And, i don't read any description or watch any trailers because I want to not know anything priorly. So it really was just this feeling.

And I started watching it, and I ended up loving it.

Everything about this anime is just so beautiful.

It's something I truly love.

Every minute thing. Every small detail. Every character. The Bankai, shikai. Every damn thing.

It's so well thought, and so well written and so well crafted.

And with it's come back of The thousand year blood war arc. It has made me feel the feelings I carry for it continue.

The soundtrack, the animation

The personalities. The Captains, the fights. The looks of the characters when they're on a rampage/and a special mention to the Kenpachi fight because WOW.

The fight between Genryusai, the Bankai of Genryusai.

Oh my god.

It's absolutely thrilling, I could not blink my eyes.

It makes me stare, and appreciate it with awe.

I can watch it so many times, and still dicover so many things about the characters.

Specially the audiotracks. They're so perfect.

And they're not scared of showing bloodshed/idk why but it's just so.....thrilling? The way the deaths/attacks are so in detail, the cutting off of heads, the random holes in the body, the shoulder/body just gone....and it's somehow dark but not so disturbing, like the portrayal isn't super disturbing? Idk if you get that, but it's just perfectly balanced.

I love this anime.

And I love love love Ichigo Kurosaki.

He has such a distinct personality, and his vibe is jussttttt so (cool, happy, warm, kind, and so much more, makes my pupils go all big like a cat)

He's really just amazing.

I'll make a separate post for the Separation part after I complete it, this i wrote because I'm Re-watching the first part to remember the minor details before watching the second part and I'm just reminded of how much I love this anime. It's just really really good.

Mod progress is going slow due to some technical issues that need a lot of time in the oven.

Mannequins have a index buffer issue that is making everything appear dark textured, they also are not disappearing on purchase despite being rigged to the correct bones for the material animation visibility to take place.

Crouching animations are going to need to take a back seat if I can't figure out the issue between the skl_root and the equip animation. I have a few things to still try but there's over 47 crouching animations that may need manual tweaking.

IRL stuff that is taking away my attention from the project, more work was supposed to be done this weekend during my only real free time but family my husband hasn't seen in years is showing up on Sunday and we also need to go shopping for something I'm putting together for a friend in the modding community who is going though a rough time.

Busy time! Mostly making this post to organize my thoughts.

Now with the Miphlink stuff in August and the recently announced Zine, I'm looking forward to all the stuff everyone is going to do for it! I wanted to have my own portion done for Zora May but I'm not stressing it didn't get done in time.

As a side project, I've been decompiling the ELink2DB file. It seems to contain references to sound bytes. What makes it interesting is it still contains references to individual sound bytes even though the audio track has all the sound effects (minus voice acting) baked in. For example when Mipha walks on Vah Ruta during her ghost scene, the footsteps are included in the audiotrack.

I still actually have to confirm that these ARE sound file references and not just camera angles (that is what the C00 stands for, camera cuts). There are also entries for the pre-rendered cutscenes as well which gives us more insight on how those cutscenes were compiled. Neat!

EDIT: was barking up the wrong tree, these aren’t references to sounds but rather effects (for example Vah Rutas lazer) which makes sense seeing as it’s named Elink! There is an Slink file so I think I’ll dig around there next :)

Chasing Shadows part 1 speculation

New shortstory dropped, and it’s JUICY!

Super curious to see what’ll happen with this one, I feel like she’s gotta be tied to Kim’Dael/Bloodmoon Huntress, there’s a lot of tie-ins, just in the first part of the shortstory, and backed up by the titles of the audiotracks, confirming that the Bloodmoon Huntress storyline will likely take place in Scumport.

My wild theory is that Redfeather IS Kim’Dael, and she remembers Rayla, and is being so pointed with the comments very deliberately, to manipulate her into something. Probably not the case, but hey, speculating is fun, and Moon magic is all about those illusions.

The 15 years doesn’t quite fit, it’d be more like 8, since she last encountered Rayla (9-ish then, 16-17 during this shortstory)

Whatever that favor Rayla was asked to do at the end of part 1, sounds like bad news for her, and I do wonder whether that ends up being a catalyst for her returning to Katolis in some way. Callum is repeatedly on her mind, she PINES. And that’s an unanswered question from S4 I reeeeeally want an answer to: what made Rayla return, after two years away, when it wasn’t that she found Viren or any hint of him, I feel like SOMETHING would have triggered that change of heart.

My alternate theory is that Redfeather will befriend and mentor Rayla but eventually die, like mentors tend to, and Rayla tried to prevent it and failed, and that’s where the “you can’t save everyone” came from, from Rayla, in S4, that we also haven’t gotten an explanation for, because it felt like she was referring to something specific. And this could ALSO be the catalyst for Rayla returning to Callum.

I’m psyched for part 2! No idea if it’ll be up tomorrow or maybe next tuesday?

Explain the Method: Subliminal

Since I already mentioned subliminals, let's have a more in-depth talk about how they work and why they are so effective.

Subliminals or Subconscius Reprogramming. (I'm going to say subs for short) is rewriting negative or unwanted thoughts and patterns that are not allowing you to manifest (ex., manifestation isn't real, I feel like an idiot, etc.).

Subs are hidden messages inside of a relaxing and meditative type of audiotrack; it could be music too (I actually prefer that). The frightening thing is that only your subconscious can hear them.

How it works:

The idea is to listen to these special soundwaves, which allow your mind to tune into the receptive state. The submessages then begin to rewrite your subconscious mind, allowing you to manifest. There are different types of subliminal messages; I suggest you try some and find the one that is perfect for you. For example, I realy like the whisper subs because I can hear them all night long while sleeping because they are made to be "silent" without the headphones. Pure love for the subs and the subs creators

There is really not much to say; it is a really easy and effortless method, and you can find different types of subliminals on YouTube, Spotify, and literally anything else.

It was Rubius today, he had a small transphobic attitude that really hurt to see it was that natural. He was playing Spiderman 2 and in an area where an audio track of a podcast was playing, which the host of said podcast was nb. Rubius made a face when a gender neutral adjective was said (favorite being it, since the word is normally gendered favorito for male and favorita for female) and then went and turned off the ambiance audio options to stop listening to the podcast audiotrack

It hurt me a fucking lot since im agender that uses gn pronoums and neopeonoums, but the fact some brazilians were immediately attacked bc they voiced how that upset them as well immediately attacked a lot of people to being xenophobic saying we were being dramatic

We experimenteren momenteel met een aantal wijzigingen aan headers van berichten om de overbodige aanwezigheid van avatars in reblogs te beperken. De aanbevelingslabels anders plaatsen maakt het mogelijk om de verticale ruimte die wordt gebruikt te verkleinen, waardoor ruimte onstaat voor badges en andere zaken. Op het web verwijdert dit experiment ook de avatar aan de zijkant van berichten en wordt de weergave van berichten tot aan de zijbalken uitgebreid. Als je opmerkingen of suggesties hebt, aarzel dan niet om via de categorie ‘Feedback’ contact met ons ondersteuningsteam op te nemen.

We hebben de blogcarrousel bovenaan het tabblad ‘Gevolgde blogs’ in het dashboard verwijderd (als je hem had geactiveerd), omdat deze de laadtijd van het tabblad aanzienlijk verlengde. Je kunt dit tabblad in Tumblr Labs activeren of via de knop voor experimentele tabbladconfiguratie op het dashboard (als je die hebt).

Op het web is de navigatie-interface opnieuw ontworpen om de ervaring voor nieuwkomers en incidentele gebruikers te verbeteren. Bedankt voor het delen van jullie feedback; deze is van onschatbare waarde geweest voor onze teams om de nodige veranderingen te kunnen doorvoeren.

Het nieuwe ontwerp van de activiteiten is nu ook beschikbaar in de apps (Android en iOS). Dit zou het veel gemakkelijker moeten maken om ongelezen notificaties te identificeren die betrekking hebben op je wederzijdse volgers of de blogs die je volgt.

Een bug verholpen in de carrousels van aanbevolen en geassocieerde tags waardoor de knop ‘Volgen’ werd weergeven bij een tag die al werd gevolgd.

Blogs die je onlangs opnieuw hebt gevolgd, worden niet langer op het dashboard verborgen. Als het probleem zich blijft voordoen, probeer de betreffende blog dan te ontvolgen en vervolgens opnieuw te volgen.

SoundCloud embeds werkten enige tijd niet in berichten, maar dat is nu verholpen.

De integratie van Spotify audiotracks werkt weer! Hartelijk dank aan de medewerkers van Spotify voor de hulp bij het oplossen van dit probleem.

In browsers voor mobiele telefoons is de tekst ‘Bron’ en ‘Ingezonden door’ onder aan berichten nu correct links uitgelijnd.

In browsers voor mobiele telefoons hebben we een visuele bug op pagina's met trending tags verholpen, waardoor het label ‘Nu trending’ op dezelfde regel stond als de tag zelf.

Bij het bezoeken van een blog met content voor volwassenen wordt niet langer een waarschuwing weergegeven als je de weergave van dit type content hebt geactiveerd.

Klikken in de header van een reblog werkt nu consistent op al onze platforms (iOS, Android en web).

In Berichten wordt het jaartal weer weergegeven in de tijdstempel van berichten ouder dan een jaar.

Op woensdag 16 augustus werden enkele problemen in bepaalde bloginformatie (zoals avatars of de volgknop) waargenomen, maar deze werden snel opgelost.
