Una residenza di quattro giorni nel cuore degli Appennini Marchigiani per un nuovo percorso formativo teorico e pratico. Il microfono ci permette di andare in luoghi dove non potremmo andare e parlare con persone con cui sarebbe difficile parlare. Ci offre l’opportunità di ascoltare e raccontare storie in un modo che gli altri mezzi non consentono. Tutti hanno una storia da raccontare e amano raccontarla. Imparare a consegnare a chi ascolta queste storie diventa oggi uno strumento per costruire relazioni e nutrire la comunità contribuendo a farci conoscere in maniera più approfondita tra esseri umani.

Reportage, radio documentari, narrazioni, podcast: ascolti guidati e laboratori pratici, dove conosceremo i ferri del mestiere per raccontare storie con il suono. Un’immersione completa nello studio e nell’esperienza delle nozioni, ad Amandola, dove una convivenza maestosa, quella tra il paesaggio selvaggio del Parco dei Monti Sibillini e le bellezze architettoniche, sarà lo scenario dell’iniziativa sostenuta dai comuni di Fermo e Amandola.

In 2013, I published the book Common Valor and the audiodocumentary West Virginia Voices of War. Three of the World War II veterans interviewed were involved with D Day. Their stories, as published in the book, are included below.
