Lastly, the Sennheiser does not look bad, it just has a bulkier look and not the most exotic looking headphones but honestly it's personal preference. As far as the flexibility goes, the Audio Technica's are typically very flexible and has a real nice range of motion. The Sennheiser is not too flexible and doesn't have a really nice range of motion and feels a bit for stiff. The Sennheiser HD558 is definitely the most comfortable out of all of these headphones. The ear cushion have a really nice plush feel and also are very soft and the headphone has a lot of padding which create a very comfortable experience. You can wear these headphones for hours and hours with no discomfort. I use these headphones to game and watch movies with and. The second runner up in my opinion is the M50x. The reason I think the M50x is more comfortable than the M40x is because the ear pad is a bit wider so when it sits on your ear, it provides more comfort where the ear pad on the M40x is a bit smaller so it sit a little on your ear and is a tad bit firmer. I would say you can wear the Audio Technica's for 2-3 hours with no discomfort and after that your ears might start to get a bit warm because the ear pad are plastic.
