I wanted to post smthn spoopy for halloween & since I’ve been wanting to start posting more au stuff here this seemed like a good excuse to introduce them. Tbh i may not end up using Dark Link in my au at all since I didn’t originally plan on having one, but i thought of a good design that fit the theming so here we are 👀👀👀

"A heroic spirit has taken the form of this bestial dragon. Unlike it's kin, this creature exhibits an extremely aggressive disposition. It appears highly territorial, and will relentlessly chase down those who disturb its skywide patrols - of which it seems to be endlessly searching for either a long-time vassal or foe. Unfortunately, it seems the spirit within has long since forgotten exactly who it was looking for…"

A Linked Universe meets The Dark Crystal AU! I don't even remember what started it at this point. I remembered that the Dark Crystal and Age of Resistance are things I like, blinked, and woke up three days later with an AU and a bunch of art.

The designs and the story are a wip and for fun so expect a lot of variation! (I have a few different beginnings, ideas for different designs, etc)! :D

In addition to #linked universe I'll be using the tags #the dark crystal lu au and #courage of the dark crystal!

Time Vs Dark

A new Main Artwork, set in Time's backstory!

This scene comes from his battle with Dark, the battle in which Time will then lose his eye, and will remain corrupted even once he becomes a legendary spirit

Dark appears in the Hyrule Castle, which surprises Time, since their first battle must not have actually happened. Instead Dark shows that he remembers the battle with the Hero, and declaring that he wants his REVENGE

For this piece I tried to recreate a cinematic cut, I don't know if it actually looks like it but I had fun doing it!

The one below is the version without subtitles and extra margins, and the draft in addition!

One of the very first lu fanfictions I wrote (which is posted exactly nowhere and never will be) was a darksverse. It was a lot of fun to come up with! Dark Sky is Depth, and one of his big freaky traits was an awful-sounding voice :)
