I find it hilarious that Stain, important figure in the development of early MHA, was freed and talked to only one person, All Might. AFO doesn't count for anything.
Instead of wasting time on Stars & Stripes and puppet villain, you'd think Stain would be interacting with Deku and most of the LOV.
That's the thing!!!!!!
Stain is Hella important to the plot so I was excited when he came back into the plot and then I was shortly disappointed at what happend to him. I expected him to have a proper interaction with a lot of characters like the leauge, izuku, tenya and shoto or other characters but we don't get that at all. In my opinion even his interactions with all might fell short and were incredibly disappointed.
Honestly anon I forgot about the puppet villain and I won't be counting that movie canon 😭. Star and stripes was a let down. She had potential and I definitely see her being in the narrative but I am biased and would of enjoyed seeing more of stain as a character.
It seems like the narrative and people themselves forgot how influential stain really was because the league was only ever formed due to stains influence and tenya truly started to question why he was a hero because of stain and his interactions with him.
Also for some reason it seems that more people actually listened to stain when he became a serial killer than when he was making speeches about hero society being corrupt in public

Chief Prosecutor Miles Edgeworth has long been the subject of interest and scrutiny over the years from fellow attorneys and the general public alike, especially for his resolute independence. When Edgeworth becomes the victim of a stabbing in the city's red light district, he is forced to reckon with his pervasive loneliness as past traumas and emotional hang-ups bubble to the surface.
Meanwhile, Phoenix Wright grapples with his own growing sense of isolation and helplessness as his circle of connections grows ever more distant, relationships inevitably fading and discolouring as he enters middle age. With Trucy away on a world tour of her magic act, Phoenix is in turn forced to acknowledge his desperate need for companionship.

Phoenix and Miles deal with growing older and no longer being able to ignore their own needs and desires now that their work life has become (marginally) less chaotic. Takes place in the mid 2040s, when Miles and Phoenix would be in their fifties. Also includes a crime mystery for all you sleuths out there.

Motorcycle Accident Attorney: Why You Need Legal Help After a Crash
Tumblr media
Motorcycle riding can be an exhilarating experience—wind in your hair, the open road ahead, and a sense of freedom that’s hard to beat. But, just as quickly as that joy can turn into a nightmare. Motorcycle accidents can happen in the blink of an eye, leaving riders seriously injured, overwhelmed, and unsure of what steps to take next. That’s where a motorcycle accident attorney comes in. If you’ve been involved in a motorcycle accident, having the right attorney by your side can make all the difference in your recovery, both physically and financially. Let’s explore why hiring a motorcycle accident lawyer is so important and how they can help you navigate the aftermath of a crash.
Why You Need a Motorcycle Accident Attorney
You might think, "Do I really need a lawyer for a motorcycle accident?" The short answer is: Yes. Here’s why.
1. Motorcycle Accidents Are Different
Motorcycle accidents are distinct from car accidents in several ways. Due to the size and visibility of motorcycles, many drivers on the road fail to notice them, which leads to higher chances of accidents. Whether it’s a negligent driver failing to yield or a dangerous road condition, motorcyclists are more vulnerable to severe injuries because they have less protection compared to drivers in cars.
Unfortunately, this bias extends beyond the accident scene. Motorcycle riders often face unfair assumptions, with people quickly assuming they were speeding, reckless, or at fault, even when the facts don’t support that. A motorcycle accident attorney can help clear up these misconceptions and ensure your case gets the fair attention it deserves.
2. Navigating Complex Legal Processes
Motorcycle accident cases can be complex, especially if there’s a dispute about liability or multiple parties are involved. The legal process requires understanding specific traffic laws, insurance claims, and evidence collection. A motorcycle accident attorney is skilled at dealing with these complexities. They’ll ensure that all paperwork is filed correctly and on time, so you don’t miss any crucial deadlines.
3. Maximizing Your Compensation
After an accident, you may be entitled to compensation for various damages, such as:
Medical expenses (hospital visits, surgeries, rehabilitation)
Lost wages (due to being unable to work after the accident)
Pain and suffering (physical pain, emotional distress, trauma)
Property damage (damage to your motorcycle, personal belongings)
A motorcycle accident attorney knows how to calculate the full extent of your damages and will fight to ensure you receive the maximum compensation possible. Without legal representation, you could be settling for less than what you deserve.
4. Dealing with Insurance Companies
Insurance companies often work hard to minimize payouts, and motorcycle accident cases are no exception. The last thing you need is to be pressured into accepting a low settlement offer when you have mounting medical bills and lost wages. A skilled attorney will handle all negotiations with the insurance company, ensuring that your interests are protected. Their experience and knowledge will give you an edge during these discussions.
The Motorcycle Accident Legal Process
If you decide to hire a motorcycle accident attorney, here’s what you can expect during the process:
1. Free Consultation
Most attorneys offer a free initial consultation, which means you can meet with them without any financial obligation. During this consultation, you’ll share the details of your accident, and the attorney will evaluate whether you have a strong case. This is your opportunity to ask questions, understand your options, and see if the attorney feels like the right fit for your case.
2. Investigation and Evidence Collection
Once you’ve hired an attorney, they will begin investigating the accident. This can include:
Reviewing police reports and accident details
Interviewing witnesses to gather testimony
Obtaining medical records to understand the severity of your injuries
Photographing the scene and any damage to your motorcycle
Consulting experts, such as accident reconstructionists, if necessary
All of this evidence will help build a strong case and determine who is responsible for the accident.
3. Negotiation with Insurance Companies
Your attorney will handle all communication with insurance companies. Insurance adjusters may offer you a quick settlement, but it’s usually much lower than what you should receive. Your lawyer will negotiate on your behalf, making sure you’re compensated for all your medical expenses, lost wages, and more.
If the insurance company is unwilling to offer a fair settlement, your attorney may decide to take your case to court.
4. Litigation (If Necessary)
While most motorcycle accident cases settle outside of court, sometimes litigation is necessary. If the case goes to trial, your motorcycle accident attorney will represent you in front of a judge and jury. They’ll present all the evidence they’ve gathered, argue your case, and fight for the compensation you deserve.
Common Causes of Motorcycle Accidents
Understanding the common causes of motorcycle accidents can help you recognize the factors involved in your own case. Here are some of the most frequent causes:
Distracted drivers: Drivers not paying attention, whether they’re on their phones, eating, or adjusting their radios.
Left-turn accidents: Many accidents occur when a driver makes a left turn in front of an oncoming motorcycle.
Lane splitting: In some states, lane splitting (riding between lanes of traffic) can lead to accidents if drivers aren’t aware of motorcyclists.
Unsafe road conditions: Potholes, debris, wet roads, and poor signage can be hazardous to motorcyclists.
Speeding or aggressive driving: Some accidents happen because a driver or rider is speeding or driving recklessly.
Knowing what caused your accident will help your attorney prove fault and strengthen your case.
How to Choose the Right Motorcycle Accident Attorney
Not all attorneys specialize in motorcycle accidents, so choosing the right one is key to the success of your case. Here’s what to look for:
1. Experience in Motorcycle Accident Cases
Make sure the attorney has specific experience handling motorcycle accident cases. Motorcycle law is different from car accident law, and a lawyer who understands the nuances of motorcycle crashes will be better equipped to represent you.
2. Track Record of Success
Look for an attorney with a proven track record of winning cases similar to yours. They should have experience negotiating with insurance companies and, if necessary, taking cases to trial.
3. No Win, No Fee
Many motorcycle accident attorneys work on a contingency fee basis. This means they only get paid if you win your case. This arrangement ensures that your lawyer is motivated to get you the best result possible, and it also makes it easier for you to afford legal representation.
4. Good Communication
Choose an attorney who communicates clearly and consistently. You should feel comfortable asking questions and getting updates on your case. An attorney who listens to you and keeps you informed will make the entire process smoother.
youtube
Conclusion
If you’ve been involved in a motorcycle accident, hiring a motorcycle accident attorney can provide the legal expertise and support you need to recover physically, emotionally, and financially. From navigating complex legal processes to negotiating fair compensation, a skilled attorney will fight for your rights every step of the way. Don’t let insurance companies pressure you into a low settlement. Contact a motorcycle accident attorney today to discuss your case and take the first step toward securing the compensation you deserve. Your future and recovery are worth the effort.
