Video Games: Mutsunokami Yoshiyuki, Aizen Kunitoshi, Atsushi Toushirou
Oh ho, a fun lil headcanon set like this is so funnnn~!
Warnings: Not much I suppose?
Tumblr media
Mutsunokami Yoshiyuki
Sweet MuMu adores video games where we can travel the world. Fantasy world, modern world, past, present, future, he don’t care! An open world game will suit him best! There’s so much to do, and like a lil puppy, MuMu want’s to explore it all!
Extra bonus points if there’s a part of the game where there is something to do with the ocean. He adores the sea after all! Boats, driving them, exploring the ocean, exploring the unknown, oh this TouDan will drink that shit up.
The games that come to mind are Assassin’s Creed: III, Black Flag, Syndicate, Origins, Odyssey, and Valhalla. Why? Most of them deal with exploring new lands and some of them deal with piloting ships! III, Black Flag, Odyssey, Origins, Valhalla to be more specific. Syndicate has guns and classy fashion. A little too much for Mutsunokami but he loves playing with the guns in the game - they are very similar in make to his own after all. he also rly likes the sea shanties in odyssey because i rly like them too
If Mutsunokami wants to relax and not play Assassin’s Creed where he goes around stabbing everything that moves, he will play Subnautica or Abzu or Journey to relax. Maybe even Animal Crossing! He loves the cute little animals but I personally think that games where he can just explore the world and meet new people and learn lore just make him happy the most.
Games MuMu would never play are horror games or anything with spiders in them. So Bayonetta and Devil May Cry are out. He loves the idea of gun-toting protagonists but nope, nope. Spiders? Bye fam.
Now that I think about it, he would just be Blathers. He can play Animal Crossing but Gods help him the minute he sees a spider in that damn game. “I THOUGHT THIS WAS A PEACEFUL GAME, WHY ARE THE SPIDERS TRYING TO KILL YOU” cue controller thrown at the television.
Oh MuMu adores party games! Can’t play Smash Bros or Mario Kart for shit. Watch him pay too much attention to the background and yeet himself off of the stage because he saw something shiny. He can kinda play though, but again he gets distracted the most. Buuut ask him to play Mario Party with the rest of the swords and damn right he will play!
Can and will make video games turn into a drinking game. MuMu adores competitive gaming with the rest of the citadel. Will start taking bets on who is gonna win and lose, and sure he may be a pouty loser but he’ll be fiine. But damn right he’ll yeet a tantou to ensure his win. No he won’t he’s not that cruel.
Mutsunokami also adores rhythm games! Taiko no Tatsujin because of Don-chan and the idea of playing with a lil taiko drum as a controller. He’s very much into music after all. There are times when he stops playing a game to just listen to the music and take it all in!
A guilty pleasure game he plays is probably Ghost of Tsushima. No he’s not checking out Jin’s ass whenever they go to a hot spring, what are you talking about? MuMu enjoys it because sometimes just going back to your roots and stabbing a ho is just what you need. dear khotun khan, eat shit
Aizen Kunitoshi
Aizen is also super big on rhythm games. As said above with Mutsunokami, Taiko no Tatsujin will be a favorite of his. He has a secret collection of Don-chan merch, no one is stopping him damn it. Just fucking tRY and take away his precious Don-chan(s). The only ones that can touch his prized collection are the rest of the Rai swords, other peeps he is close to, and maybe you if you two are close/you ask nicely. Get him some Don-chan pajamas and he’ll cry.
Aizen is also pretty good at fighting games, Street Fighter coming to mind because he adores over the top bullshit and the colors! The colors! He mains Ryu though, but he’s more than willing to try new characters!
He’s also pretty competitive at times, so he would adore playing fighting games with the rest of the swords at the citadel. Hotarumaru and he are always playing Smash Bros or Mario Kart, which ends up with a lot of broken controllers. Hotaru has been slightly banned from planning highly competitive gameplay though.
Other games that I know Aizen will be into will be Animal Crossing when he wants to relax. He loves the little yearly festivals and events in the games and it kinda mirrors how life works in the world. Of course he adores Digby and Isabelle, and has threatened Tom Nook with Hotarumaru before. “Don’t you cheat me you stupid tanuki, don’t make me get my brother in here.”
Games that Aizen cannot play are puzzle games. He doesn’t mind them, he just finds them really boring. He watches Akashi play them sometimes but even then, Akashi will conk the hell out. If you play them and have Aizen on your lap watching, Aizen will be amazed at how you are so good at them!
Aizen cannot deal with horror games or sad emotional games. He’s pretty emotional himself and will need a lot of hugs after. He will refuse to play Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons as they remind him of Hotarumaru and himself a lil too much. Horror games is because he’s too scared to. Hotarumaru doesn’t mind them, he likes playing them while Aizen and Akashi cling on to each other and scream in terror.
Aizen also loves games that not only have great music but the visuals and colors just catch his eye. Katamari Damacy comes to mind and he loves the main character a lot. The music! The colors! Ohh man its the best.
A guilty pleasure game he would love is the monster catching genre, Pokemon is an idea but he also loves Yokai Watch. Yokai Watch feels a lil more closer to home, plus Yokai Watch had a crossover with Taiko no Tatsujin! He immediately wasted no time and effort to try and recruit Don-chan. iM STILL TRYING TO GET DON-CHAN ON MY TEAM U LIL SHIt but also im rly biased towards yokai watch and digimon
This lil guy will also love collecting plushies of any characters of the games he plays! Don-chan is his first choice of course but catch him and Hotarumaru in a little cuddle puddle with 70 other plushies from various games!
Most of all, Aizen loves games where he can play with others! Friends, family, you! It doesn’t matter to him! He’ll drag you from your office to relax and just cheer anyone up with something fun! “Come play with me! You promised after all, master! I’ve found a rEALLY cool and fun game to play together with Hotaru!” bless him he’s trying his best
Atsushi Toushirou
Like Aizen, Atsushi will mostly enjoy multiplayer games because of his multitudes of brothers, younger and older. He’ll pick out games like Mario Party, Mario Kart, classics for sure. But then there’s games like Wario Ware or Smash Bros. He wants to play games with as many people as possible! He loves it when he can play with you and his brothers!
If Atsushi wants to play something more solo, he will play something along the lines of Cooking Mama. Houchou got him addicted to it gee i wonder why Houchou loves the game so much but Atsushi just loves the dishes that he can prepare and it almost feels like he can cook! He once tried to follow exactly what Cooking Mama did in the game for cooking once uh...it did not end up. But none the less, he loves the colors and the music of Cooking Mama!
He is also a big ol fan of life simulation games, Animal Crossing being his favorite. Again he and his siblings can all play together and the calm atmosphere almost lulls him to a peaceful sort of sleep that he adores the most. He loves the relaxing vibe and sometimes wishes to live there, wherever the hell these guys live.
Next to Yagen, I think Atsushi will lowkey adore horror games. Yagen does it just to get a rise out of the rest of his siblings and Atsushi is kind of the same. Sure Yagen finds the most gorey and atmospheric based horror to scare the crap outta his siblings, Atsushi will probably play the more jumpscare based horror games just to get a scare outta them too! What good is a horror game if you’re not scared as well??? Damn right he’ll wait until it’s night time to play these games!
Atsushi also does love RPG games! Star Ocean, Final Fantasy, Legend of Zelda, come to mind first. He just loves going on big adventures! Exploring new worlds, meeting new people, learning new things! Bonus points if the game has a really emotional story, catch him and his brothers crying about whatever happens on screen.
Atsushi has a secret fondness for rather childish games. Pokemon, Yokai Watch, so on and so forth. YEs he’s trying his best to be mature and stuff, supporting you his saniwa and all, but sometimes he just wants to be himself and have fun! He has a few mascot plushies from his brothers too, shhh.
Atsushi is also terrifyingly amazing at turn-based strategy games. Mario + Rabbids being a favorite because of the colors and overall fun atmosphere. Fire Emblem is a close second. He knows exactly how to keep his units and characters alive, what upgrades to give them, so on and so forth. “General! Come look at what I did in my game! Wouldn’t it be cool if we could also do something like this?!” he says that as Rabbid Luigi yeets himself off of normal Mario and soars through the air like a bird, landing gracefully without hurting himself. Atsushi no.
He’s the most likely of the TouDans to get into the indie gaming scene, looking at new and upcoming content creators to see what they make! He wants to support them as much as he can!
He’s also one of the more responsible of the TouDans in terms of games. Others will start buying them on a whim but Atsu knows there’s a budget to be had! He isn’t as money crunching as Hakata or anything but he knows his damn limits!
Another game genre he’s secretly into are visual novels. He loves the budding relationships between characters, romantic or not, he loves seeing where they end up! It’s like he’s growing with them!

Touken ranbu danganronpa AU
Because every time I joined a new fandom I always gonna want a danganronpa AU
Kashuu is the protagonist.
Now I dont ship anmitsu but since Kashuu is the protagonist I feel like he is going to have to join the dead waifu/ (husbando?) Club.
Now how did they end up in this situation? Who is the mastermind? Is it the saniwa? If so then why? I figured this all takes place at the citadel, did they all lost their memories also like in the game?
Who would be the one to mind fcks everyone during trials for the lulz? My candidates would be Mikazuki and Nikkari.

Can you do 'who you should fight' for gintama and bungou stray dogs?
Who You Should Fight: Bungou Stray Dogs
Fyodor: You’d be dead before you even knew you wanted to fight him. Do not fight Fyodor
Dazai: Odds are he isn’t going to take you seriously. Dazai knew about the fight the minute you even considered challenging him. You already lost. But at least he’ll spare your life. What the hell, fight Dazai
Chuuya: You think you could beat the Mafia’s best martial artist? Ha! I mean, maybe if you stole his hat, but good luck trying. You’d have a 5% chance of getting an opening to take him out. Fight Chuuya if you’ve got the balls
Atsushi: Really? You want to fight Atsushi? What has he ever done to you? You could probably win but be prepared for the ada to kick your ass afterwards. Don’t fight Atsushi
Akutagawa: I mean, if you have a death wish go ahead. If you’re lucky he might make it quick and painless, but I wouldn’t count on it. Only fight him if you want to die
Who You Should Fight: Gintama
Gintoki: Whether or not you win depends on his mood and if you hurt one of his friends. You might win, or he might knock you into the ground. Fight Gintoki
Kagura: She’s part of a warrior clan and can go head to head with her yato commander brother and father. She also kicked Abuto’s ass. You do the math
Shinpachi: We all know Shinpachi’s true life force is his glasses. Knock them off and you’re golden…if you can, that is. Fight Shinpachi
Hijikata: Tbh you could throw him off with a bottle of mayo but that’s IF you get the chance. Fight Hijikata
Sougo: This guy calls himself a sadist on the daily and even tries going after his vice commander. He’d take you out the moment he sensed your bloodlust. Don’t fight Sougo.
Takasugi: You’d have to be crazy to challenge Takasugi, what’s wrong with you? His glare alone could kill you. If he doesn’t kill you he’d probably blow smoke in your face before one of his subordinates did. Don’t fight Takasugi
Sakamoto: Are you kidding me? Why would you fight Sakamoto? You could probably win but at what cost? If Mutsu doesn’t kick your ass first I will. Don’t fight Sakamoto
Otea: Her looks might throw you off, but i’m pretty sure she fought almost every male in the show with her bare hands. And besides, why would you even want to fight Otea? Don’t fight Otea

“Favorite? Why would I have a favorite? All of them are equally important for the history, with this in mind, of course they are equally important for me.”
Tumblr media
Sayuri doesn’t like to admit, but she in fact have favorites. Long post!
Remember that as a child she liked the concept of wielding naginata? This is now a special matter. I dare to say that her favorite is Tomoegata Naginata due to his calm nature and disposition to be by the saniwa’s side. She kinda pities him to the fact that he has no memories at all, so she tires her best to be a good master for him. But that isn’t so obvious, since she tries to maintain the figure of a general.
Sayuri has a tendency to be more drawn to quiet swords and the ones who she can count on when it comes to administration, however there are some notable exceptions. So, I’ll be listing her favorites and the reasons behind for each type:
Tantou: Atsushi Toushirou, Hakata Toushirou and Yagen Toushirou. Sayuri is in a constant state of grief and also trying to maintain the figure of someone strong, so I can say that she spends more time with him in comparison to the other two, since Atsushi shows to be very encouraging towards to the saniwa. Yagen would be the one who Sayuri relies when facing difficult decisions, she is also guilty of encouraging Yagen in his interests too much as a rewards for aiding her. Hakata is the one she seeks when she needs help administrating the resources, because she has no self control: she will either pile the resources to the point they will be on the maximum limit or she will dry the citadel. Things were more unstable before Hakata was summoned, indeed.
Wakizashi: She tried to get along to Honebami, however she is a bit afraid of being too pushy (who wants to be pushy to someone called Bone Feaster?!) and backed away. Horikawa Kunihiro is the one who Sayuri relies the most when it comes to her notes and also is the one who she is not afraid to ask important questions, even knowing that he may not have an answer. Horikawa’s gentle disposal easily made her see him as an older brother figure.
Uchiganata: Hachisuka Kotetsu was a acquired taste, since he was her grandfather’s starter. Hachisuka, besides being a bit of too much self-centered for Sayuri’s taste, seems to be more caring to the saniwa (except during internal affairs) than the other starters. And let’s be honest: Sayuri is in a constant state of needing a bit of care, she just doesn’t tell or show. Nankaitarou Chouson is a scholar, so Sayuri had an almost instant-favoritism towards him, so it’s no surprise to see her looking after him, specially after his knowledge. The only factor that doesn’t make Nankaitarou Sayuri’s favorite is that Tomoegata seems to be a bit more reliable. Izuminokami Kanesada was also a acquired taste, his sensible side, competence, self-confidence are the two factors that made Sayuri comfortable around him, however his self-confidence also makes Sayuri a bit uncomfortable. Sayuri doesn’t like to admit, but she thinks that if she had at least a half of his self-confidence, she would be able to overcome her fear of failure. Kashuu Kiyomitsu won his place by giving the attention that Sayuri needs, in return she makes sure that he isn’t feeling left aside, however she doesn’t actively seeks him out mostly because of his lovely nature, and, trust me, she has no intention in getting attached to a tsukumogami. Nagasone Kotetsu gradually grew on her due to his competence, nowadays she tries to mirror his actions on the rare occasions she needs to show authority, yet keeping a welcoming nature. Ookurikara and Kasen Kanesada were also acquired tastes. Ookurikara’s unwillingness to be cooperative worries Sayuri to the point it can cause a critical failure, so her worries slowly died down and she eventually started to accept his choices, his independence being the thing she likes the most about him. Kasen, on the other hand, had a calmer path to Sayuri’s liking: as I mentioned in her liking for Nankaitarou’s knowledge on swords, she also has a liking for Kasen’s knowledge in poetry. However it took time, since some poetry pieces are hard to read and have multiple interpretations, and abstract concepts aren’t Sayuri’s forte.
Tachi: Kousetsu Samonji ranks the third place in the podium of Sayuri’s favorites. Kousetsu was the first one who made her question herself if she was doing the right thing all along, if the war was really necessary. Let’s say he gave Sayuri a hard time in their first moments, however his almost unnoticeable enjoyment in doing pacific chores always makes her happy. The world sure is full of suffering, but being able to appreciate it’s beauty is a true grace, by trying to learn his way of thinking, the weight of the grief for losing her grandfather seemed to be lighter. Kogarasumaru is... Complicated. It started as the complete opposite due to him being quite strict, even for Sayuri’s standards, but Kogarasumaru has a kind of wisdom that Sayuri knew that she could only learn by not having this disliking for him. Trust me, it took years for her to slowly adapt her lifestyle and eventually see Kogarasumaru as a confident. It’s rare to her seek for him, however if it needs the voice of experience, he is the one she will go after.
Oodachi: And the exception! Jiroutachi besides being the extreme opposite of the swords that Sayuri tends to be drawn to and the strong smell of sake, his merry behavior is something that she wasn’t expecting, he also seems to be very honest about what he wants and oh boy, she kinda envies him for this capacity. Also, I’m sure that he was the first one to offer sake to her and... We know, Sayuri is a violent drunk who simply wants to pick fights to let her stress out, that’s one of the reasons she doesn’t even think about drinking. Yet, if it’s with Jiroutachi, she doesn’t mind in getting drunk, because for some reason she can’t become upset when he is around. Maybe it’s contagious, his merriness. Her liking for Taroutachi mainly comes from Jiroutachi, however Taroutachi isn’t one of her favorites.
Yari: Otegine in Sayuri’s point of view is like a bud that hasn’t blossomed yet, his hesitation and comparison to the other two great spears always gets her straight into the heart because of a small resemblance to her own situation: comparing herself to her grandfather as a saniwa. You can imagine how many times she said “you can only say that you are only good at stabbing after you get used to do other things” and it’s variations internally: way too many. She hopes that one day he will bloom, the same she hopes for herself. She is quite impressed by his Kiwame and, for sure, she is going to attend his wish to be the best spear!
As for my OCs:
Ebina is a nuisance when he tries to challenge her mentally, however she doesn’t mind when he just asks her to play games. Not exactly a favorite, but the one who spends more time with her out of the tantous.
Raikirimaru and Hoshizukiyo Masamune ties as her favorites wakizashis: Raikirimaru was supportive towards her during her childhood, so she really sees him as a fatherly figure. Hoshizukiyo actively tries to make a bond of trust with the saniwa, so Sayuri seeing this disposition coming from him was enough to see him as a possible favorite.
Hosokawa Tadamasa is another exception, however this uchigatana is easily excited about new things and this excitement is something that never fails to amuse Sayuri.
Among the tachi, she tried to get on the good side of Yamatorige and failed miserably, but she got the attention of Kiku Ichimonji Norimune, who can be balanced about hard decisions and even to do on the daily routine. Kiku also has a soft spot for animals, specially dogs, Sayuri nowadays knows way too much dog facts thanks to him.
For the blunt weapons: she relies on Sensaifumetsu for helping her with the paperwork. She thought at first that Sensaifumetsu was going to be a kind of weapon that only thinks about fighting, fighting, fighting and sleeping, but she was quite surprised that how good Sensaifumetsu is with office job. Since this discovering, Sensaifumetsu became a permanent report-reviewer.

Ashes
The wind had picked up the moment they entered through the front door.
What once had stood so proudly against the attacks of nature was now vacated and not much different from a shack. It had been their home until the fire that cost them everything.
“This sure brings back memories.” Their small companion, a fox with silky fur spoke. “Oh, the peaceful days before the fire…”
Ten years ago, this place had been their home. It had sheltered them and gave them so many precious memories. The fire came suddenly and it burnt down the building and those unfortunate enough to be trapped inside.
“We have been searching for years yet we still haven’t found the culprit.” Atsushi, a young teen sighed as he touched the charred wall.
Nakigitsune, the eldest, who had been sniffling around turned and gathered them around with a flick of his hand. “Let’s head back.” He spoke, softly while the fox on his shoulder let out an approving yap.
Atsushi nodded as he turned to their other companions. Two boys, roughly his height, each had a confident smirk on their face. “Yagen, Gotou, lead the way.”
The black-haired one, Yagen gave a mock salute as he headed to the front door with the messy-haired Gotou on his side. “Sure, Captain.”
They left the burnt down mansion as quietly as they came, despite the howling wind and the chill of the night.
“A storm is coming…” The eldest of the four mumbled as he left through the rusted gate.
His words were lost in the winds and weren’t heard by anyone but his companion fox.

The Awataguchi Clan was one of the strongest in their little society. They had been one of the first clans established and they were striving until the fire that burned down their mansion ten years ago.
They had suffered terribly but with the combined force of their remaining members, they had risen again and had taken back their place as one of the strongest clans.
But that wasn’t the only reason why they were a hot topic amongst the vampires.
Small foot padded through the hallway and stopped at the large double door. The owner of those foot hesitated but after a moment of consideration, he opened the door and quietly entered the room and mindfully closed the door after he had entered.
The chattering in the room stopped as the small boy rushed toward the man whose hair was a gentle blue. “Ichi-nii, they come again.” The boy said, distress clear in his voice. “Hirano and Maeda are outside, stalling them.”
The man smiled, a small and kind smile but the words he spoke did not hold such warm. “Akita, whose hand are they asking for?” He had set his pen down the moment Akita entered the room and now he looked ready to rise.
The boy looked like he was about to pass out but he managed to squeak out. “Uhm, they are asking for Yagen-niisan’s hand.” His unique eyes, blue with tints of pink, dashed worriedly to the young bespectacled black-haired teen.
Yagen rose from his seat, his report placed neatly on the desk as he excused himself. “I apologize for this inconvenience but I will soon settle this.” He bowed, humbly and politely.
The aqua-haired man rose. “We will settle this.” He said, stressing on the first word. With a small smile at the teen, a determine look entered his normally warm golden eyes. “We are a family, aren’t we? How can we not stand by you?”
Ichigo Hitofuri, the rumored heir of the Awataguchi Clan. Known for his kindness and politeness and praised for his intelligence and resilience, he was a force to be reckoned with when it comes to those he held dear.

The world they lived in was complex. Vampires and humans lived side by side and cooperated to further their society. Whether human or vampire, they were divided into three groups based on their dynamics at birth.
There were alphas, those with abilities to lead. And there were betas, those talented in negotiation. And there were omegas, those who played the role of healers.
Leaders… Peacemakers… And healers…
The Awataguchi Clan was blessed as they had a variety of dynamics. There were alphas but also betas and omegas thrived in their Clan.
As the number of vampires who presented as omegas decreased, omegas had become rarer in the society of the vampires as only vampires who presented as omegas could carry the heir of the vampire Clans.
Or at least that was what the purists thought.
“I will never understand them.” Mouri Toushirou, a small teen with hair the color of ferns, pouted as the main door closed. “Why are they always coming here? Don’t they understand that none of us want an engagement?”
Ichigo smiled as he patted the boy’s head, rustling his soft hair. “Most of them are purists who believe only a pure vampire can become an heir of a clan. They come, seeking for your hands because they want heirs.” He explained gently as he guided his brothers inside.
Houchou, who was bouncing ahead, laughed softly. “I really want to see their faces when they know that most of us are half-bloods.” His light brown locks bounced softly as he turned to face his brothers with a grin.
Yagen smirked as he imagined the picture Houchou painted. “Well, that would be really interesting but our blood status is none of their business.” He said with a small shrug.
“Why does blood status matter, anyway?” Hirano asked as he walked side by side with his twin, Maeda. “That mindset will only bring trouble. Our world is thriving. Why should we divide ourselves?”
The ever-present smile on Ichigo’s lips seemed to stretch wider as he patted Hirano’s head. “I don’t have an answer for that, Hirano.” He said kindly. “But you are right. Together, we stand and divided, we fall.”
(Page break)
There was another side called the underworld, a darker side of their world where they had the fight to ensure their survival. Of course, that side was well-hidden and was not approved by the majority of humans and vampires alike.
But it continued to strive as the other, the lighter and positive side of their world that was called the upper world, thrived.
Blue eyes glinted in the dark as they cloaked themselves in shadows. The daggers at their side gleamed as they moved soundlessly toward their destination.
“This should be the place.” The youth with hair the color of sunshine called Midare muttered as they stopped outside the door of an abandoned house. “Honebami-nii and Namazuo-nii will soon contact us. After that, you know what to do, right?”
Hakata, a bespectacled boy flashed his fair-haired brother a confident grin. “Of course. This mission is simple. Even a child could do it.”
Shinano, a boy with hair the color of flame, pouted as he huddled in the shadows. “Shouldn’t it be wiser to send me?” He asked, ears pricked for the sound of their other brothers through the phone in his hand. “After all, I am the treasured one. They would not be suspicious at me.”
“Ah, but Honebami-nii and Namazuo-nii are more experienced.” Midare explained with a tilt of his head. “And they are betas. They are better at negotiations and they are harder to detect by scent. We are just reinforcement.”
Suddenly, the fair-haired Midare turned, squinting at the window on the second floor. “I have a feeling we are being watched.” He murmured softly as his hand crept toward where his dagger was. His eyes traveled from the window to the roof.
His brothers both had their hands on their respective dagger as a shadow fell on them.
Raising their head, eyes narrowed in concentration, they rolled out of the way when multiple people dressed in black landed, successfully surrounded them.
“Oh, are these the little mice we were looking for?” One woman, an alpha by the smell, gushed. “Our boss said you were being a nuisance, lurking outside his lair after you two of your brothers went in to negotiate with him.” In her hand was a dagger that gleamed dangerously in the soft light of the moon above them. “So, we should welcome you warmly while we wait for your brothers, shouldn’t we?”
A malicious grin spread on Midare’s lips as he unsheathed his daggers. “What do you say? Shall we wreak havoc on them?” His blue eyes glinted daringly as they settled on their newly arrived enemies.
(Page break)
It was a common knowledge that vampire clans, especially large ones, maintained both their positions in the upper world and the underworld. This made them dangerous as no one knew where their loyalty truly lied but the humans weren’t as innocent as they claimed since they also played a part in the underworld.
There were corrupted human leaders who sided with the underworld for their own gain as well as vampire clans who preferred the underworld.
In other words, both sides were involved in the business of the underworld.
“Er… How did the mission go?” Little Gokotai asked, surrounded by his tiger cubs as he handed his brothers fresh towers.
Namazuo, one of the eldest, seemed to be bouncing on his feet he toweled his newly-cleaned black hair. “I suppose it went ok.” He replied. “We had cuts and scratches but all in all, none of us suffer any major injuries.”
“Did something happen when we were gone?” Shinano asked as he dried himself with a tower. His blood soaked uniform was folded and placed neatly in the laundry basket with his name on it.
“Uhm… They… They came again.” Gokotai said, tripping over his words. The little boy was just too shy, even when he was with his family. “They… They asked for Yagen-nii’s hand.”
The chattering in the spacious bath dimmed and the silence was broken when Namazuo chuckled loudly. “Well, I can guess how it played out.” He said, closing his eyes with a mischievous smile.
His twin, Honebami, raised an eyebrow as he placed his dirty uniform in his laundry basket. “Don’t do anything stupid, brother.” He chided his twin quietly.
“Don’t you find it weird that not many asked for Nakigitsune-san’s hand?” Midare chirped as he tied his hair with a red ribbon. “They are always asking for Yagen’s or Shinano’s or sometimes, Akita’s but hardly ever Nakigitsune-san’s.”
“If I remember correctly, one of Nakigitsune-san’s suitors was from the Sanjou Clan.” Hakata spoke. “I don’t know what happened but Ichi-nii was quite stressed about it.”
