154/ Packed Rich - Warp Field (2023) there's a softness to each element, yet the percussion often sways a bit frenetic. a warm energy to contrast (and yet compliment) the cold timbres. "Fluid State" standout i think

155/ Atom TM - HD (2013) man. i love this flavor of atomtm. the blindingly electric raw electropeppy whatever this is. kraftwerk 2. idk. exception: "My Generation". that's a really cool punk vibe but not my cup of tea. emphasis: still a really good tune.

156/ Aleksi Perälä - Mental Union 3 (2013) maybe an odd place to start AP's catalogue, but im pulling from my 2013 list so: it's a really cool oldschool throwback vibe with a coat of shiny microtonal paint. apparently it dual released on rephlex? it's a perfect fit for the label.

159/ The Black Dog - The Grey Album (2023) broadly, a good album with some bleepy soundscapes. kinda chill. but… nothing really stood out for me? EXCEPT "Empire Statement Humanoid", which hits me just right …but that was on an earlier single, so hm.

160/ Hiroki Kikuta - Indivisible OST (2019) i saw someone say this was kikuta's best work yet. that's a high mark to reach, but ill say: it's a solid ost all around. he rly flexes his action music here but I prefer his more chill swings (f.ex "Perpetual Heartbeat")

Just one letter short of “radical”, this album is no less than exactly that - an orgy of powerful, blunt repetition and hyperbolic simplicity, a profound evocation of nothingness and its surroundings. The 13 tracks (which comprise the digital full-length version) of »Radial« are the exact expansion of sonic ideas those three artists have explored during the last couple of decades. Walzerzyklus is a collaborative EP from German artist Atom™ and Russian singer Lisokot, released on Raster music label. Atom™ worked with Lisokot to craft seven tracks that employ the ¾ time of a classic waltz. I was asked to create costumes for this project, which would include a reinterpretation of XVI-XVII centuries gowns’ elements.

394/ TEMPUS TONIC PHILHARMONIC - FLIPS Vol1 (2021) approaching skeptically… im picky about vocals but also this guy is good. so: "TELEROBOT ROCKAVISION" being familiar with the origs helps me have a fun time "IMPULSE" just a prog journey. hell yeah. "DISECTO" fun take on wobs!

396/ Oriental Magnetic Yellow - 養殖 XO Breeds (1996) feels like a (faux?)live version of a very banger album… …which doesn't rly work for me. esp the vocals. tho i would like to highlight the backing for "Tighten nap". it has an astoundingly 90s-tracker tightness.

397/ Unterm Rad - Unfinished Business (2023) this feels like a modern take on the clicky beepy y2k atomtm vibe. its kinda rly rly cool actually highlights? hmm… title track is possibly the hardest one here. try "The Fact Of The Matter" to hear this album's… atonal tones(?)

398/ VA - Twonkilation, Vol. 1 (2017) sometimes silly, sometimes banger. "Head Bang" hits both lol "Rubbish" is one of those songs that "goes hard" but is just so silly about it. I'd also like to highlight "Jump Kick". kind of a more serious version of Rubbish lol

399/ Remote Guest List - Lonely night lead me close to the edge of enlightenment (2023) softest quietest chill. i love the weird dinks in "Long Exposure". its a very specific feeling!!

400/ DJ Shadow - Action Adventure (2023) kind of fascinated with this! it's extremely 80s but not always. "You Played Me" is just an 80s hit. i keep coming back to it lol (idk "when" you'd place "Free For All" but its also a fav) how is "Fleeting Youth" so beautiful
