wanting to wear something more structured (eg a sports bra) under my clothes because it makes my chest look flatter vs any amount of pressure on my shoulders instantly giving me a headache: fight

#I'll never wear bras because they're evil to me but sometimes it'd be nice to wear like a sports bra or a bralette or even a binder or smth #for more than threeseconds without giving me a migraine #atm I just wear tanktops & nothing else which. which is fine for the most part but I do like & miss how I look w a flatter chest #thoughts
