Happiness Within The Depths Of Despair

Ok, so I've decided to start posting some of my work here. This is a wip that I've been working on for over a year now. Also available on fanfic.net.

Setting: After episode 151 in which Kagome heals Kikyo's body from the poisonous miasma that was spreading throughout her. Though InuYasha did not chase after Kikyo that night, Kagome knew it was inevitable that he would eventually.

Chapter 1: Home For Good

Kagome reveled in the feel of InuYasha's body beneath her own. She could feel every muscle on his body move as he ran towards the next village with rumors of Naraku's nefarious schemes. Resting her head on his back, she could almost pretend that it could always be like this. Almost. But alas, she knew that his heart belonged to an already dead priestess that still roamed the Earth mostly due to her own recent actions. Though if she was given the same choice again, she knew she would make the same choice. It was just simply the right thing to do, and she couldn't let the woman InuYasha loved die if she had the power to save her. An audible sigh escaped Kagome's lips as the thoughts played through her mind.

InuYasha's ears twitched at the sound of Kagome's distress. What on Earth could she possibly be upset about now? “Eh, Kagome, you alright?”

Kagome's head perked up slightly, “Yeah, I'm fine, InuYasha. Don't worry about me.”

InuYasha could tell by the sound of her voice that she wasn't telling the truth, but it wasn't in his nature to pry. Besides, the village they were headed for had just come into view. InuYasha pushed himself faster. If the rumors were true, then this village had news of Naraku's whereabouts.

It was nearly dark by the time they reached the village. Like always, the villagers regarded them with a mixture of awe and fear. Miroku worked quickly to alleviate those fears and obtain lodging for the evening. “Good sir, I sense I great demonic aura around this village. Please, allow me to exorcise it for you?”

“Demonic aura you say? That's odd since that priestess just came through and slayed the demon plaguing our area.”

InuYasha's ears perked up. Kagome's heart sank. “What priestess, old man?” InuYasha asked, harshly.

“Let me see, I think she said her name was... Kikyo. Yes, that's it, Kikyo. She just passed through here yesterday.”

InuYasha stepped right in front of the old man. “Which way did she go, old man?”

Kagome watched InuYasha get worked up over possible news of Kikyo. She knew it. She knew he wasn't over her. Even though he didn't go after her that night she saved her, his heart still yearned for her. Tears welled up in her eyes.

The old man pointed towards the north-west, into the darkness of the forest. “She went that way. Strange one, she was. Didn't eat a thing or accept anything for her services. Just wanted to help, she said.”

Kagome couldn't bring herself to say what she normally would. She couldn't utter the words and watch InuYasha once again choose Kikyo over her. So instead, she watched as he made the decision himself. Tears were on the brink of falling when InuYasha turned to her.

“Kagome, I...”

“Don't, InuYasha. If you're going then just go.” Her voice cracked as she spoke.

His mouth tightened. Without another word, he turned from her and headed in the direction the man had pointed. Kagome, I promise I'll return. I have to see her one last time. I have to tell her to move on. To cross over to the netherworld like she should have 50 years ago. I can't move on with you until Kikyo and I can say goodbye, properly. Don't be too upset with me, Kagome. I promise I'll explain when I get back.

Kagome watched as the red of his fire rat kimono drifted out of sight. Still holding back her tears, she turned to Sango. “Sango, do you think it would be ok if I borrowed Kirara?”

“Kagome, are you going home, again?” Sango asked.

The tears finally poured down her cheeks. “I can't keep doing this to myself, Sango. I don't belong here. I never did. You guys don't need me. I'm more a hinderance than a help most times and honestly it's not like I'm the only person who can see the jewel shards. You'll all be better off without me. I need to go back to where I belong.”

Shippo looked up at Kagome with tears in his eyes. “But, what about all of us, Kagome? Won't you miss us?”

Kagome bent down and picked up the child fox demon and held him in her arms. “Oh Shippo, of course I will. I love you guys and I'll always think about you. But you know I can't stay here. Not and keep any of my sanity. Maybe someday I'll come back for a visit. But I just know I can't stay.” Kagome looked in the direction her hanyou had ran after another woman. “Not anymore.” Kagome stood up and handed the still crying Shippo to Sango.

“Kagome, are you sure about this?” Miroku asked her. “What of InuYasha?”

Kagome's face turned red and her fists clenched at her sides. “He'll have his precious Kikyo. Like I said, he doesn't need me.”

Sango sighed. Once again, InuYasha's stupidity would cause them to lose more time tracking Naraku because he would have to go apologize to Kagome. Though Sango worried a simple apology wouldn't be enough this time. She nodded at Kirara who transformed into her larger demon cat form. If Kagome wanted to go home, they weren't going to stop her. Best she had Kirara with her for protection.

Kagome wrapped her arms around both Sango and Miroku. “I hope you guys find happiness. Don't be like us, ok?” Sango blushed and looked away from Kagome. With those last few words, Kagome climbed atop Kirara and was off back to the bone eater's well that would take her back to her own time.

InuYasha had finally picked up her scent. It was faint but it made him pick up his pace. The sooner he found Kikyo, the sooner he could return to Kagome and get her tirade of sit commands over with and explain what he was doing. Before long, he spotted a few of her soul collectors and followed them right to her, the woman he had loved so long ago.

Kikyo was sprawled out in a tree awaiting the souls her collectors dropped into her. Her eyes opened at hearing his approach. “Ah, InuYasha. It seems you have found me.” She slowly arose and slipped down from the tree to stand in front of him. “Tell me, why do you visit me this time?”

“Ki-Kikyo.” InuYasha couldn't help but pull her into his arms, one last time. “I thought Naraku had killed you.” He breathed into her hair. “But Kagome saved you. Kagome kept you alive.”

“Yes, that foolish girl. She poured all of her spiritual power into saving this body. For what reason, I cannot fathom.”

InuYasha pulled back from her. “For what reason? Because that's just who she is. She's a kindhearted, loyal, pure soul who puts her own safety and happiness in danger constantly.”

“Humph. Is that so, InuYasha? Then what are you doing here, with me, if that's all true?”

He looked deep into her cold, dead eyes. The eyes that held nothing of the woman he once loved, he realized that now. This body he held was merely a shell full of the bitterness and anger Naraku had created all that time ago. “To say goodbye.”

Kikyo's eyes widened. “Wh-what?”

“Kikyo, I'll always have a place for the woman you once were in my heart. But that woman died over 50 years ago at the hands of Naraku. I'll avenge you, don't worry. But the Kikyo I loved is no longer alive. I've come to ask you to move on. Go to the netherworld and find peace.”

Kikyo laughed. “Move on, you say? Impossible. The only way for me to 'move on' is by this body's complete death or the reunion of the soul I share with that girl, Kagome. I don't think either of those things is happening anytime soon, InuYasha.”

InuYasha nodded and dropped his hands to his sides. “I thought you might say something like that. Go, go now, Kikyo. The next time I see you, I will ensure your soul finds its way either to the netherworld or back with Kagome. Either way, you will cease to exist. This is your one warning. I can't keep doing this to Kagome. I... I love her, Kikyo. I want to be with her. And having you around makes that impossible.” With those words, InuYasha turned to leave her.

“InuYasha...” He stopped but did not face her. “You mean that, don't you? That you would kill me?”

“You're already dead, Kikyo. I would just make it permanent.” He turned his head back to her. “Goodbye, Kikyo.”

The miko watched in awe as the hanyou she had once loved ran from her, forever. “Goodbye, InuYasha,” she whispered after him.

“Ah, Sango, isn't it nice to be alone for once?” Miroku questioned playfully as he reached out to stroke her bottom. Shippo watched as Sango's face turned atleast five different shades of red and her hand came up and slapped his face with such force that it left a deep red mark.

“Why you, you, you PERVERT!” She screamed at him. “First of all, we're NOT alone.” Her finger pointed straight at Shippo.

Miroku's eyes followed Sango's finger. “Who, Shippo? Why the boy has to learn sometime, doesn't he?” A smile played at the corners of his mouth as he looked back at her.

“Miroku, this is so NOT the time. What with InuYasha run off after Kikyo for the millionth time and Kagome gone and run home again...”

It was just then that InuYasha shoved open the sliding doors and looked at Sango accusingly. “What do you mean Kagome ran home?”

Miroku stood and faced the angry half demon. “She said she didn't belong here anymore, Inuyasha. She was deeply upset after you ran off to find Kikyo. I'm afraid she may not return this time.”

“Damnit all, that stupid wench!” He turned and ran south, the direction of Kaede's village and the bone eater's well that would take Kagome home.

Miroku and Sango exchanged knowing looks. Those two would never make it if neither of them would admit their feelings to the other. They sighed and returned to their dinner. Best to learn what they could here before making their own way back to the village.

It had been a few hours since she had returned to her own time. Her family wasn't home, so for the first time in ages, she enjoyed a solitary dinner followed by a nice long, hot bath. It was the weekend, so she atleast had a couple days before she had to return to school and her normal life. She sat on her bed, wrapped in a towel, brushing out her hair. Stupid InuYasha. Why couldn't he understand what he did to her? Feeling herself on the brink of more tears, she decided sleep would be best. Too tired to put on her pajamas, she simply threw the towel in the direction of her hamper and pulled the covers up over herself. Sleep found her quickly, and before she knew it her breathing had slowed and her eyelids moved in time with her dreams.

The moon was high in the sky before InuYasha made his own way through the well after Kagome. Even at his top speed, it had taken him hours to travel so far. Why had she gone back so suddenly? Why hadn't she waited for him to return and explain everything to her? Quietly, he opened her window and climbed through. He looked at where she lay sprawled in her bed. Her covers had become tangled up, so much of her body was visible to him. One pert little nipple was peeking up over the top of her blanket and her creamy thigh was completely visible to him.

Seeing her like this brought his body so much agony. It was already hard enough being close to her everyday and never touching her. But this, this was too much for him. His entire body hardened at the sight of her naked body, so ripe and ready.

Unable to move for fear of what he might do, InuYasha stood there and watched her sleep. He studied her face. The tear tracks on her cheeks would've been obvious to anyone, but he could smell the salt of her tears on her skin. He sighed. He hadn't meant to upset her. Everything in him wanted to reach out and hold her. But something held him back.

Suddenly, she stirred and began rubbing her eyes. He watched in both awe and horror as she turned and focused on him. As sleep left her mind, she sat up quickly, forgetting her naked state. The covers fell down to her waist, fully exposing her breasts to him.

“Inu-InuYasha? What are you doing here?”

Turning away from the sight of her before he took her in his arms he replied, “I came to get you. Wha'dya think?”

The sudden chill she got from the open window made her aware of her nakedness. She quickly pulled the covers up over herself. “I'm not going back, InuYasha.”

His face turned back to her, angry. “What do you mean not going back?!?!?” he yelled.

Her own face twisted in anger and she yelled back, “I'm done! I'm not going to be your human jewel shard detector anymore! Besides, it's not like I'm the only one who can see them...”

“Kagome...”

“Save it, InuYasha. I'm not going to keep doing this to myself. This is where I belong. Here, in the present. With school, and friends, and tests. No jewel shards, or Naraku, or demons.” Or Kikyo.

“But, Kagome, I... I need you.” His face looked so sincere. She wanted to believe him. But she knew what he meant. He needed her ability to detect to jewel.

“Humph. No, you don't.” Her eyes glared at him. “Why don't you get your precious Kikyo to help you from now on?”

His eyes widened. Was that why she was so upset? Because he had went after Kikyo? But it wasn't what she thought! Why hadn't she just let him explain before running home like this? How could he make her understand that he truly needed her at his side? Slowly, he took a couple steps towards her. “Kagome, I swear to you, it's... it's not like that.”

Before she knew what was happening, she was on her feet, holding up the blanket with one hand and the other on her hip. “Oh yeah? Then just how is it, InuYasha? Because from over here it sure looks like you're constantly chasing after a dead woman and leaving me behind.” Tears began to well up in her eyes again. Damnit, InuYasha, why'd you have to come here?

God, now she was crying. He hated making her cry. He had to find a way to make her believe him. “Kagome, I only went to say goodbye.” Her eyes narrowed at him. “I told her that if I ever see her again I'll make sure she finds peace.”

“Finds peace?” Kagome asked.

“Yeah, either by replacing her soul within you or by... by ending her current existence.”

Kagome took a moment to understand his words. “Wait, you told Kikyo you'd... kill her?” He nodded. “But...why?”

He took another step bringing him so close to her she could feel his breath on her face. Their eyes locked and he spoke, barely in a whisper, “Because I love you, Kagome.”

'Power manifestation is enough why Swamiji is asking to wear jatas and rudrakshas. Everybody is looking at me differently. We look like some cult'. Array! How many times to tell you all we are not cult, we are a culture. I did not invent all these, This culture of tying Jatas and rudrakshas was given by Parashakthi the day she landed on planet Earth. Only the lifestyle you are following is cult. The culture that is beyond past, present and future is Adhisaivam. I will show the sashtra reference of how Paramashiva blesses the agamas to Parashakthi in Kanchipuram. All I want to say is, Paramashiva himself has given the lifestyle of Adhisaivam to Parashakthi. All you want is the fruit and ignore the tree. This is foolishness. Atleast the gurus like me who think about the future of mankind should not tell to ignore the tree, the source. Let the public enjoy the fruits, but gurus should keep the root alive. The jnana gurus, Acharya purushas, avatars purushas should make more enlightenment trees to happen. All the adheenams, paduka mandirs, centres, Kailaasa everything is my effort to keep the tree alive. I will live for this. This is the purpose of my life. How important is Power manifestation of third eye and making others manifest these powers, same way the tying of Jatas and wearing rudraksha is important. If we create Kailaasa civilization on earth it will keep on creating thousands of masters by itself. The enlightenment civilization, the spiritual incubator, Tiruvannamalai. You may ask, what.. the people of Tiruvannamalai doesn't have fights, jealousy, even in our own adheenam don't we have fights, politics, jealousy.. understand, small small incompletions are different, the destination of the whole life is different. Iam not saying the people of Tiruvannamalai did not have small small incompletions. Iam not saying my mother and her mother in law did not have small small incompletions between them. But when it comes to common goal keeping the enlightenment civilization alive they were uncompromising. Whether it's some spiritual ritual or seva to the temple they stayed together and never comprised on the ritual. I was wondering only then I understood that I should not believe the fights happening between them. Understand, the small small incompletions, that he did not give importance to me, she did not smile at me, they are doubting me, all these are irrelevant disappearing things. The goal decides the enlightenment civilization. Understand, 100 years before, power manifestation was a lifestyle and today it is not because of not only the lack of intiation but also because of ignoring the lifestyle of charyapada. If you are getting lice because of Jatas apply Neem oil and remove the lice, don't remove the Jatas. Kondai Katti mudaliars ( those who wear jatas) Kottai Katti mudaliars( those who wear rudraksha) are the names of two communities. Will they name a whole community like that, if wearing Jatas and rudraksh is not a lifestyle. It is our 'soul' responsibility to keep running temples, adheenams and teach the yoga pada, kriyapada, jnanapada, charyapada with clarity to the people. My first responsibility is to revive the Kailaasa ecosystem given by Parashakthi. I will make the Paramashiva jnana spread all over World by reviving the Kailaasa ecosystem everywhere. In Tiruvannamalai, the people who kept the enlightenment ecosystem of Kailaasa alive, there were atleast 50 people in highest state and few thousand people living the lifestyle took leadership and kept it alive, few hundreds were just established in Paramashiva jnana. The sacrifice of everyone of them, just because of temple responsibility they will not even go outside the city for other jobs. Even if they were in poverty they will stay in Tiruvannamalai and look after temple responsibility but never go out for some other job. What a sacrifice! Just simple middle class people. Annamalaiyar Arunachala was the responsibility of their life. Panduranganar, isakki Swamigal, kuppamal, Raghupati yogi, Narayana Swami thaatha, there were two Narayana Swami , one was called Mouna Swami, he used to be in silence and bless people. Other used to give solutions to people by applying jnananjana on betal leaf. People used to see clearly like in HD definition on that betal leaf. So many police officers will sit in queues politely for finding out the theif , clearly they will.see like video on that betal leaf. If they tell Swami please show little upwards, he will do it and show, please zoom , then he will zoom in also. After that, he will fold the betal leaf and chew it on his mouth. He was a very simple man. ( Picture shown) . Whatever I told is true, Tiruvannamalai kalabhairava is witness. For the ecosystem of Kailaasa to happen for that only even planet earth is still alive. The jnana parambara of Ramana Maharshi, the paramapara of Seshadri Swamigal, the disciples of ram Surat Kumar, Thinnai Swamigal who was always in Sahaja Samadhi, Kanagammal who wrote and taught Ramana Maharshi's Akshara Ramana malai in simple way to people, Isakki Swamigal who gave the only solution of doing girivalam of Annamalai to people's problems. He will just say the number of times to circumbulate and if they do, the problem will get solved. Please forgive me all those names whom I have not mentioned. I have not completed the list. Everyone please comeback, Iam creating all the gurukuls for all of you to come back. Iam doing this great work of reviving Kailaasa all alone. Everyone please comeback and be with me. So many so many were there, Poondi Swamigal, Umadevi ammaiyar, Kuppamal served Isakki Swamigal, my grandmother anusuya ammal served Kuppamal. I have never seen Isakki Swamigal eat something. I was connected with him for 10 to 12 years right from childhood, very rarely he eats. One day I saw him eating dosa and groundnut chutney. I was near to him, He fed me a piece with his hands. I also tasted his fingers. Tahts is why even now my favourite is dosa and groundnut chutney. Another day he gave me a piece of mango in my hands. I had it. I wantedly put my hands on ground, he gave another piece and seeing my hands with some mud, he fed me in my mouth. Everyone of them is a jnana mandala. The essence of today's satsang, the power manifestation is the fruit, the lifestyle is the root. More important than power manifestation is tying jata and wearing rudraksha. Sit with closed eyes as Paramashiva with 25 heads and 50 hands with Parashakthi sitting on lap. Process happens. Thank you. Thank you Bhagavan 🙏🏻.

Do parents really expect their teens in highschool to pay for their own cars?

Its enraging when I hear my parents/parents in general tell their kids, who have their licenses to pay for a car yourself . Not even a split? A loan? These kids are still in highschool! Even after highschool in college, I just don't see how one can pay for even a cheap used car themselves unless they dedicate their life and save every penny for the damn car. People that age usually earn close to minimum wage, and if they spend all their time working instead of studying, that's all their ever going to make. Ex) my friend earns 9.25 hourly at a grocery store (he's worked there for a while so its not exact minimum wage), and works 40 hours a week. He is ALWAYS at work. At the end of the week, his checks are worth about 338 after taxes. A crappy used car is probably about 5000? I'm not fully sure. Someone that age would have to work 40 hours a week for quite a long time. Since they're teenagers, that would pretty much leave them no time for studying/doing homework and a social life in general. Don't parents want their children to perform well academically as well? Aside from financial issues of their own, why wouldn't a parent with a decent amount of money atleast agree to help their responsible teenager pay for a used or inexpensive car? I'm not suggesting brand new BMWs or mercades, but why not like an 06/07 used toyota or honda in good condition? Why not agree to help pay for.half or a smaller fraction of it? Car insurance/Car warranty advice!?

Okay...so my husband has a 2004 Subaru WRX - bought from a private dealer. We have a car loan from our bank with no extended warranty. Our insurance is through Harleysville and we have to have full coverage on it so it's kinda pricey since his car is under the performance class. My car, is a 2006 Subaru Impreza 2.5i - just bought last month from a dealership with extended 5 year/60,000 warranty on powertrain (engine areas) and drive train (AWD) (?) something like that and is not bumper to bumper. We also have a car loan from the bank. The thing is, I have our car insurance on low deductibles making our monthly premiums high. I was thinking, since I have warranty on my car, the deductibles can be higher with a lower monthly premium since I have warranty from the dealer. Although, the warranty is only on powertrain and drive train, if I get tboned or scratches, then yes, I would have to pay a higher deductible to get my car fixed. What is the best thing to do? Well today we got our yearly insurance cards in the mail and didn't recognize one of the cars they had given us a card for so I went over the statement. It turns out they have been billing us for insurance on a car we sold over a year ago. Note: This post is very long and I could have probably made it shorter and not as messy but I wanted to let in on all the details so please have that and that English isn't my primary language in mind, Appreciate any help!Hello I'm really inexperienced when it comes to showing interest for other girls and have only been in love twice in my 20 years being alive. I thought I could share my situation & get some criticism, advice on my decisions and if it's not too late what I can do to help this situation so here it goes: I just started to go to Folk high school studying general subjects and music program which is pretty similar to College / University where you live close to your classmates in dorms. The day before (22 August) my family was helping me move & check out how I was going to live. I then at a point were by her door and both of our relatives basically told us to say Hi. So we said hi and that was that. First week of school started and a huge portion of it was dependent on getting to know each other. Which was cool. I made some friends (not including her at the time). At this point I really didn't have any interest towards her but it all changed the next 2 weeks. She usually hangs out with this one dude and when he's at school they basically hang the entire time. But there was this one day where he wasn't at school. This was 10 days ago when we were having a walk with the entire school and towards the end I saw her being alone and I just said screw it and went and talked to her. Saying I don't want people being alone & we discussed mostly music. After that I saw her again during lunch being alone. I sat down and we continued our conversation. Mostly about music & Veganism since I'm vegan myself (not judging anyone btw since I used to eat animal products before too) and I said I could invite her for dinner for her to see how food without animal products doesn't have to be boring) She sounded pretty enthusiastic. Later on that day we just had regular lessons but afterwards I knocked on her door & asked her if she wanted to follow me & a friend to rehearse music. She agreed and we were there for like 3 hours with me the majority of time being alone with her in the room listening to music, showing videos to each other. After that I asked if she wanted to watch an animal rights speech and she said yes. We then went into her room & before we were going to sit down and watch it she went to the bathroom & put on leggings & lipgloss (Don't know if that's a sign). After about 50 minutes we were done and I gave her a hug and she decided she wanted to try going vegan. After that we kept on hanging alongside my friend who we both tried to encourage since he has suicidal thoughts & depressed along with some other stuff like how she's bi sexual & never had a relationship. We hung out til like after midnight on a regular workday & traded Snapchats & Facebooks. The day after her close friend wasn't at school either. So I started sitting right next to her on like all lessons and during them we usually would be on Spotify searching for music we like to anothers phone. Most songs we showed we agreed they were good except for a few exceptions which is fine. That day we didn't really do anything after school. Next day comes around and we only have 2 classes in total. We meet each other during music class and she asked me what was going on during the weekend I said: "I dunno, making you dinner I guess?" And she said "Oh right!" After that lesson was over she went away and I just let her be. Now the next day.. About 1 hour before I was about to make dinner I sent her a Snapchat sorta like: "I'll cook great food. Come over in an hour" She opened it but never responded. Which made me feel a bit bad considering 4 hours after she had taken a picture with a guy and put it on her my story. Later on a girl from my class came and knocked on my door & asked if I wanted to come and party and I declined saying I was tired and she left a bit disappointed. After that I told my friend how I felt and he basically forced me to come with him to the party. Which I did. To make up for my decline I gave away the food to her. She was very satisfied and we had a good time with others drinking & playing games. The next day came around and I was just chilling the entire day with one of my friends. Until the evening when I was making Pizza and decided to send her a Snapchat asking if she wanted a slice and I knew she was by her room since my friend saw her outside smoking and they were talking. She hadn't seen the message until right about when the Pizza was done in the oven and that's when I said: "Last chance" with a smile emoji. She had seen the Snapchats but same story there no response. My friend offered to take a slice and knock on her door and ask if she wanted it. She didn't open. Now since I noticed she was sort of ignoring me I started to do the same this week. It was really tough especially during some lessons. I then one evening saw the girl from my class who (knocked on my door to invite me to a party) sitting outside where we lived. I sat down and started talking and I explained my situation & hers too as she was also interested in someone. Later on that evening I hang out with her and my interest and her other friend (which also is my friend now) we were rehearsing music and later were watching Rick and Morty. They were going to sleep though so we left. I then found my interest in the kitchen making french fries in the middle of the night laughing and just generally being in a good mood it seems until my friend came in and started hanging out with us which was fine until he expressed depressive/ suicidal thoughts which of course we kept on criticizing just to try to help him. After she had eaten we went outside and she took a smoke and we discussed stuff especially the ignoring stuff and she basically said: "I don't have a good enough reason to ignore you since we don't know each other that well" I then confessed and said why I ignored her because she did the same. She then called me a whre or something similar in a laughing way. The next day I kept on hanging with other people she also does sometimes. In order for us to get inside to rehearse music we needed her keys. Which me and another friend went to get during the evening. My friend told me to hang on to the keys so I could give them to her tomorrow. I did and the next day (it's getting annoying saying that all the time) we were about to have music class and I saw her alone in one of the rooms playing piano before the lesson started and she said we would talk after. So we had the lesson but we never talked afterwards. So after lunch I sent her a snap saying like: "You wanted to talk?" And she responded with "I just wanted my keys yo" I responded jokingly saying "You really like crushing people's hopes don't you?" And she was confused and asked if she did and I said maybe. I then said: "I'll give you the keys if you accept my invitation for dinner" with a winking emoji. She responded with: "Sure, but in that case just as *friends**. I didn't know what to respond and I was stressed cause she needed her keys. I asked my friend but he didn't respond until she came to pick up the keys. Which she did by knocking on my door. That moment was kinda awkward. After about 15 minutes my friend told me to write: "Friends with benefits?" (winky emoji) and she responded with "Hahahaha no" with a selfie on herself.And that's my situation currently. I've told most of my close friends about this and there's mixed reactions. Some say it was bad cause it was too early or that she might see me as a creep or someone that just wants to get laid (which is absolutely not the case considering having sex with her is not something that has really crossed my mind as much as just being with her & taking care of her.)What do you guys think? I have some suspicion she might like someone else like the dude she usually always hangs with. Even though he already has a girlfriend and he knows I like her) Or she just doesn't feel the same atleast at the moment.
