Atlantis Nerohydor is a supporting character that is aligned with the "rebellion" group against Zodiac's belief about the number system. His number is 006.

Atlantis is often said to have the gift of being a natural leader, possessing qualities that make him a good person to look to for guidance. Among these qualities are a strong sense of justice and righteousness, you can guarantee that if something goes against his code of ethics, he'll call you out on it. Atlantis is also stern and serious, always being direct with commands or orders. However, he always makes sure that he is polite and modest, and tries to correct a mistake once he's committed one.

Atlantis was born blind in both eyes, and has a good sense of direction in spite of this. Outside of the experiment, he was a dock supervisor alongside his best friend Bimini, his friend handling the things he couldn't see, and him giving advice for Bimini to follow. Atlantis dislikes being dependent and being pitied, and only allows one person to have the privilege to fret and worry about him; Bimini.
